Can someone please answer me as to why they think that aero is so big of a company? Sales figures, employees, etc.
Try it out yourself if you don't believe me. I could care less.
I just tried to buy a D & B report on aero exhaust and ttr hp with no reports available. Don't know what that means, but its another unknown.
FANC is also a huge diluter.
No mention of any dates is what i meant. Being so close to the merger being done you would think that they would update the shareholders, yet they continue to dilute.
Wow, first it was a definitive merger in one PR, then it was scaled back to anticipated merger, now no mention of the merger. Not good, imo.
GLIFE- looking good, heavy volume on the ask side
GLIFE- all volume on the ask!! looking good
Its the last drop for the mm's to scoop up shares before the merger. ROFLMAO!!

Thank you, there not even a sponsor anymore.
Aero doesn't even have real signs in front of their building. They have banners stuck inside the windows.
If they are so big they would still have sponsorship in nascar. Now is the time, nascar is much bigger now than last year. Looks like they ran out of money.
This is part of their press release at the bottom of fccn's PR.
About Aero Exhaust:
Aero Exhaust is a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology, manufacturing and distributing the most technologically advanced muffler on the market.
This is a conversation posted by dr. wonderful with andrew about aero.
AERO is not a leader as far as market sales go, but is looking to become the leader. They are looking for potential deals with automakers to realize that their product, if found to be superior, should be on your everyday chrysler, ford, etc. That is to say that they ReduceTemperatures, Increase Horsepower, Increase Torque, Increase Fuel Economy, Less Engine Wear & Tear, etc.
ROFLMAO!!
I beginning to think the same. Fccn is only getting a portion of a company that we don't even know is profitable(aero). Must not be too profitable if they need a 1.5 million dollar loan from a shell stock.
Another red day. The market must not believe the merger will happen.
Yeah, i know what you mean. First the merger was definite, now it is anticipated.
8 million in afterhours dilution. I don't see how that is good news.
I thought after the financials this stock would rock. At least thats what the pumpers said. Another crappy day in dumpville.
Our operations have relied almost entirely on external financing to fund our operations. Such financing has historically come from a combination of borrowings and from the sale of common stock and assets to third parties. We will need to raise additional capital to fund our anticipated operating expenses and future expansion. Among other things, external financing will be required to cover our operating costs. We cannot assure you that financing whether from external sources or related parties will be available if needed or on favorable terms. The sale of our common stock to raise capital may cause dilution to our existing shareholders. Our inability to obtain adequate financing will result in the need to curtail business operations. Any of these events would be materially harmful to our business and may result in a lower stock price.
OMG: Under the terms of this settlement, as of March 31, 2007, 699,282,442 shares have been released from escrow and the debenture balance has been reduced to $155,096.
700 million extra in the float! ROFLMAO!
You guys are really desperate trying to call when the financials will come out. Here is my guess: NEVER!!
So basically, if everything is late is aero's fault. LMAO, what a way to pass blame onto others. And they still continue to dump millions of shares in the float. 348 million to be exact
And you guys are short of financials, merger, etc...
Train left the station?? Are you talking about the dilution train, because its been has not left the station yet...
I heard afterhours! ROFLMAO!!!!
I think VFIN is going to break the 350 million mark today(shares sold year to date). He's a busy rascal...
Aero will probably need more financing. It doesn't look like they have alot of cash because a pink sheet shell(FCCN) is loaning them 1.5 million dollars

Andrew used the word "definitely" for Monday.....
Looks like the company lied again. No financials.......
But you think it is not insider trading whenever the IR firm tells stockholders information that has not been released. Much like he did on friday about the financials being released friday or monday.
I never knew adding shares to the float was good......
If the financials were done last week, why haven't they PR'ed it. This is starting to be like SLJB, waiting on the financials BS.
VFIN on the ask, how many can they sell this year 400 million, 500 million.......
Well all VFIN does is sell, sell, sell so i'd say that they dumped 350 million shares is accurate.
VFIN has dumped about 348 million shares since january, I would say the float is much higher than that.
He called yesterday.....
If anybody needs any extra shares, fccn has plenty for sale. They've been selling shares since january and the bagholders still can't see whats happening.
