Yes, because of the ordeal we have been through, it will be hard for people to not sell their position and get their money back… but that could not be the smart decision in the end. Tough to say. I think they are going to nasdaq as well.

They are trying to straighten things out. Just leave it at that. No one is arguing that they have not messed up. Let’s see where this goes. I personally think they did have us in mind a bit when they came up with this LOI.
I guess we may see some financials soon. Will be interesting to see the growth. I think we are due 3 quarters?

Did they file for otcqb ?
It’s a new day. Long year for careclix
Herbals is gone …you have a very respected tele health software company.
Anything you know to excite us about LFER?
Check out careclix.com
Moved 30% on 100k volume
LFER seems to have a super small float.
They are current;y at 7-8 cents..so the shares we get will be at that range?
What do you think? Not totally clear where we land here?
I think we get out of this, but w only 1 share for every 10 we have now?
2021.

Filing?
E trade showing at .05 but no volume transactions
Half million shares pm is definitely more then usual. 150% annual increase. This company heading in the right direction. But man it feels so controlled at times.
1k share trade. But is it even possible to buy such a trade at 1000
Uggh
It would be nice to see a trade go thru
There has been speculation that they are perhaps re organizing the different subsidiaries of careclix holdings and/or possibly creating new ones in order to solve different problems that have arisen. How that works out for us or for the employees or for management is still up in the air and debate. I hope somehow they can fix it all.
For real…if management can just think big for a second.. this company can be huge.. get the ducks in order and be a huge part of the marijuana revolution!!
Nice thought process .. a glimmer of hope
8s incoming …
Let’s see if we can get to .0008 today…
Can’t think of a better day to file.
Thank you Pam…..all I would say is if there is any inking of chance that they are trying to do right by us and have us shareholders in mind…please do not rub them the wrong way as there may be several avenues from here and we need them to take our path.
In your opinion , which is just a guess.. do you think they still file eventually?
This thing was over a dollar feels
Like not too long ago.. people were drooling over this one at one point.
Pg 2 has Keith as “shareholder”…
Hard to say he has been wrong. Just look at share price last 2 years. The company has not done well at all. That being said.. at this price, there seems to be some potential here if they can get their act together.
Well we know now they intend to stay on otc as evio…if they can follow up and file and get pink current, with the new acquisition and individuals that are going to help the company, I think evio easily gets out of trips and back to a penny or 2 at some point, perhaps before the the new year..
Yikes.. not able to buy shares today on E*TRADE..
Some posts on Twitter seem to indicate this is the beginning of getting current..
I am not so experienced as to know any other motivation behind this filing besides they intend to delist…if anyone can help me understand other avenues they may be looking at by filing form 15 please let us know.
No you didn’t. But you did leave room for the possibility of a turn around. We shall see. Good luck to you.
Serious? Your are now bullish? Or skeptically bullish?
