Opened a new position today. I am hoping I didnt buy at the highs, but lookinng to hold it for a few years. I currently wear a CGM and love these devices. I am hoping that this stock will be above $5 by end of year or a buyout.
CTL is about to cross over 50 day moving avg in a long time
Unfortunate we loss. Sold my entire position.
Taking a massive loss and moving on. Now I will get money back during tax season.
GLTA.
Sold my Oct 18 calls. Took a 75% loss. I would need to stock to go up practically 50% just to break even. Taking my loss and moving on.
GLTA
i didnt think these procedures are covered by insurance. I thought its an out of pocket expense.
Today’s Volume < 300000 stock price up 19%
USRM wins case volume 50,000,000 stock price up ____!!
“But Parlo says her clinic has no intention of backing down and will fight the lawsuit and the clinic's right to continue. She says injecting someone with their own stem cells shouldn't be defined as a drug treatment. Taking other tissue from the body, like in a skin graft, isn't regulated by the FDA, and so neither should stem cells, she says.“
Excellent point!!!
Your right... it would be a good deal.
I have Oct 18 call options. Unfortunately, unlike equity, there is an expiration date. I hoping for a bounce sometime between tomorrow and Oct to get above 18.
The price is ridiculous. Stock holder equity 4.2 bil, market cap 2.4 bil. Stock should at least $24.
If someone had a business that was worth $100,000, and they wanted to sell it to you for $50,000, would that be a good deal?
That’s exactly whats happening to X.
“FDA’s guidance documents, including this guidance, do not establish legally enforceable responsibilities. Instead, guidances describe the Agency’s current thinking on a topic and should be viewed only as recommendations, unless specific regulatory or statutory requirements are cited. The use of the word should in Agency guidances means that something is suggested or recommended, but not required.”
https://www.fda.gov/regulatory-information/search-fda-guidance-documents/guidance-industry-enforcement-policy-concerning-certain-prior-notice-requirements
Am I missing something here? From the FDA own mouth that guidance documents are suggestions but not required.
So would you think this is good or bad for US Steel?
Is this the beginning of a rally? Have we reached the bottom. +4%
I am ready to buy at .013 cents. Anyone selling? No Fear!!
“We have patients in our offices demanding these treatments,” said Dr. Shane Shapiro of the Mayo Clinic. “If they don’t get them from us, they will get them somewhere else”
High demand!
Any money invested should be money you can lose. If you have a family and living paycheck to paycheck, I do not advise investing in this high risk stock. As for me, I have some discretionary money to spend. I will care if I lose it, but It will not hurt me in the long run.
Nope. Dont know Miguel. Individual investor.
If this was a easy case, wouldnt the judge have decided already? Clearly, there are alot of factors to consider. Guidance vs Law vs Regulation? Its a joke that the FDA is so concerned about stem cells. Its very clear to me whose behind this. Does the FDA file law suits for evey vitamin manufacturer. Oh thats right supplements dont need FDA approval.
According to the FDA regarding cigarettes: “FDA regulates the manufacture, import, packaging, labeling, advertising, promotion, sale, and distribution of cigarettes, including components, parts, and accessories, under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and its implementing regulations.”
Tell me this... has Philip Morris gone thru thier clinical trials to ensure that cigarettes are safe and cause no long term consequences? Is the nicotine they use considered a drug that is safe?
Its clear that the FDA has approved the sale of them even though its a well known fact that it causes long term health consequences. (Sorry for any who smoke, but needed to make my point)
My point: Don’t give me this BS that the FDA is so concerned about public health. The bottom line is this... whoever has the money wins. Big business can afford the 100 million clinical trial. USRM obviously cant. Does that make stem cell procedures less effective? Will the Judge of this case do what is right?
I am keeping my shares until thier worthless or valued at hundreds of thousands of dollars. If I lose it, i lose it. Ill have a tax deduction. I dont really give a “F” anymore. Just waiting.
If USRM wins, I think a global pharma company will buy the company soon thereafter.
The vitamin and supplement industry is not regulated by FDA. The same will be with stem cells. The time is now.
Well I have $18 Oct calls. So I am hoping the 20% gain is before then.
Stock coming back. Didnt descend to prior low, which is a good sign especially during these volatile times.
Want to become a millionaire? Skip the lottery.
Odds of winning:
Via lottery = 1 out of 200 million.
Via USRM = 1 out of 2
Stay long!!!
Really a 10$ target. That would make it a 10 bil market cap for a 19bil BV company. Crazy.
Down 4% premarket. Not Good. Going to hold my options at least 3 months. See what happens, but ouch!!
Down 4% premarket. Not Good
NOTE 9 — STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY
During the three months ended March 31, 2019, the Company issued an aggregate of 8,598,928 shares of its common stock in settlement of outstanding accounts payable and accrued expenses. In connection with the issuance, the Company incurred a $12,960 net loss in settlement of debt.
During the three months ended March 31, 2019, the Company issued 3,000,000 shares of its common stock for services.
Here is what I find very interesting. Would u accept stock as payment if u thought the company was going out of business in about a month or so? True, these recipients can get the shares and sell immediately on the open market and get paid. However, if u look at the chart from Jan to March, for the most part there was an incline of price giving me the indication of buying pressure, not selling. Yes, we did have a drop in March, but no way way was all 8 million shares cashed in as the volume doesnt even come close to that.
So reading between the lines here:
1) the current legal case has taking a toll on the business financially.
2) in no way shape or form is USRM going out of business.
3) Im sure USRM has a back up plan if the ruling doesnt go in thier favor.
4) Once the uncertainty has been lifted and case settled, we can all move forward... albeit hopefully with USRM as a leading Stem Cell company right here in the US, but if not, then globally in other countries.
It will be a tradegy if USRM cant practice Stem Cell research here in the US. The travesty of it all is that it was stopped by those who claim to be the ones of protecting the public health.
Three blind ladies, although unfortunate, out of 12000 successful procedures is practically a 100% sucess rate. How many people have died due to FDA approved medications? Such hypocrisy!!
Your thoughts?
Bought some Oct 12 contracts. Hoping for a suprise earnings report which is due. The stock is under book value now and dividend was cut last conference. What bad news can come out now?
Im ready for a quick jump in price and triple my money.
Im ready to buy more shares for anyone who will sell under .02. Just because a company has a bad quarter, this will be a thing of the past once USRM wins legal case. So go ahead and sell. Im buying and penny cost averaging down.
Very true. Here is the way I see it. Us steele is well below book value. How much lower can it go. Also, I try to make at least 20% on all my trades. If i can do that, great! Not trying to hit a homerun. I try to win by base hits.
I see. So far my trade losing money. Down $275.
By Oct needs to be above $19.51 to be profitable.
What techical indicators do you use to indicate that the stock will take off if it hits 17.50? Where do u see the stock going to? 20$, 25$?
Thanks. Already up $200. That's a good sign.
Price came back from -.50. Currently down .07
I still bought Oct 18 Calls today. I think by Oct the price should be above $18. Buying when everyone is selling. Also includes timeframe for another earnings report. See what happens.
I dont think the market will cooperate. Everything is down today.
Going to buy a call spread first thing Monday morning. Need to make some money.
This stock is severly undervalued.
Are my numbers right?
Outstanding shares= 172,391,637
Market Cap= 2.9 Bil. (Outstanding x Share Price 16.88)
Shareholder Equity= 4.2 Bil
Diff=1.44 (4.2/2.9)
Book=$24
Has 44% potential upside. What am I missing?
Q1 earnings should be coming out anyday now.
Typically, there is a tender offer the company makes to buy your shares at a premium before going private.
Here are two true stories.
It was around 1996. I bought 2000 shares ($100) of Comparator Systems (IDID) who had fingerprint technology. I paid .05 cents for the stock. I was young and had little money to invest. I waited and waited and waited. I held on to the stock for about 3 years. At one time I was going to sell but didnt. Stock price remained at a nickle.
Then one day to my suprise the stock went to .10. Then .20, . 50, .75 cents. I was estatic. In about two days it climbed to $1.50. I sold my shares and made $3000 in profit. There was a rumor around the company that fostered this movement, but wind up be nothing.
Another story XRP ripple crytocurrency. End of 2017 paid .20 for XRP. Sold for over $2.00. The currency went over $3 bucks.
So... whats the moral of these true stories. Anything can happen!!! Stock can go over a dollar. Do you know what FOMO is? “Fear of missing out”.
Irrational behavior can drive this stock even though USRM is not worth 378 million dollars market cap if it reaches $1.00 per ahare.
1999 - 2018 = 9 years to cross 10000 stem cell procedures ( see CEO blog Feb 2018 on USRM site)
2018 - 2019 = 1 year to cross 12000 procedures. (+2000 or 20% increase)
Is there demand? You better believe it.
If USRM wins case, we gonna be rich!!! Cha ching!!
Stay the course!
