I would sell every share of $ALPP right now before they go under.
Show proof of what? My opinion? Here's an anecdote: $ALPP IR's primary source of income is from flipping cars on Craigslist, not the corporate gig. That's why Ian can survive on 100% options and no cash income, as per 8-K.
I had beers with $ALPP IR last night. My own opinion: the company will not uplist without a significant RS and in general investing in a holding company is rather fruitless. Before the DSF model there was some other acronym that didn't sound as good. Since the departure of Mr Protto the mini MBA program has been cancelled.
What else is there to say?
I've got a little blast of my own in the pipe - about to drop some $$ on $ALPP after lunch. Thinking cold cuts.
At this price it'll have to be a 1:20 to uplist
Could be related to all those convertible notes. See my prior post - there was a RS in 2016.
Yup, just like in November 2016 when the share price briefly reached $2.50 and quickly fell. Mentioned in their 10-K:
"Change in Capital Structure
Effective November 1, 2016, pursuant to the approved amendment for a reverse split, Alpine 4 issued one (1) new share for each ten (10) old share of the Company's commons stock. The reverse split only reduced the number of outstanding shares of class A and Class B common stock and did not correspondingly reduce the number of Class a and Class B commons shares authorized for issuance, which remained at 500,000,000 and 100,000,000 respectively."

Check out the changes in executive compensation, too. But hey, at least we now have SSL on spectrumebos.
Has anyone actually completed $ALPP's Mini MBA course? Any mention of it at recent shm? I believe it was ran by Protto who has been quiet lately. I imagine uplisting will be quite a bit easier with the wealth of knowledge that they have available. But I still don't see how it can be done without a RS.
My friend, you speak the truth. I wish more people would realize that we ALL need to Make Alpine4 Great Again. Imagine what President Trump could accomplish at the helm of $ALPP.
I suspect the press release announcing the relationship between $ALPP and LPC was written and published by ALPP. Not only does the tone of the release mismatch all prior LPC comms but it omits standard components such as "About LPC". That could be a SEC requirement thats not applicable in this case though, we'll see.
It's also interesting that LPC's investment is for substantially less money than any other publicly announced investment I could find.
Based on public research of Protto he seems reputable and accomplished. I think it speaks volumes that he has chosen to separate himself from $ALPP.
Just what did Lebron James buy anyway? Sheet metal parts?
Kent will load up the ALPPmobile with more brake active samples, thats for sure
Remember that $ALPP IR is Ian and Shannon
ALPP DD: FAKE NEWS
Pick for short
It must be the holidays with all the red I'm seeing.
Who else thinks we'll hit $0.01 by Feb?
I was thinking $3.00
I was thinking $3.00
Based on what evidence?
What does the location of the office have to do with the health of the business?
That deal with brake active is probably only worth 5k, and they spent $200 on a press release!
Are you heavily invested?
$ALPP is listed under most read boards due to the excellent investigative work that's being conducted here.
if $ALPP is squeaky clean and the best of the OTC then I think we should all stick to NASDAQ.
A lot of the negative DD here is based on evidence that's cited in the same post. In contrast, messages like this where stocks are praised without supporting evidence are less helpful. I would like to know what you base your assessment off of. I approach investing with data, not feelings. I suspect I am not alone.
Insider parties NOT related to the acquisition?

Related Party Transaction – Promissory Note
On September 15, 2015, Ms. Rigney loaned $25,000 to the Company pursuant to a convertible promissory note. The note is due on March 15, 2016, and accrues interest at a rate of 10% for each six-month period. The note is convertible into shares of the Company's common stock at a price of $0.10 per share.
Death spiral financing?
Yes, I agree. Excellent DD. I would also like more information on the holders of convertible notes, but I won't hold my breath.

I welcome you to challenge my assertions and tell me why it's unimportant, instead of just issuing a blanket dismissal of all the facts I presented.
Incorrect. You use SSL certificates to protect against MITM and to also protect data confidentiality which is currently sent in plaintext. There isn't even client side password hashing, so if someone logs into dev on open wifi it can be owned by an adolescent.
The important detail isn't whether the "dev" instance has SSL or not, it's that with initiatives like LetsEncrypt the only barrier to SSL is knowledge and experience. Failing to implement SSL on any public endpoint is a rookie mistake.
It's common for companies to load production data into dev to test/debug, so if the dev instance is brushed off as unimportant this presents a significant data disclosure risk.
I'm not speculating, I'm including facts.

Registrant Organization: Alpine 4 Technologies, Ltd.
View source of http://spectrumaccess.live it says erpnext, not even SSL on the login page. This is security 101. If there were Oracle developers working on this they would know better.
If spectrumebos is based off of erpnext its licensed as GPL v3, which I believe ALPP is in violation of:
Any modifications to or software including (via compiler) GPL-licensed code must also be made available under the GPL along with build & install instructions.
You won't get honest replies here, but I think SpectrumEBOS is based off of an open source project called erpnext. https://github.com/frappe/erpnext
Anyone think ALPP will be delisted before 2020?
Who thinks ALPP will hit $10 today?
On what information are you basing this assessment?
No damage from storm, only damage is from stock price
I think Alpine4 has no choice but to succeed. Where else can you find a CEO who makes mistake after mistake, but never gives up?
