Butler National Third Quarter 20/3 Fiscal Year Earnings!
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/butler-national-corporation-announces-third-quarter-fiscal-year-2023-financial-results-301774607.html
High, high volume for this little stock.
Three days in a row of much higher than average volume.
Nice volume today. Many sellers, in for the short term, who sold their shares, for a tidy profit, to eager buyers. The stock held it’s ground. No retreat from yesterday’s big gain.
Volume went crazy today. A 9% gain! Make me some more money tomorrow BUKS!
High Volume and a big gain today!
A small but, nice uptick in the in the stock’s price today.
Hi Everyone. I’ve been following this company for some time now and have decided to invest. It’s a 60 year old company which always seems to turn a profit. It has an able management team and a low attrition attrition rate among it’s employees. They do quality work and do so profitably. They are expanding into other areas within the civilian aerospace market. So far, I like what I see.
THINK YOU HEARD THIS ALL BEFORE
NOW YOU'RE GONNA HEAR SOME MORE
I KNOW A PLACE WHERE DREAMS GET CRUSHED
HOPES ARE SMASHED BUT THAT AIN'T MUCH
VOLUNTARY EXPERIMENTATION
GOING THROUGH SOFT CORE MUTATION
WE'RE GOING UNDER! WE'RE GOING UNDER!
Does anyone know what the current Market Cap is for the stock?
Not a one. I agree. But, unlike most scams, they understand the simple premis of not skinning a sheep when you can sheer him over and over and over again.
Sure, authorized but unissued. They may issue these for sale in the future but right now the company's market cap is under $250K based on the 2.38 Billion shares.
There are 10,000 shares of preferred stock out there with a very low par value, hence my concerns that there may be special voting privileges with this type of stock. The one time I was able to get a hold of the company I called with a question regarding the shares listed on the Frankfurt Exchange - I wanted to see if these were some type of separate issue. I was told that they were not - that anyone buying on the German exchange was buying out of the same pool that we bid on. There is nothing filed with the SEC or in any other source that would lead me to believe that Franklin has issued any of these other shares to investors yet. I know that it is the intent of Mr Petty to have more shares issued as opposed to taking on additional financial debt through loans. I, you or any of us will have to decide at that time if we want to buy up a chunk of those issued shares to head off a decrease in our respective proportional interests. When I can obtain a sale price of 1 cent I probablele will sell 50,000,000 shares. But, by and large, am in for the long haul.

Five percent of 2.38 Billion total shares outstanding is works out to be approximately 119 million shares. I own just slightly less than this and do expect to buy an addition 200 million shares in increments putting my ownership of Franklin at well over 10% of all outstanding shares. A Half a billion shares would represent significantlty over 20% ownership. It's not math; it's just basic arithmetic. Now, let's say if I could waive a magic wand and make all 2.38 Billion shares available for purchase at the current price of .0001. That's not much over $200 K and I am liquid enough to buy 100% of shares with ease. But, I will happily settle for owning 20-30% of this company because I think it will up to 2-3 cents in per share in the next year. I need the By-Laws because I need to determine a number of issues including if the company uses cumulative share voting for directors. I also need to clarify the voting parameters of the 10,000 shares of preferred stock. This doesn't have crap to do with PPS. It only helps me in planning my next move.
In short Bubba, I need to figure out just how much of this stock I need to buy to become a director at the next anual shareholders meeting. What I don't need to hear is the mathmatically challanged rantings of some whinning piker whose probably nursing a few million shares or less - do you get me stud?
So, get your facts in order the next time less you make a public fool of yourself again. Think, then speak.

Estrella:
I looked at this stock long and hard - poured through its financials. This company is way, way over its head in debt - to the tune of tenss of million. Once more, there seems to be no relief in sight as ad revenue for all print publications is plumeting nation wide. I do give them credit for being able to keep their doors open this long though. What makes you think they are going to turn it around? What's you take?
Best,
John

You've hit the nail on the head. I agree in full with your outlook for Franklin's future. They will pull themselves from the muck. I have confidence in the people running Franklin. They know their business. However, the communication side is wholley screwed up. For example, when I call the crporate office in Texas, not only is there no receptionist to answer the phone but, an odd recording that that doesn't even mention the company's name - it just asks that you leave a message. When you call the so called "investor relations" firm you get the same thing: Brief messege and beep tone. When I call the registered agent, I get directed to a voice message box but nobady ever returns my call. I own just under 5% of all shares issued for this company but I can't even get a return phone call let alone a copy of the Corporate By-Laws.
I have shared the investment opportunity with my friends, but when they call the company to do their research, they get spoked by the rag tag way the company handles the communication issues I've mentioned above. I wonder how many other would be investors also decide not to buy stock because of this.
In have an idea. I'm sure their are other stock holders posting here with large share interests. Maybe we can get together with our proxies and get one of us elected to the board of directors to address some of these communication issues? This of course, if anyone at Franklin will call me back regarding when the next shareholders meeting is.
FMNJ Corporate By-Laws? Does anyone have a copy of the FMNJ Corporate By-Laws? When is the next shareholders meeting? How are the Board of Directors elected? I looked for the 13d filings on Franklin and couldn't locate any major (over 5%) idividual shareholderss. There are no institutional shareholders that I am aware of. Have any of you ever been asked for proxy statements re election of Board members?

Does anyone have a take on today's PR from William Petty's most recent trip? When is FMNJ going to start making money? Is there any realistic chance that this stock will return to the .05 - .06 levels of before? I currently own a large chunk of stock. When I first invested, there were less than a billion shares outstanding. Now there are 2.38 billion. I worry about the company issuing more shares and seeing the further devaluation of my shares. Comments anyone? (all three of you who are still left)
Nothing but good news, yet the PPS goes down?
Entry point on this one is much lower. Perhaps .05 per share. This thing is going down, down, down, and yet, still down! Freefall! This, even though the company has a net value of more than $100,000,000. Too many investors are leary of Russian owned/controlled companies.
However, it will return after a coupled of profitible quarters.
How would that be possible? How would it work to get to that price. Thank you.
Request for Help.
I am a little confused on the speculative nature of this stock. Can anyone tell me what would have to happen for this stock to reach a dollar ($1.00) by the end of the year - if that is possible ever at all? I mean, that would make FMNJ a Billion dollar plus company - right? Does anyone think that institutional investors will buy up blocks of the stock or perhaps a larger company might buy us out altogether?
I bought in after the .15 per share peak - what caused the stock to hit that level? Does this company have any other future plans to mine in countries other than Bolivia? Any ideas from fellow bullish FMNJ longs would be appreciated. I don't want to hear from the stock's detractors/bashers please.

So, does anyone know or have an educated guess as to when work will start in Bolivia?
Cramer has said just the opposite. He said that the governments like Bolivia need US companies to extract their resorces and that the political risks are overstated.

NDOL...I've got a feeling about NDOL...Monday!
FMNJ...I've got a feeling about FMNJ...Monday!
Everyone on the Magic Carpet! Were going for a ride!!! The road to FMNJ 20 baggdom starts this week! FMNJ Taxi to runway number one, you're clear for takeoff!
HELP!!! Somebody help me!
This is a terrific company with very impressive reserves. The mere news of this merger should have drove the price per share up measurably, Yet, why has this stock gone down nearly 50% in a weeks time? Why? I can't figure it out. John
