Reading between the lines on Fireman's posts, the news is related to litigation and not about commercialization approval, BO, or partnership for continued development of Murcidencel
If you're in this for the long haul, the price is almost too good to be true.
Reading between the lines on that call..... "LOAD UP THE BOAT, THE TIDAL WAVE IS COMING"
Share price is going to open down and I am going to throw everything I have at it.
Red back to green for the day... shorts can't muster enough strength!
The after-hours dark pool buying tells me everything I need to know.
Fingers crossed it is Galid and it happens before my Aug. 21 call options expire :)
Deano - does this mean we should be expecting an update any minute now?
The line I saw was:
"Last Update Posted: July 23rd (estimated)"
Run run run. Sky is the limit.
Sept 18th $8 Call Option is trading for $.80...
Might be picking up a few of those today.
We need some sort of news this week. Going to keep fighting the shorts all day long in the absence of any PR.
Very light volume the last couple days... trading sideways until more news?!
At least we seem to be steadying out in the green versus the daily afternoon dip into the red.
up up up.... hopefully, this is just the beginning.
Feeling good about the additional shares I bought yesterday :)
Maybe time to gobble up some more?
Welp - looks like another share offering at a 34% discount is tanking the current share price...
Another pop today... is there a catalyst on the horizon?
Seeing a "clear path to commercialization" at the end of the press release from the CEO is exciting news. Hopefully, this comes to fruition.

Thanks Miss Space Lady
As a one time catalyst - I think it will drive the price up $.20-$.30
Honestly - I don't think the stock price is really tied to earnings due to the myriad of factors that are discussed on this message board daily. If CBD stocks we're tied to earnings, CVSI price would be a lot higher than the competition due to the fact we actually have earnings.
Just my two cents. Added to my position today as well. CVSI long and strong.
I thought the news on fast track would push the stock a little more. Guess I was wrong.
The whole premise of your argument is that this potential one-time event that has been called out and ACCOUNTED for in their AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS via the ACCRUAL process is somehow going to bankrupt the company when they clearly state the liability is on Mona himself... keep trying tho
"The associated liability may be relieved once the tax amount is paid by Mona Jr. and the Company has received the required taxing authority documentation from Mona Jr. However, if the amount is not paid, the Company would be liable for such withholding tax due. Additionally, the Company could be subject to negligence penalties if the amounts are ultimately not paid. The Company does not believe that any such penalties are probable or reasonably possible as of June 30, 2019."
You must not know what an accrual is. An accural is literally ACCOUNTING for an event when the money has yet to be paid/received. Keep trying tho.
Are we bullish on Sept 30th's results?
What expiration date?
Still think there is a lot of upside here?
Hello Miss SpaceLady - please mark me down for $21,467,342
You don't honestly believe your first point, do you? McDonald's stock is subject to volatile swings as well so I'm sure they're running out of suppliers to do business with...
Your logic is so flawed it's embarrassing. Your P/E ratio is astronomically skewed by a one-time event and CVSI hasn't even been on the shelf at Kroger or CVS for a full quarter of earnings plus general public awareness of the benefits of CBD is still low. The retail environment is shifting to brick and click which Kroger is very well positioned for while Amazon continues to scale back the number of products they are producing and warehousing and relying more on 3P (where CVSI can play) as they become profit focused. It's almost as if I know what I'm talking about.
But keep fighting the good fight. Must be exhausting trying to formulate all of these irrelevant and flawed arguments. Yes, CVSI carries risk and we are all aware of that but you pretty clearly are trying to cover your ass on a short position or are heavily invested in a competitor or else you wouldn't be wasting your time on this board. You just got stiffed.
REPORTED: The Big Stiff
Could this be the catalyst we are looking for to propel the stock back up?
What are the chances they confirm the Kroger rumors in the meeting today?
