ButterBall Montano was (as I understand it) offered something like $20,000 per month for 6 years in 2013 to stand down and let the new team that the shareholders approved of take over the management of CVBT and they would cease all cases against him. He would have kept his 20 million shares and not be forced into bankruptcy. Instead his ego would not allow him to stand down as he thought it was his company not the shareholders. Almost 7 years later he is an undischarged bankrupt, living in a hovel in Las Vegas, tilting at windmills. A very sad ending!! What are your erudite thoughts on the matter Walhall?
