I have no clue how 'quickly' they update the status...all I know is 'historical' showing only 1 day implies a 'change' today, and on otcbb http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_detail.asp?d=03/07/2013&mkt_ctg=ALL
note that ONLY REDG says effective today and all other additions are effective tomorrow even though its todays list.
Who knows, maybe its officially pink tomorrow, but would we even notice? As long as its not a ticker adjustment that locks you out of trading your shares, it likely doesn't matter.
it actually went to the pinks today I believe, not tomorrow (otc daily said as of 'today', not tomorrow which is 'typical', even though it wasn't on the daily yesterday). The clincher for me is the historical only starts today - said it already happened as of trading this morning.

I could be wrong, but this isn't the typical screwover like you'd expect with a D or an E attached

So that looks like that factory alone will be $60m in revenue x 3 (basic rounding) factories is $180m potential nearterm annually (please keep in mind this is an older article - not a fabricated pump article for any current exposure). Then plans for 10 factories in all - $600m potential sales?? All assuming same size factories of course - could be less, could me more. I notice also, 80-100 people will be employed at this factory alone?
(converted to english...)
Sollensys The South Korean company, which makes touch screens for iPad and mobile phones, this year will build a plant in Guatemala, and hence the product will be distributed to the entire continent.
The factory will be the third company in the world, the other two are located in Korea and China.
The investment will be between $ 15 million and $ 20 million, said public relations manager of Sollen-Guatemala, Young Jin Oh.
Screens designed Sollensys Apple, BlackBerry, Samsung, LG and Google Phone.
"In Guatemala screens are manufactured in sizes from 3 inches to 10.1 inches. Factory will be the only company to develop all sizes, as the others are dedicated to a specific size, "said Jin.
According to company data, the touchscreen market grows 14 percent each year worldwide.
Monthly production in Guatemala is 500 thousand screens, and of that amount exported about U.S. $ 5 million.
"We have demand for the products to be manufactured here by the companies that manufacture them," said Jin.
Guatemala Sollen-hire in the new facility from 80 to one hundred people, including Guatemalan engineers to be trained.
The facility will have a size of between block and a half and two blocks, but investors have not yet decided where to be located.
At the same time the construction of the plant will be built for the community hospital and a school closer to train those interested in technology.
"We will bring together experts from Korea to provide knowledge, and in the future even be eligible for scholarships to study in Korea," Jin explained.
Company
Although the company has not yet determined the location of the plant, "could be in Mixco or near the international airport," said Jin.
Frank Woo, Sollensys company president, said that the Government of Guatemala will provide the groundwork for the company, in concession.
"The country's economy grow," he said.
Luis David, director of Invest in Guatemala, said: "We are pleased to come to new investments and create jobs."
As for the training that will provide the company, David said: "Not only bring capital is knowledge. These companies become schools for Guatemalans, by providing technical skills. "
Free Press tried to talk to Luis Palma, provincial governor, who has held talks with executives, but it was not possible.
500m is correct - the float is way way less though as it is mostly controlled by insiders. Obviously those people obsessing about the past 10Q's and such are clueless and realize they have no bearing on the current state of company. I still haven't found how big the new company is, but I did find 41 employees, spent 20-30 million on their plants (believe 2 so far, building a 3rd), and on that video I believe they estimate sales of 250 million in 3 years - that isn't anything to sneeze at, and unlike a typical hyped promotion, this is a real company which actually makes it hard to gauge.
http://www.sollensys.co.kr/lang_en/
it is a real company - I saw the episode myself (the Canadian version of Shark Tank) - they generally don't accept fake companies with no product. The owners were definitely slick and obviously would do what they can to succeed - promotion, I don't know. I relate it to something like RYUN though - who knows, but as a 'promotion' goes, being a real company is actually a red flag (sadly enough!)
NVLX - new pot stock needed to radar
SCHSQ first day on pinks today and maybe the best Q play since CEMJQ...profitable, 100m in equity, being bullied into BK and bondholders pissed and going to battle. Certainly has 5 bag potential if not more.

lmao...ate my words...didn't realize he was just going to use a convenient annual income statement instead of the last quarterly..lol Nice one for the holders
doesn't fit the revenue explosion hint as revenues are going backwards to zero (would YOU call $3000 HUGE numbers?? lol) - not 'well below' 1m cap as well either...+ I don't think frontload is his motto typically is it?
you think too much.....
well, your comment stated redemption - no redemption needed as Chucky is still the best of the best and this is HIS pick, not paragon/bedfords. I am not sure what he did before STEV, but so far looking 3 for 3 (this is already a victory in my books anyway, I'm just playing greed on my remaining shares).
not bad - having a great January after a crappy last 1/2 of 2012 - still holding 1/2 ECAU from 0.77, sold 1.50s to 1.60's today and gambling for the home run on the rest.
It amazes me the number of people that can't see past GRPH and ORYN and don't realize those clowns aren't the one steering the ship here.
you do understand this is chuck hughes throwing his weight, not paragon?? Chuck didn't participate in ORYN and GRPH - his last 2 was STEV and STVF....study!
uh, why? Thats the last thing you should care about when playing a promo...
hey boys, this has been much less a headache sitting in my original .77 share avg then playing the scalp guess game u guys are playing. FWIW, STVF had 1 red candle throughout - well, ECAU had 1 already....also, STEV never had a big dip and ramped day 9...well, tomorrow is day 9.
Not saying it doesn't have a correction or will follow any sort of past pattern, but don't just go assuming, and don't go talking about paragon and how useless they are....this is chucky, and he was not part of ORYN and GRPH...AND the compensation is $1.8m higher than STVF

(not that that will determine how good it is, but I HAVE had a good feeling about it since day 1).
Chucky hasn't let us down yet, so until then, ride em......
Computer aided design (CAD) & computer aided engineering (CAE) are more commonly referred to as 3D printing
that statement is such a crock....lol
you better hope not as they will probably dump 50% if so as price is too high for them. I was told it will be a zero volume play anyway.
you have so much to learn......
hey, any filing on anything concrete on the VLOV uplisting thing? I see they tried 2 years ago, but nothing happened then. Not sure if its just heresay or not as all the 10k's just say 'if we uplist' kind of stuff
BTHR flyin - buying up KFC franchises, change of shell status is nice news
He was referring to the statement in the quarterly big guy...u know, that thing that tells you how crappy the company really is???
A joint venture agreement was entered into on July 24, 2012 with NeuroVasc Medical Inc forming NeuroVasc Clinical Inc. 1,000,000 share are to be issued to Dr Paul Ziemer according to this agreement, but as of Sept 30, 2012 these shares have not been issued
Thats an eye raiser huh - the quarterly says they formed Neurovasc Clinical July 24, but they didn't even incorporate until September 19?
NeuroVasc Clinical Inc. - Ontario Corporation No. 2342985, Incorporated on September 19, 2012. The registered office address is 2500 Appleby Line, Suite No. 2, Burlington, Ontario, Canada, L7L 0A2. The sole designated administrator/director of this company is Paul Ziemer.
best penny play off hurricane Sandy is AQNM....IF management actually figured out it was a public entity that is...
You look at article like this:

and realize where the company could 'capitalize'

makes you wonder what the hell they are thinking! A simple PR with 'offer for help' and it triples+
GRNH is the pot play to be in, way lower cap than the rest - explosive move coming with a solid break of 0.03
Didn't say EKNL was fraudently using Ziemers name, I 'asked' if that was possible early on in DD and that was resolved. There is a difference.
as for:
presenting FREMS devices you can tell him that he doesn't have a distribution agreement with NURO and Lorenz NeuroVasc!!!
refering to Lorenz, I don't know the distribution/supplier/marketing world and how they all get a piece of the pie. All I know from my correspondance with Lorenz is that Ziemer is just the marketer of FREMS, and his only right is to put them in his clinics. What that actually entails though, I have no clue. Does he lease, does his clinic have to buy personally, does Lorenz just put them in the clinics for exposure...no clue.
We all know in the end, all of this may amount to $50k a year tops. Whoopee. After all, thats all Tiger could bring to DROP.
And no matter how hard you try to smack talk this stock the share price continues to rise because people doing real and verifiable due diligence..... lol
anyone actually talked to anyone else other than Ziemer? Only take the word of the guy with a vested interest (a million shares) in seeing EKNL go to the moon? Sure, I'll gladly post my screenshots tonight when I get home since they are in my home outlook now.
More importantly, let me ask you this, WHAT actually does EKO have to do with Walmart! Specifics please :) I will remind you once again that EKO has NOTHING to do with NCstat DPNcheck.
hardly off topic thx...For the 10th time, I made it clear, Ziemer is the distributor for NCSTat - I didn't argue that. But this is the EKO board and that has nothing to do with EKO - that relationship has been in place well before Ziemer created NeuroVasc and not one sale of NCSTat has a direct bearing on EKO's bottom line. End of friggin story. That is NURO's problem with the PRs, that EKO is talking NCStat this NCStat that when it has nothing to do with EKO - it only relates to Ziemer being an independant distributer of the device for NURO, not for EKO.
The ONLY association relevent is as it relates to FREMS. To respond to todaybrians post about that. The only reason I say that NCSTAT is a lead in, is because it mentions that in the PRs:
NCI also distributes the NC-Stat DPN check device which is a point of care nerve conduction measurement tool essential in the arly detection of peripheral neuropathy. Patients who score poorly on the nerve conduction test are prime candidates for FREMS treatments and this is very valuable information for Physicians, Pharmacists , Podiatrists and Certified Diabetic Educators .
I know nothing about the accuracy of that statement and haven't asked NURO about that - for all I know, its total BS and they have nothing to do with each other which makes any reference at all to the NC-Stat device a crock.
As for Lorenz, sorry man, those words were directly from Greg Wachter, the COO - said NeuroVasc had nothing more than rights to put the FREMS device in his clinics, but Lorenz has the sole rights to the product (says to me its likely just leased). I guess he doesn't know what he's talking about either huh?
Actually, you know what, I didn't really think about it before - the only PR reference with Walmart is this:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/eko-international-corp-nerovasc-clinical-134500768.html
EKO, NeuroVasc Medical Inc. and NCI will continue to support the Canadian and American Diabetes Associations' call for the annual testing of all diabetics for peripheral neuropathy and will work to educate the community about the role FREMs can play in treating neuropathy and in preventing leg ulcers and their devastating complications.
Of interest is the following quote:
"Is the testing service now available to the general public and where can it be found?
The product is relatively new to the market having been introduced late last year. Through the end of June, we've placed 590 devices with physicians and health care professionals in North America, including WalMart-Canada pharmacies where the test is offered as a part of a comprehensive foot examination at 100 of their stores.
Also, the large San-Antonio, Texas based managed care organization, WellMed, has adopted the technology and plans to test its patient population numbering about 100,000. "-News Medical- www.news-medical.net/news/20120806/Medical-devices-for-diabetic-peripheral-neuropathy-an-interview-with-Dr-Shai-Gozani-CEO-of-NeuroMetrix.aspx
I realize they are just copying reference to NCSTat news and FREMS may actually be no where to be found in Walmart...I just saw that xtreme took that PR to make this statement:
EKNL now has a monster super chain like Walmart as a patient referral partner for it FREMS technology.
So WHERE in that PR does it say FREMS is in Walmart?? I don't see it. Does he have privy info that wasn't released publicly?
Toms reply today in relation to todays PR:
I appreciate your concern. We have been in touch with our distributor on this and hope to see an immediate end to it.
Tom
FWIW, Ziemer has now been contacted by NURO to stop associating all these deals with them (I assume the only tolerance would be if it is just mentioned in passing that their NCStat DPNCheck is a lead in for referral to the relevent FREMS device). NURO has no relationship with EKNL, end of story.
Only other info I got was that Lorenz has the sole rights to FREMS..NeuroVasc only has the right to put them in their clinics. Just info for those that 'really' care about the actual operations here!
Lets see if they keep pushing the envelope for chits and giggles though.
nope, I did a check and I can still buy it (and am in BC) - no idea what the hell the halt actually relates to!
not sure - I see posts saying it was post close (the PDF only says the 5th, doesn't mention the time it came out). I didn't trade it Friday, will try putting a trade in tomorrow for chits and giggles (I am in BC).
uh, market isn't open yet and the halt just came over the weekend. I am not sure - it may just apply to BC residents. I am going to place an order for the hell of it in the morning as I'm just curious.
not quite 98%, from all the chats/forums I hang with, I recon probably up to 10% of APS trading is from Canada, probably more. There is serious penny trader interest in Ontario and Quebec and I know several that play the promos (lots and lots of us use Questrade and Suretrader).
That said, doubt it has a major impact on trading, but it does mean you have to at least consider the risk of SEC halt now as I'm sure they do talk to each other on stock related matters.
repost as per terms of service....
don't worry bud, I got the proof I needed today as the NURO CFO replied and admitted they have nothing to do with EKNL and promotions with xtremepicks. Now I don't give care what the company does although I'd like for NURO to clear their name publicly at least since their name has been used fraudulently.
If I get any other replies on a few other angles that are relevant to EKNL, I will post the info positive or negative.
Yes, I did talk to Ziemer, and he backtracked on a few questions & has a company that cannot be verified anywhere. I know better than to take everything for gospel there. Only words I take for gospel would be from Lorenz or Neurometrix.
no crystal ball, i provided my posting record of NURO and the fact that I have been in since July...that is the only reason I care about EKNL since they have implicated involvement. Now, I believe I understand the whole picture and realize all these EKNL PR's really mean very little for EKNL and look to have subtle lies all through them. So what if Walmart is now supplying Lorenz product of which sales go to LORENZ, not EKNL/NeuroVasc, so what if you guys kept up on your float lockdown and kept hammering the ask. My interest is not about the volume of EKNL or price, but whether there is any relationship at all with EKNL and NURO (which essentially I stated I don't see any relationship and explained in post 2265). I see EKNL just using NURO facts about their placement in Walmart and with Wellmed to try to make their story look better than it really is.
having now made sense of all the relationships (still need to wait til working hours for a few more followups), I am realizing this. I suspect the PR's are manipulating the relationship to make it look better than it is. NeuroVasc is NOT a distributor of FREMS, it IS a distributor of NC-stat, but that has nothing to do with EKNL as that relationship with NURO was already in place. The sole distributor of FREMS is Lorenz (its right there black and white on their website). That said, NeuroVasc at best is just a marketer for Lorenz for the FREMS product (its right there in the PR that they are just marketing). They are likely just paid a consulting fee to go around, attend trade shows, and sell Lorenz product FOR Lorenz, end of story. That doesn't bring any real money to EKNL and really the whole relationship doesn't make much sense although I guess a million shares is pretty good incentive.
So really I see nothing really exciting for EKNL when you look at the bottom line. My biggest concern now is any relationship with NURO and xtreme. I suspect that is false, but only NURO will be able to confirm that for me.
As for the Mayer deal...well sure, it was with Lorenz and they get any $$ from it, NOT NeuroVasc. I suspect this was nothing to do with NeuroVasc since Mayer was talking about FREMS back in March.
More a case of just a whole pile of insinuations making things for EKNL sound way better than they really are. Thats what I see here.
not quite - Paul Ziemer is the wild card as I'm trying to find the company he actually works for (I can't call long distance at work so hoping for email reply. Ziemer is infact presenting with NURO, but I suspect EKNL has used this persons name, with a fabricated company and is also throwing NURO under the bus claiming they will be doing promotional activities with xtreme.
The biggest thing I have learned in scams, is never involve a real company in the scam - that can lead to a real quick shutdown of the stock if that company decides to come after them for fraudulent references (see GVBP for an example if you care - they had a cease and desist and SEC shutdown within a day of me getting a reply back saying they have no clue who the company is that put them in the press release).
NURO acknowledges they are speaking with A Paul Ziemer at this conference (which I already verified), but has no knowledge at all of a EKO International and a NeuroVasc Clinical. Thats the problem here and I will stay on it until its cleared with NURO one way or another.
lol, classic - so you are about to do a joint presentation with another expert in the field, one of which you don't even know what company he works for? Yeah, I'd believe that kool aid.
yeah, NURO's device...thanks for something I already knew
http://www.news-medical.net/news/20120806/Medical-devices-for-diabetic-peripheral-neuropathy-an-interview-with-Dr-Shai-Gozani-CEO-of-NeuroMetrix.aspx
Can u show me any PR distributed by NURO that mentions 'NeuroVasc'....yeah, didn't think so
