You wouldn't even believe they pushed it back to Q2 only 3 months ago. Nine months ago in Post #67, YOU said Q1 for commercialization. As my last post was a direct quote from a VP, this push back to Q3 is indeed new. Make it so easy... Nothing to panic about, though. Perfection takes time. New applications for the LX2 have been suggested as well.
50,000 shares, yes. The other 95,000+ were given to him.
I like the institutional holdings data shown here. I picked up a few call contracts a few days ago, too. Looked cheap to me and looks like lots of folks agreed. Now wish all my orders woulda filled.
I've been in contact with a VP again at LXXGF and here is his update:
"We have pushed back our timeline a little. Right now we are working on completing the final design of the LX2. We expect this at the beginning of March and this will be our template for commercialization. Once the design is complete, we will initiate sales shortly thereafter and we expect to be delivering the first commercialized units in late Q3, 2020. I hope this helps."
I agree. An announcement of a partnership with arguably the largest tobacco company in the world and the PPS barely moves! WTF
Okay, Cannadips has two divisions: Cannadips Cannabis and Cannadips CBD. Thanks!
How is today's announcement different than the one put out over a week ago? I don't see any additional news.
Buy pot stocks then, and quit your whinin'.
Not when the words came from a beta tester.
Lots of short, informative videos to watch on their website under 'Media & Resources'. Good stuff! www.lexagene.com
Bought a bunch on the dip today. Thank you, sellers!
So, does Liberty have a better product than Pat 1? Or totally different category. They won the ASTOR award - we didn't... Their product looks similar, maybe not as discreet. PTOTF has multiple detection capabilities where they seem to have just the low power radar for 3D detection. Maybe we'll swallow them up if not too redundant...
Thanks for the NEW information.
You are correct about the notes. They are predominantly owned by company INSIDERS and 'friendlies' according to my phone conversation with the CEO. They do have a lot of debt but no worries when it comes to those notes. All the 'important people' own shares at much higher prices, have participated in every round of financing and have bought shares in the open market. They are committed!
PBIO stock price will take care of itself with such an extremely low float. The four posters (or ONE probably) who repeatedly post old news as current are only hurting the stock. I for one would never invest in a stock that is being pumped with old news incessantly. Glad I found PBIO and did my thorough DD and invested significantly before coming to this pumping board. Post current info or nothing at all-much better for the interested investors.

I wish the company wouldn't be so silent between quarterlies...
Totally agree!! Particularly the last sentence!!

MMs playing games. No trades have been executed above .76
12 cent spread?? Ridiculous!
Timing is everything - got a nice fill at .29 again just before the pop on the ask. Usually my luck runs the other way...
How do you all like this POS now...? Think I backed the wrong horse in the family dustup.
I'm new to these boards and don't know this 'cool' lingo I see everywhere. What exactly does 'slap the ask' or 'slap the bid' or 'build a wall' mean? And why is it good or bad? Guessing, it means buying at the ask and selling at the bid. Yes? Something that you would likely avoid unless you're in dire need to get in or out. Someone, please enlighten me
Anyone know the info on the 35M warrants out there? The symbol, what they're good for (full or half share, etc.), price, expiration, and whether they are traded in the US or just in Canada, or were they part of a private placement and thus not trading anywhere. Thanks
Got some nice fills today. Come on Dunkin - sign up!!
Thanks for the input. You said in an earlier post that according to IR, the 2500+ company rollout will be in 2019 and now you say 2020. Which is it, though it seems fairly certain at this late date the answer is 2020.
I don't know... I listen to these past few conference calls and the CEO can beat the drums all he wants but there's no excitement. I guess they've heard it all over and over again for years. Obviously nobody is buying the stock, so it seems few believe what he has to say and are waiting for solid proof in reported numbers. I have a sizable holding as well, and have dry powder to double what I have but I hesitate because of this lack of interest shown by the market. Anybody out there tried the smoothies? Do they taste good? Go BRFH
So you think this thing relies on facility power?
Does anyone know how the PATscan system is powered? Bad guys have been known to knock out facility power before attacking...
My point exactly! Maybe it is time to get this on the radar. Of course, with the eyes comes the crazy pumpers and bashers. I guess, 'be careful what you wish for...'
They have their ducks swimming perfectly right now. Just a matter of tweaking and following the plan. As I posted, according to an officer of the company, machine design completion has been pushed back until February. Commercialization then happens in Q2. Many beta testers find fault in whatever they are testing. If they didn't, companies wouldn't waste time and money with beta tests performed only by a bunch of yes-men. We are blessed with very good technology so minor changes are all that is needed, in this case.
We have one patent applied for (pending). Others are being written. The royalty on the licensed patents is lower than industry standards. So we are blessed there, as well.
Remember the corporate raiders of the 80s and 90s? They bought companies as a whole than sold them piece by piece to extract maximum value. Made tons of money doing so because some companies are much more valuable in parts. Our company officers will do what is right by their shareholders. How many different industries can this technology help? Pick a number, oh I don't know...10. That potentially means we could sell/license our product 10 times if they so choose. Or, they sell to one biggie. Or, they have another trick up their sleeve. Many options for them and as I was told, they are looking at them all!
As I see it, it's all good!
3-4 months ago.
Neither am I! But the damn rumor about the damn buyout was on this damn board and was the damn reason for the price to go to $11. Damn it all.
Wow, zero volume so far today. I guess an announcement of a granted custodianship isn't worth a hill of beans...unless, of course, you have all the pumpers working the board.
Got a couple emails from the CEO today. One said: No buyout.
Participating in 5 wells
Thanks, but start what over again? The runup was caused by the "confirmed" buyout offer from Exxon? Why would the death of their attorney ruin that deal? I could see that being the case if the CEO or president had died but can't a corporate attorney be replaced relatively quickly? I don't get it, I guess... Appreciate any info.
Anyone know the catalyst that tanked this stock from $11?
Very interesting! I especially liked the part showing the bad guy getting his gun out of the car trunk well away from the entrance and still being identified as a threat. No way can EVOLV do that!
