I did see an "indefinite" shelf life too.
How could they use bioamber succinic acid? I'm seeing shelf life from 6 months open to 36 months unopened. They stopped producing at the plant in 2018 I believe. Pwc sold off the rest of the product by what 2019 at the latest?
It's possible they used expired succinic acid that they deemed usable.
Although, it's likely they bought a new batch when the plant was retrofitted and reactivated by lcy. Hmmmm what are your thoughts?
I'll agree to this but I'm a small fish haha and I do expect our lawyer to show up, otherwise I'll just let those shares continue to take up a position in my portfolio forever. Accurately, there is nothing to lose here
Y'all remember when broken clock was here? I've been here for ages haha
It's a little funny because we are all still holding our shares, that we are considered to be stagnant. I've invested in quite a few other companies over the years. I have moved on so to speak.
What I'm saying is we can move forward with our portfolios and still look back at bioaq with the hope that something comes out of it. I imagine most of us have recovered the unrealized losses shown in our portfolios.
As we can all see, this board has disintegrated into "I told you so" and trash talking trolls.

According to?
To my understanding, a 1:1 wouldn't increase share count as it is one for one.
Is it weird that yours and letswin2020 said the exact same thing. Basically word for word haha as it relates to bioamber
Could it be BioAmber's yeast? I remember conversation about the yeast being able to increase SA production 2x.
I would say the most precise chart to use for our discussion would be after bankruptcy was announced. Considering we were talking about the sisp, which started much later with distressed valuation on all assets.
Nope, anyone can show a chart to push a narrative. That's why you chose the five year chart and not one that would show the increase in pps over time after the failed sisp. Which is what we were discussing.
Pointing out the obvious increase in interest. I think my 90 says is almost up though. Was that you who I took the bet with?
Lack of interest that drove the price nearly 6x and also volume much higher than prior months. Are you new here?
Appreciate it, I should have clarified I am in the US. I haven't traded options lately but I am curious to see how the price moves with the underlying a volatility
Awesome thank you!
Where can you buy calls or outs for BTC?
I still hold shares and with those shares comes potential upside. Can't go down from here (fact) and at this point, I've had enough time to recoup would be losses and refunded my brokerage account and some. Pursuing a more balanced portfolio for the long term and still hold my 231k shares. Couldn't be more excited for the future! Hope all here feel the same
Ill take 90 days sir. What's the stakes?
How can they be out of the picture for years? The pwc transaction was called the visiolis transaction... Mini sodas made out of biodegradable plastics? Much to think about
I'm in at .4, looking for .75 before exit
By shareholders I mean longs*
From the funds received in the liquidation. And that's ones easy, because shareholders hold 93 million of the 130 million. Lcyb may have been able to get 10 million shares below ten cents but to purchase all of them we are talking dollars. Make sense?
Also if they paid off the debt the shares would no longer be "worthless" hello?
A company that pays 80 million would also get 75 million in dta and shares in which they can do a share offering to gain additional capital in a short period of time. Relatively simple concept. Would be in the best interest of everyone.
Monitor didn't write, judge didn't write it, courts didn't write it. You declaring them worthless is like Mike Scott declaring bankruptcy without actually filing for it.
Haven't been declared worthless, so the term is purposefully inaccurate. Try using the word temporarily before you say worthless, it makes your statement somewhat accurate.
I'll be looking to average down next week
Oh okay not bad!
I'm implying that the company hired Eno to fulfil this restructure deal.
Either that or Eno convinced the company that liquidation was in the best interest, but clearly that's not the case as BioAmber would "def be making money."
The puzzle piece is missing. Eno was hired for less than a year and knew enough about the company to flush it down the drain? I think not. He was hired for a specific purpose.
Late December is when the authorized shares increased to 3 billion, what are the odds it was dilution occuring? O/s must be in the billions by now. Also it didn't hit .04, it hit .0369.
Bought in at .011 and .0116. however this company is tweeting updates and hasn't filed financials for 9 months. Any word on when they will file?
So then eno becomes ceo and liquidates the company after being there for what 7 months? And you don't think there's something missing here? Haha okayyy
Just saying if it's that easy for lcyb, why would bioamber volunteer to file bankruptcy and miss out on "def making money"
"lcyb is def making money" are they selling something other than bioSa? Why is lcyb "def making money?" Weird that a different company name with the same operations can "def be making money" what else are they making at the bioSa plant?
"Consensus estimate is -.15 eps, up 77.9% y/y" Etrade shows eps at $-4.56.. that's a considerable improvement if correct.
Agreed, sundial is a pump with dilution increasing o/s to at least 2 billion
It's a shame these day traders/shorts have no idea what they do to people like us. I've talked to multiple new traders and most don't even know what the company does. They buy "surging stocks" and sell when they go down in the slightest. Can't say I haven't bounced from here to there but I don't have break the bank funds, hurting the little guy with this reddit cult bushleague
I got killed here, in at 62... No choice but to hold. For 100 in the coming month
Class act toncat. Back at ya!
Yeah filings and otcmarkets tops etrade haha but that's what I was thinking. Too much volume to not have some dilution
