Also in docket 815 it list the final decree notice and also total disbursement since effective date and it shows 900mil+ and the effective date was since 04/03/2019 does that mean we accumulated 900 mill plus as disbursement ??
And wat does general unsecured claims means ?? Because for that section it shows about 1.3 mill cash allowed
