Pretty in Pink we are!
I've been to Emerald Fields several times, and it's always packed. The religious right is very strong in Colorado Springs and has blocked every attempt to allow dispensaries. So at lunch time and after work you see a steady stream of cars from the East heading West to Manitou to go shopping. The parking lot is small and cramped for the amount of traffic.
The things with expanding stores is you have to stock them.
Their Illinois Rise dispensaries didn't have much variety a year ago, it could be frustrating to shop there. Now the stores are very well stocked because new grow facilities started delivering product and third party suppliers have had another year to refine and expand their own production. I also like that they are putting money into existing facilities such as Mundelein--an impressive revenue-enhancing upgrade.
New attorney letter posted:

Just downloaded both and ran a document comparison
Net cash in 2020 operating activities: 54606 changed to 32370
Net change in cash and cash equivalents also lowered.
I don't think any of this is a big deal; the lawyer caught some minor errors that the previous lawyer didn't. In other words, he did his job and now he can write the letter.
Quarterly Report - March 31, 2021 just posted
crypto miners/support equip. doubled from previous quarter! $330,075
Aaaaaaaand our next filing has hit the wires. A filing a day keeps the whiners at bay!
Thanks to whomever for those 1.905 shares
Love the all cash deal!
New tweet, OTC login coming soon
"Shareholders, we have finally confirmed our payment has been processed. We expect login to follow in coming days. Financials to follow! We still intend to post last two quarters balance sheets on website in the meantime."

Lock Them Up! (your shares, that is)
Look out shorts, the Alpine 4 Nutcracker Express is barreling down the tracks! Cover or feel the vise-like grip on your walnuts.
The advisor Kent hired to choreograph this uplist dance is really doing an amazing job.
What goes down must go up again.
I'm thinking with Alpine manufacturing drones and doing a lot of EV work, a future target might be a battery manufacturer. That would probably be a Facilitator in their business model. But I'm cool with snapping up another drone company.
Me3, Alpine is the place to be.
Okay, will do. I usually see it at smaller stores that I haven't frequented much since the pandemic. Plus it's the dead of winter here and lemonade doesn't get much shelf space.
I drank a few cans of Lemin this past summer
I generally avoid lemonade because of the added sugar, but I did like the taste of Lemin. Not as sweet as the usual bottled lemonade. I live near Milwaukee and Lemin is quite visible in area retail markets. I like this acquisition.
Apple is working on an EV project called Titan, maybe they need prototypes.
I also am thinking about this. The bandwidth to run all these miners at an acceptable consistent speed must be enormous. Hopefully Spencer got all his internet ducks in a row while he waited for the electricity to be turned on, and installation is nearing completion.
You are correct, my eagle-eyed friend--I hadn't noticed that Spencer is still listed. But so are the two Strat scam artists from 15 years ago, so I'm not sure how reliable the updating process is. That's how long I've been holding this zombie stock that suddenly sprang back to life. I guess all this will be cleaned up and we'll know the answers.
I own 600k of each--the Strat shares seem as old as my grandmother. If Spencer were to spin off Telesis into Strat I would be one happy camper.
I became familiar with BitFrontier when Spencer assumed control of Strat Petroleum. Here is a sentence the latest posted annual report that javi references:
"Once we identify an acquisition, BitFrontier Capital Holdings, Inc. will incubate them until they can be self-sustaining, at which point we will spin them off into their own public company providing a dividend for our shareholders."
This is what I thought Spencer was going to do with Strat--spin off an acquisition. Instead he sold the domain to Krisa Management:

It takes time and money to assume custodianship of a CE stock. What did BitFrontier gain from selling this? Why sell it when spinning off companies is part of your strategy, and Strat is the perfect vehicle to do this? Who knows, we're still in the dark.
This stock is a different animal now, it's like the Energizer Bunny.
A close at point fifty would be quite nifty.
Not sure, I'll check next time and report back.
Dispensary improvements
Two new things I've noticed at my preferred RISE dispensary in Illinois:
1. Outdoor kiosks where you can look at products and place an order. Most people do this beforehand on their phones, but I've seen plenty of people use it.
2. A little kiosk in the lobby that takes your temperature when you stand next to it. It only takes a second. Another safeguard that protects customers and employees as COVID rages around us.
Lots more product variety, too.
How about you stop with the political commentary since this is a stock board? Not everyone bases his or her vote on marginal changes in the tax rate.
Yep, Valium and Codeine are codified as more dangerous than marijuana, which is lumped with heroin and acid. Preposterous.
Where did I say anyone should WAIT until election day to buy? Smoke it if you got it, you seem a little touchy.
Incredible bars have 10 pieces (servings), each contains 10 mg THC. In the Black Cherry CBD bar, each piece also contains 10 mg CBD. That one is very good for chronic pain. So about 3.30-3.70 per serving, plus tax.
The election started weeks ago with vote by mail, and 100 million votes have been cast. So what's your point?
It is an enormous price difference between Colorado and Illinois. The Illinois market needs to mature and add more competitors to the mix, which is happening but slowly. I love the Incredible Black Cherry CBD bars, but they are $37 at Rise, plus tax--$50!
post election weed sector rally coming
Hop aboard GTBIF, can't wait to see the quarterly on Nov. 11. Illinois sales should be ramping up this quarter as supply is finally catching up with demand. Stores are much better stocked now.
Well, it said C$19.25, which I'm pretty sure means Canadian Dollars. That would equal around $14.53 in US Dollars.
Thank you for sharing this info. I'm long, patient, and still accumulating at these prices. Spencer should be careful about using the word "shortly" in his tweets, because sh!t out of his control can happen, and in this case it did.
IF they did stop opening stores, it could be because they are having trouble supplying the stores they already have open. Tremendous demand in Illinois means dispensaries are chronically short of flower. That isn't unique to Green Thumb.
I go to their dispensaries a couple of times a month and it can be frustrating when they are short of product. Things seem to be getting much better lately. I'm fine with them being cautious and not overextending at this point. What's the point of opening up more dispensaries if you can't supply them adequately?
wow, you gave it a whole 8 minutes after open to start complaining. WTF did you buy again?
"Unfortunately, Kona is not ready to handle that big of an order."
Says who? Compare the difference in the 2019/2020 inventory levels in $:
June 2020: $714,846
June 2019: $94,337
Nearly three-quarters of a million dollars in inventory waiting to ship. And when it does, it won't be one or two pallets at a time.
We still need the attorney letter for 2Q 2020. Hopefully it will materialize today or Monday, and then Spencer can give us an update next week.
No yield or stop sign, BFCH looks Pretty in Pink:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BFCH/overview
Taken from the latest quarterly report:
"The Company will explore various Strategic Acquisitions of private companies that we believe will benefit from the exposure of the public markets. Once we identify an acquisition, BitFrontier Capital Holdings, Inc. will incubate them until they can be self-sustaining at which point, we will spin them off into their own public company providing a dividend for our shareholders."
I learned of BFCH through SPRL, when Spencer took over that entity. I think it will be the first ticker to be used for one of Spencer's spin-offs from BFCH. Both stocks are catching up on filings and rallying.
Strat (S P R L) is also showing some life today on heavy volume. I'm curious what part it will play in Spencer's plan for BFCH.
You know very well that BFCH is current as of last week, and this status will be displayed on OCTmarkets soon.
