Did anyone check out RoadRunner's post about a certain Daniel C. Montano who was found guilty of Cocaine possession/distribution from the 60s.
ROADRUNNER POSTED ------
"I found this on a search on our ex-CEO, Daniel C. Montano. There was a cocaine possession along with a certain, Yvonne Jimenez. If he's 78 years of age he is old enough to be the same Daniel C. Montano. He was arrested at Dakota Street, LA. I know Montano came from East LA. CHECK IT OUT.
DANIEL C. MONTANO JAILED FOR COCAINE POSSESSION/DISTRIBUTION
He looks the same other than the 250lbs in weight he has put on since 1960!!
"
How many shares are out there?
"Montano & his cronies - $1.8bn down to $40m
Wallen, Flaa & Gordon - $40m to $6bn
The rescue trio are rockstars!!"
Poor Ol' Butterball
That is very interesting Dan. You seem to be behind the times yet again. As far as I'm aware the meeting is scheduled for August this year. Maybe you should contact the company to see if that is correct
I found this interview with Dan Montano when searching on the internet.
Wall Street Bugle - WSB
A conversation with Dan Montano, CEO, Shittya
WSB: Hi how many active INDs does Shittya have at the FDA?
DM: Um that would be zero
WSB: I see so how many patents does Shittya have?
DM: Um that would also be zero
WSB: How many companies have you bankrupted recently?
DM: Well let me see there's Knudsen Dairies, VTN Corp, Montano Secs, Baraban Secs, Gold Properties Restoration, CPI, Sribna Culya, Proteomics, Zhittya Stem Cell, Medical Cloning Tech, Phage Biotech, Med Professionals International, Helenas Medical Research, St. Marya Investment Corp, St. Michael Research, etc., etc………
WSB: Is it true that you are in personal bankruptcy?
DM: Yes
WSB: When did you declare bankruptcy?
DM: That would be 2013
WSB:So how come you haven't been discharged?
DM: That would be because I perjured myself in courts and got caught by Judge Spraker
WSB: So I presume you declare this to the pensioners whose money you take for Shittya?
DM: No of course not. Why would I be honest with them and break habits of a lifetime
WSB: Why is Shittya attempting to do trials in Mexico rather than under the US FDA auspices?
DM: That would because the US FDA closed Shittya down
WSB: So why would anyone in the right minds invest into Shittya?
DM: Because we have pretty YouTube videos that my nephew clicks on constantly so that the unsuspecting pensioners actually believe that we have a following.
WSB: Lastly, you and Butterball, Jnr appear to have a combined weight of around 600 pounds is that accurate?
DM: No, it's totally inaccurate it's more like 670 pounds.
WSB: I see, thank you Mr. Montano for your candid answers for a change.
That is so funny, CVBTECH. Great.
By the way there are some very interesting comments on the Zhittya YouTube channel
"Bio CanuckRX
I found a really interesting video about the CEO of Zhittya.
THANKS JOHNNY - ITS A WELL KNOWN FACT THAT BIG INVESTMENT BANK & BIG PHARMA only pay attention to social media these days. I know for a fact that they base all of their licensing/buyout decision on how many followers you have on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter etcetera. It's known that they place particular emphasis on YouTube.
Its not like the old days when they looked at how many patents you have to protect your drugs or how big the market potential is for these drugs.
ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS HOW MANY YOUTUBE HITS YOU HAVE HAD.
Patents = NADA
FDA trials = NADA
Recognized, Experienced Team = NADA
Oh, you have 1,000,000 hits on your YouTube Channel - we'd like to offer you $5 billion for your company...............
Talking of YouTube, my favorite video is still History of a Genius CEO
THANKS AGAIN JOHNNYM
Unlike patent information, the financials are not public information. However I can confirm that I have the 2017 & 2018 financials (compiled by Weavers CPA) because I signed a CDA with the company. I also received a copy of the updated presentation. The last thing a company preparing for a liquidity event such as an IPO is going to do is publish the financials.
You want to see the financials, you contact the company. Grant Gordon's contact details were posted yesterday. I can confirm that the debt has been reduced from $35m+ in debt to almost zero.
The information that the posters on the board have asked you & Walhall to provide to back up your comments is not confidential information. It's public information.
Please let us all know when you've read the financials & let us all know of your opinion?
This is my last post of 2019. I just want to say that I am REALLY excited about 2020. What especially gives me a kick is the EX-CEO, BUTTERBALL, continuing to keep making posts on the board. It more delicious than an ice cream sundae with an extra cherry on top. YUM!!
PURE PROJECTION - YAWN...............
PURE PROJECTION - YAWN!!!
ButterBall Montano was (as I understand it) offered something like $20,000 per month for 6 years in 2013 to stand down and let the new team that the shareholders approved of take over the management of CVBT and they would cease all cases against him. He would have kept his 20 million shares and not be forced into bankruptcy. Instead his ego would not allow him to stand down as he thought it was his company not the shareholders. Almost 7 years later he is an undischarged bankrupt, living in a hovel in Las Vegas, tilting at windmills. A very sad ending!!
What are your erudite thoughts on the matter Walhall?
Dan Montano's on the NIGHTSHIFT
There was also a video of ButterBall Montano giving a presentation at an exclusive club in Las Vegas..................
ButterBall on Stage
I BELIEVE YOU ARE GOING TO BE CORRECT!!!!
SEASONS GREETINGS TO DANIEL C. MONTANO
IF IT WASN'T FOR YOUR TOTAL MISMANAGEMENT I COULD NEVER HAVE ACCUMULATED 650,000 SHARES AT AN AVERAGE PRICE OF 28 CENTS PS
HISTORY OF A BUTTERBALL
JOHN LAUB=A REAL FRIEND TO CVBT
I just finished reading the Goldman Sachs PDF.
Thanks for the input. Can you please post a copy every time you receive it?
CVBT's team all have impressive resumes. I Googled the names that were posted last week. They seem like the REAL DEAL!
One of my friends called the office a couple of months ago and was put through to someone named Adam. I think he is on the R&D side of the company. My friend said he was impressive in his knowledge of CVBT. I don't see an Adam on the list though.
I am looking forward to December 13th to hear how much damages are actually awarded against the Montano cronies. Before that we should also hear about the arbitration which, I think, could be another huge award by the arbitrator against Montano.
Hurry up and wait..................
It was cause the loosing side...the petitioners attorney was not prepared and ask for time..... I guess they are not ready to hear what the repercussions are for following the ex-CEO in trying to bring down the company....
Should make for a great Christmas Present!
The Real Story RE: Involuntary BK Case
"I spoke with one of the CVBT people. He informed me that the judge ripped Montano's lawyer for delaying tactics as the lawyer said he wasn't prepared for the hearing. The judge gave him till December 13th BUT informed him that no further delays will be permitted. He also told him to notify his clients that he will be awarding both costs and damages to CVBT.
The actual amounts will be assessed at the December hearing. So, the only people facing the firing squad are the petitioners of this ridiculous involuntary bankruptcy case.
In addition, the arbitration will be decided in November and CVBT has asked for over $30m of damages against Montano/Jacobs.
Roll on December 13"
Thanks for the Story - Interesting
I am surprised there is not more on Calvin having been in business so many years. I know many companies file bankruptcy for protection especially from possible law suits.
I also do no think it is a crime to move assets from one entity to another as long as it is all legal and you have the rights to move that money. I have been impressed so far with the current management! I guess we will see what the court decides.
As for another comment about Asia investors, it probably helps believing in a man who has made millions of dollars over his lifetime and started off as an investor himself. Calvin appears to not be a know it all, and has brought in a sound group of industry professionals to see his and our investment through to fruition.
Fingers Crossed
100%
With all the law suits going on these past years, I think it would be stupid for the company to show their hand. While it is private I believe they have a window of opportunity to get stuff done. Which from my relationships close to the company, I believe they are.
I have done my research on the new management and I think it is quite impressive. I admit I was skeptic at first, but it seems to me that they have people running the development side who have actually been successful in the past.
Let's Hope
Some Real Exciting Indications
I think it is interesting that it is mentioned that there is no progress and that the only thing that has changed at CVBT is the Website. Which looks fantastic by the way.
These pre-clinical and development stage indications would be amazing and I am glad that they are trying to see what all this protein can do.
https://www.cvbt.com/pipeline
CVBT-141S
Infarct Stroke
Erectile Dysfunction
CVBT-141D
Ischemic Disc Disease
CVBT-141P
Parkinson’s Disease
Again from my point of view the company was dead in the water and if this new management can make anything out of it. I am happy!
Thank you for clearing up the below!
I have been watching this board for a while and don't usually comment or post, but it is disturbing to me how certain posts are allowed to stand while others that I have read disappear. I prefer to have all the information out there and allow the reader to do their own evaluation and opinion. I am not about censorship.
Why CVBT is NOT headed for Liquidation
For some reason my comment disputing claims on here keep being deleted. I thought this message board was open for discussions about facts. I will have to reach out to Investor Hub admin because I feel that certain moderators are trying to control the narrative on this board.
A message on the board keeps talking about “fraud”. Yet refuses to answer the basic question of “do you understand what Fraudulent Transfer means?”
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fraudulent_conveyance I hope this helps educate you.
Take the time to read up on the case. It is being grossly misinterpreted on this board. The case referred to that a poster on this board keeps referring to has been extended by the petitioner (the trustee) who isn’t an independent party but is the same party as the creditor. Judge Hale, a graduate of LSU, appointed the creditor, also a LSU graduate, as the trustee. More than highly unusual and certainly not independent.
There has been no “forensic accountant” appointed by the trustee/creditor. This is more misinformation. The background of the case is that Mr. Wallen who owned 100% of Tauren transferred assets from the company which he owns 100% of approximately 2 and a half years prior to the bankruptcy and that’s what the creditor is trying to claw back. The reason for the continual extensions is that the creditor and Wallen are negotiating a settlement between them.
That is what happens with a fraudulent conveyance case. I hope this helps educate certain people about what is going on.
Reread CVBTECH’s posts that explain things succinctly but the anti-Wallen person keeps conveniently ignoring time after time.

The information above comes from talking to people who are close to CVBT and then doing due diligence to prove it out
I hope so. I have a family member who suffered from this horrible disease. I would appreciate any more information on this.
Please share more!!!
CVBTech I am glad to hear someone else is bullish on CVBT! I have been a shareholder for years. Met Mr. Montano once in Vegas and have followed the company ever since.
I thought this investment was all but gone till I ran into a fellow shareholder who had spoken directly to the company, which I have now done.
I would appreciate any updates you may have. I have no local contacts now so rely on other investors and this seems like a great place to hear news.
