Hoping things work out for Stu & cru
..obviously covid-19 has had an impact..might be better that they are now Thai (..or whatever) based for their product than having stayed chinese based
Good Luck and God's continued protection
Yeah..over $60,000 worth @ .52&.53!
Now's the time for a preliminary profit release
the price is heading lower again..selling outweighing buying again
since Q3 net profit, imo, should come in between $1.25m and $1.75m i think the time is now for a preliminary result
Does Wallach still plan to uplist CAPC?
i think this would be a good question for the upcoming conference call -
if he still wants an uplist in the future will it likely involve another reverse split, even if it's only 1 for 5,6,or 8?
He should also be asked if they plan to retire anymore shares..this could be done without asking him or Postal about retiring shares of their own
Also ask how much revenue he expects for 2020
Stewart Wallach! Please Do SOMETHING!!
You've only used $250,000 of the $750,000 you allotted for purchases of CAPC..BUY SOME OF YOUR STOCK ON THE OPEN MARKET,FOOL! (as Mr.T would say)
Mind Numbing lack of interest in CAPC as usual..
-----that was one thing,3 or more years ago.
--..now its quite another. DO WE BLAME OURSELVES?! --NO!
Good for you Uranium..CAPC will pay off eventually
still i am left feeling a bit jaundiced after recognizing the similarity between our own CEO,Stewart Wallach, and the ceo's of many of mainstream corporate America.
--Its almost like Wallach missed his shot at heading a Fortune 500 company, and we've been stuck with him for the past 10 years.
--- still i wish every shareholder on this board the best of luck..I've done well in this stock the past 5 years, just not as well as it seem's i could have done
--- It's sound's like you yourself are an accomplished businessman, and i've always appreciated your input on this message board.
As far as i know you are still the only person posting here who has actually met the people running Capstone Industry's..why our "resident" golfer hasn't i don't know..maybe they have and have simply chosen not to reveal it
give it up ocean1g..Wallach's got all the base's covered
if the outsiders ever brought a class action lawsuit against him/his corporation he could present evidence that he has in fact (Literally anyway) tried promoting the stock over the past 2 years
...if he happened to do so at stock forum's where CAPC was overshadowed by bigger more exciting companies, well that is too baaad!
Another 2 years will go past,CAPC's pps in the ditch relative to other stocks with similar sale's and profit numbers.
--- in the meanwhile the insider's will line their already substantial holding's with even more bargain priced share's from either Involve llc or their first ever stock purchase on the open market.
--- then;when the time is right,..for them..,they will make the move's necessary to insure themselves maximum returns on their own holdings
Is Capstone on its way to $100m annual Sales?
i think maybe thats the question you all need to be asking Stew&Crew
if their answer is YES (by 2020) then CAPC will be worth holding onto, even adding to at the current price
if their answer is NO then you should probably be looking for a good exit point
the reason i say this is because it looks like they are settling into being a relatively low percentage net earning's company. As long as sale's continue to grow at a healthy pace the net income will also grow, albeit under 10% of sale's
all of this is of course just my own opinion of the matter
** Correction to my previous post **
the pps paid by the Postal's for the first 500,000 of the total 550,000 new CAPC shares was simply the original .029 strike price of the stock option multiplied by 15 (the 1:15 split)
The .468 paid for the remaining 50,000 share's was probably determined by the BOD and Postal as having been a fair price based on CAPC's price at the time
........i read it like this.......
the 550,000 share's shares the Postal's acquired were new shares of CAPC issued by the company, they were not bought on the open market or acquired from one of the other insiders.
The price Postal paid was determined by Capstone's board of directors.
The whole things makes perfect sense from the companies perspective,...retiring over $200,000 of debt in exchange for new shares of the companies stock...
since Postal acquired the stock at a slight discount from the going market price at the time it doesn't necessarily impress the outside shareholders, who would probably have preferred to see the Postal's pay at least a small premium for the shares.
---it does represent a significant insider interest in share's of their own company, and hopefully that will resonate well with the peep's in Stewart's audience next Friday at the MicroCap Leadership Sumnmit
Here are their two websites mareen :
to this point there's never been any reference to Duracell at either of their websites ... Duracell's only been discussed during conference call's or in a press release

--- just noticed they've switched to InvestorHub Newswire from GlobeNewswire...not so sure i think a lot of that,..they should use Both
On February 13, 2017, as authorized under the Company's stock repurchase plan, the Company repurchased 1,000,000 shares of Company common stock from Involve, LLC., under the Option Agreement dated June 27, 2016, at an exercise price of $.15 per share.
On May 1, 2017, as authorized under the Company's stock repurchase plan, the Company repurchased 666,667 shares of Company common stock from Involve, LLC., under the Option Agreement dated June 27, 2016, at an exercise price of $.15 per share.
On May 2, 2017, the Company's Board of Directors authorized at the Company's discretion to either retain repurchased shares in the treasury or to retire the repurchased shares and these shares were retired as of June 30, 2017.
Trailing Twelve Month PE is a very low 7.15
starting with Q3 2016 and ending with Q2 2017 they've earned $2,988,010
current O/S is 46,466,952
divide $2,988,010 by those 46,466,952 shares ... ($2,988,010/ 46,466,952 shares outstanding) and you get earnings of $0.0643 per share or 6.43 cents per share
Divide todays closing price of .46 by those earnings per share of 6.43 cents (.46/6.43) and you get a PE of jest,7.14
if the PE were 20 the stock would be at $1.283
Yes,i don't understand the pessimism evidence PPS
should be a day the price went up,not down
No,that's what i heard..........
Stew and Jerry are oversea's (good excuse?)
...sounds like they won't be fielding any question's today, but you can email them in to Aimee Gaudett
bull,i would like to hear that they'll do over $40m in sales
with a profit well over $2m for 2017...if earnings,(already $1,150,000 after first 6 months) were $2.5m for the year, that would be $0.0538 per share..give that a PE of 20 and you've got a share price of $1.07..with some real enthusiasm that could go as high as $1.50 by years end,..i have no idea whether we'll actually see price's like that, but i think they're within the realm of possibilities.
i would also like to see a merger or takeover, but only if the timing is right..when that might be i don't know..sounds like a good question for Stewart and/or Jerry to field.
i won't be calling in but i am planning to submit 1 or 2 questions via the email route shortly...Have a Great Nite bull, and everybody else..pleasant dreams
O/S down to 46,466,952 from 48,132,664 years end 2016
that's a reduction of 1,665,712,or about 3.47% ... offhand i don't know what explains this reduction..(reduction of Involve shares??..yeah,that should be it,as they were buying shares back from them)
---- .. of course that means that they are not counting the Treasury shares as part of the O/S,..which may or may not be proper..maybe it depends on how you look at it
Much better results than i expected..i'm an optimist again!
------------- Q2 2017 Q2 2016 Change ------ % Change

OK. Thanks for the reply
Has anyone received shares of GCC?
i don't hold my shares of UNGS in "certificate" form, but looking at the filing with OTCMarket's dated April 17th,2017,apparently owning stock for UNGS "in street name" was supposed to sufficient in order to receive Greater Cannabis Corporation shares...
Thanks For Any Help on my question
Yeah,..i'm here mike..no filing till the close apparently
HaHaHa!! Thats excellent rvd

Incredible $Volume for CAPC today
Over $180,000 worth changed hands..very good sign Imo
Some new's before Q1 results would be nice bull
but the CPC bulbs won't be with a retailer until sometime in May,so maybe the company will wait untill filing Q1 (due by 5:30pm EST Monday May 15th) and the cc/webcast
beautiful weather currently here in the Northeast US
i think we'll see 60 cents plus soon..
jmo obviously, but i think yesterdays volume and price increase signaled some kind of a real change for CAPC
today the broader markets were down over 100 pts because of geopolitical concerns before Trump came along and said he might repeal Dodd-Frank
currently #19 on the BreakOut Board..GO CAPC!!
yes bull, always nice to make the breakout board
if we get news before the filing in mid-May i think it will be preliminary results 2 or 3 weeks from now .... jmo
Yes,great development,hope it continues
Looks like Stewart's investor presentations are working
Yes.Big improvement in Liquidity if not PPS
i hope the people who got cheap shares from Howard back in 2010,@ the equivalent of .075 per share, have sold a lot of that stuff
