Why are warrants so cheap, isnt it 1:1?

I sold like 3.5-4.5 between .0017 and 18, happy with that.

I believe it was around 4 million, and no its not mine. Could be a flipper who aquired around 10-12 this week so he has a 15-20% gain. It will get eaten next week, or just removed.
