“Some people can't handle the truth, correct.”
Yeah. And a lot of the time they are the ones saying that.
“"Supposedly?" Lol. I guess that's one way to minimize KBLB”
Kinda like minimizing the original ‘scale and sale’ 8 years after the fact and saying ‘well that’s not what they meant’. I can see you 8 years from now doing the same thing with this AF funding.
Did they get the job done or not?
“you stated that KBLB had "a bunch of yarn”
I still stand by my assessment that the ‘inventory’ is spidersilk of some kind (cocoons or yarn). You can interpret it however you want. We know from the S1-a that they are sitting on at least a little yarn and they did claim to get some production although disappointing out of GSS. Don’t know why supplies would all of a sudden become inventory. Doesn’t take that many supplies to produce a batch or two of cocoons and the mulberry doesn’t keep that long so you wouldn’t be stocking that up.
I have a few suspects. lol
“As I recall, it was a more sophisticated narrow warp weave that they used.”
As I recall, and I don’t remember the source, regular weaves didn’t work so the had to come up with something that did.
It was posted 3 days ago. There are like 10 other videos with the same message posted by the same outfit dating back to July of 2021. Appear to be made by some weirdo with a strange passion for KBLB. Thought we had found all the lost videos for a while when I saw all those videos posted but they all say pretty much the same thing.
“He said KBLB never has shown a DS prototype, when they did. Do you want to argue that it wasn't DS or that I am somehow wrong?”
A piece of gauze is not a prototype. I’m sure he was looking for a prototype that could be used for clothing or high fashion like I am and not something to strain cheese with since that is what SpydaSilk is presumably trying to market.
“That is a lie by omission.”
Seems to be a lot of that going around lately. I heard KT is working on a vaccine for it though. Should be ready ‘soon’.
“You haven's seen a prototype either...”
That’s right. They don’t appear to have made any or enough fabric to doing any kind of testing on whatever end product they are planning on making. Don’t know how you can launch a product when you haven’t even produced or tested out the material your final product is going to made of. What good does it do to produce 200 tons of Dragon silk if you don’t even know if it is useable in a final product? They are evidently sitting on enough yarn to at least get some fabric made and get some testing done so why are they sitting on it? That $4 million ain’t going to last forever at the rate KT is getting paid. But don’t worry because others understand what it means to be a ‘development stage’ company. ;)
“They released to the public, there is enough fabric to launch but not a prototype to be found”
I haven’t seen where they say they have produced any fabric. The latest S1-a states they have a bunch of yarn that has yet to be sent to Singapore for processing. The only fabric mentioned lately were some samples produced by Dorn.
“But who cares, right?”
Well you got that right at least.
I would guess that they would like all their questions answered. I noticed you totally skipped over section 4.a. I wonder why.
“ONLY ONE GENERATION.... “
That’s how hybrids work whether it’s spidersilk worms, cows, pigs, corn or any other living being. The next generations would probably still produce spidersilk but not as robustly. So what’s your point?
Looks like the same kind of answer I get whenever I ask somebody here to prove a positive point they’re making. lol. Nothing but vagueness. Thanks for trying.
“KBLB can't produce shit!”
So why did they post job openings for 2 pooper scoopers?
“ Imagine the twisting had KBLB not submitted anything”
So where is your Forensic proof they submitted anything? They only PR’d that they were planning to do that. Just like all their forward looking statements you like to bring up. How are we supposed to know it isn’t like the ‘ready for scale and sale’ and King’s contract fiascos that never amounted to anything? Show some proof, or it didn’t happen.
Also, I doubt that GSS would be set up for breeding silkworm moths. I believe most Vietnamese silk is produced from Chinese hybrid silkworm eggs that are imported from China.
“Do you read it another way?”
I read it as meaning Prodigy. What lab equipment and skilled labor does GSS have? I do realize their wording is confusing as hell, like usual.
“If KBLB sent a small shipment of the two parent strains, GSS may have needed to grow their first generation of parent strains to produce more parent eggs.”
Why would you think that KBLB would send any of the parent strains to GSS? KBLB doesn’t have any control over GSS other than to look at their books, send them hybrid eggs that can’t be easily reproduced, and get cocoons back from them(I’m assuming somebody else is doing the reeling). How would KBLB maintain security in that case? Prodigy should be more than capable of handling this task.
The more moths they siphon off of the first 3 generations of the parent strains to crossbreed will only serve to greatly slow down the eventual ramp up. Since you should only breed the best of the parent lines back to each other to maintain the parent lines I could see them crossbreeding the rejects to start off and see how the hybrid rejects do. WeHopefully there wouldn’t be that many rejects though. July should be the earliest that any meaningful news would come out about the hybrid production. That would be the earliest I can see GSS getting enough hybrid eggs to raise and it also coincides with the summer heat in Ho Chi Minh where it tends to get too hot for silkworms and Vietnam has always had problems with that in the past using mundane silkworms in that area.
Why don’t you ask it where it got that information from? You going to tell me it’s smart enough to give you an accurate answer but can’t give you the source?
“ I’ve tried leading a horse to water.”
Might help if you knew which end of the horse you were leading.
“not understanding what “development stage” means.”
Ready for sale and scale is no longer “development stage”. The company claimed to be there 8 years ago and has been misleading investors ever since. Failure to understand that means you probably should not be investing in penny stocks.
“They have told us there is continuous production happening in parallel with the hybrid program. More lies?”
Don’t know where you’re seeing this information. GSS wasn’t even mentioned in the latest S-1 and the fact they still didn’t have enough yarn at the end of the year to process into fabric would indicate otherwise. Would have made sense to take the GSS cocoons that were acceptable(robust) and use them for future breeding. Looks more like they just gave up and started from scratch with the Prodigy hybrids. The 10q should provide proof one way or another.
There’s so much conflicting information in the company’s PR’s and filings it’s hard to know what to believe.
“. The company has told us they have sufficient product to launch SpydaSilk. Are they lying? “
They did say that, but in their latest company filing they say they are sitting on a bunch of ‘yarn’ (not fabric) in Vietnam because they don’t have enough to send to Singapore for processing. They certainly don’t appear to be in any hurry to make a commercial product or even a proof of concept prototype.
“We will assuredly know where KBLB stands on that spectrum. Not wishful thinking at all. Common sense.”
Common sense? I thought only the opinion of forensic experts would do. So which is it? Has your forensic expert even verified that KBLB sent the required paperwork to the DOD? The PR only said they were ‘planning’ to do it. Oh that’s right, opinions and claimed common sense only matters when it’s on your side of the argument.
“Putting numbers from a filing into a spreadsheet and calling it "proof" the CEO is "lining his pockets" may work on some, but, it's not going to work on me”
So you’re saying the CFO is a liar now? Isn’t that one of KT’s positions?
“The baseless accusations are the money is "lining the CEO's pockets." This may be the first year it actually has. I don't know?”
That’s right, you don’t know, which would make your claims baseless. Yet you claim somebody who has actually taken the time to make a spreadsheet of all of KT’s compensation and share sales as the one making baseless claims. Your lucky I didn’t use his 2020 compensation. Remember the year when he supposedly didn’t take a salary for part of the year because of Covid. Made up for it by getting $2.2 million worth of stock options while selling at least $2.67 million worth of shares. How much money did you say he loaned to the company? That’s right, you don’t know.
"I get it, baseless accusations are the new facts."
Well since you insist, here are the numbers just from the latest 10k for 2022.
KT Total Salary: $522, 402 (Includes $79,729 bonus)
Minus Deferred Amount:$86,202
Shares Sold by KT: $118,299 (one of his lower amounts for a year)
Money KT loaned to company: $0
Loan Principal Paid to KT: $40,000
Net Cash Proceeds to KT for 2022: $594,499
Again, what were his accomplishments for last year? How much money did the company bring in? If that ain't lining one's pockets, I don't know what is.
“prove he didn't put those monies back into the company.”
Prove he did or otherwise it’s just opinions and assumptions. I’ve been asking for proof and all I’m getting is the run around. smh
“The assertions of "lining pockets" are not.”
One only needs to read the employment agreement he made with himself to prove that.
“Which can happen at anytime!!”
Really? I thought there were qualifications for getting on the NASDAQ. Do you know what those are and what it would take for KBLB to do that?
“Given the recent filing, do you think a RS and move to the NASDAQ, would make all that is owed to Kim go away?”
What’s more likely to happen? This company gets to the NASDAQ or it files for bankruptcy first? What are the odds?
“ He was also forced to make the 2 premium shares go away as well.”
Where did it say he was giving up his 2 super shares?
“Debt forgiveness rings a bell here.”
What debt has he forgiven? Why not forgive the debt already and get it off the books? Why? Because he could file for bankruptcy at any time and guess who would get to keep all the cash the company currently has.
KT, always looking out for himself.
“Why would I have to show those numbers?”
To prove exactly what KT has received from the company. You keep saying he hasn’t got much from the company. Prove it.
“Instead of giving the general population vague nothingness, shoot us with real figures.”
You have access to those numbers. Why don’t you do the work and show us exactly what Kim has and hasn’t taken from the company? Everything, including shares sold, bonuses, loans, health insurance/perks, Texas property payments, stock options, warrants, deferments, etc, etc. Your the one hiding behind vagueness. Prove your point, if you can.
“Once again, the silkworms couldn't handle the colder weather and died.”
GSS is in Ho Chi Minh. The production failure was sometime between June and October during the warm season. You might want to check you facts.
