the 550,000 share's shares the Postal's acquired were new shares of CAPC issued by the company,they were not bought on the open market or acquired from one of the other insiders.
The price Postal paid was determined by Capstone's board of directors.
The whole things makes perfect sense from the companies perspective,...retiring over $200,000 of debt in exchange for new shares of the companies stock...
since Postal acquired the stock at a slight discount from the going market price at the time it doesn't necessarily impress the outside shareholders,who would probably have preferred to see the Postal's pay at least a small premium for the shares.
