I don't know about the nutritional items, but you are right about the criticism.
Some people expect him to say what ever he is working on. That would be very detrimental towards what he would be working on, the company, himself, and all shareholders. He keeps us up on info, to a point, that he can share. I personally would like him to just drop a note once in a while to let us know that he is still working on things behind the scenes. The kind of progress he is making (not specific though), and an estimated time frame when he hopes to advise us shareholders. Even an early indication that a PR will be seen in a day or two (and follow up with said PR) so shareholders know he is alive and working on things for us. With the struggles from the government not pushing the cannabis usage through, he could be advising what they (he and others in the field) are doing to get the bills through. Contact names of the politicians so that we may make contact with them as well.
He seems to have been doing a lot for the company, but not so much for us shareholders. More communication to us, even small amounts, might help reduce the harsh criticism he has been getting from some here. That may also help to raise share structure. It definitely can't hurt.
Rip Master and a few others are trying to keep things positive, myself included. With the exception of the Market Makers that is.
I can't speak for others but I have not sold any of my shares nor do I intend to in the near future. I am here to see this ticker get some big life to it. And with what this company has, should already be half way there but it isn't. It has a long way to go. I just hope I will see it make the mark ($1.50 - $2.00) sooner rather than later, like 5 years not 20 years. I believe it will happen but don't know when.

I have seen that Delta8 is running into a problem in Texas from a Senator that wants to hinder its usage. Maybe part of the reason for the difficulties here. Don't have anything to back it up. Just my thoughts and opinion.

Ron isn't going to do anything but let this die. They (Ron and Ted, possibly Bauman as well) have already milked this ticker for all they can get out of it. Same as Future. It has been a scam from the get go and it is now done. When they post info about their background which turns out to be false, as Ron did, you know to stay away. I've lost quite a bit here before finding that info out. Played hell getting rid of the stick I had purchased, at far less than half paid, and been watching ever since.

I wish I could afford to buy more but with limited income and the way the cost of living has increased, I can't afford the risk. Even though I firmly believe in the company. The government needs to get off their ass and pass the laws that would get this thing, and others like it, moving for the betterment of the public. As with other people, this is my opinion.

What I don't see is why it is at no bid. The last transaction shows a buy of 500,000 at .0001. Has something been done that we don't see? Or has someone had their finger slip?

Can only be done by Market Makers and Brokers. Sometimes, if you are lucky, a Broker will place an order for you at a lower rate. But don't count on it happening.

Retail is not permitted to trade below .0001. Wishing for it won't help.

I worked at a facility with greenhouses. The greenhouse is a growing area. It cannot support offices, labs and the like. The only storage must be a dry storage that can take some heat. They are subject to high temps and humidity. Even when sprinklers are off the windows automatically open when the temp reaches its set limits which are normally are above 95°F. They use dimming type of cloth shade to prevent the plants from burning up and also use 1000watt Metal Halide and Sodium lights for growing assistance. Since the greenhouse is supposed to be new it may use LED lighting. Then there are pesticides that are sprayed on the plants and residue rinsed off. The offices and labs are in a different part of the building that may or may not be attached to the greenhouse. The isle ways between the tables is about 32 inches and the tables can slide on their stands a small amount to allow for maintenance. The storage would more likely be contained in cabinets or a different room outside the greenhouse in the hallway. They would need all of the 30,000 Sq. Ft. area for growing plants.
