Doesn’t GTEC owe invictus 2 million$
Don’t you get tired!!!
Trading has been halted
You’re definitely right-
Also we own 50% of AB labs- which has a value
Did you say there was nothing to report Yesterday -
Yesterday you said nothing to report!
Is that study public record if so can you let me know where to find it. Thanks
Has it been any news today regarding Invictus - Price is up 25%
WHAT I can't figure out is how anyone can lose money selling weed!!!
I’m concerned that there might not be enough sales - it’s one thing to be producing and having it in inventory but That inventory has to move.
THIS IS PART OF A NR FROM AUG 29 -- TO COMPLETE PHASE 3 INVICTUS MD NEEDS TO GET TERM LOAD - AS FAR AS I KNOW IT HAS NOT BE DONE-
is pleased to announce that Acreage Pharms Ltd. ("Acreage"), the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, has signed a non-binding term sheet (the "Term Sheet") for a secured term loan of up to $6.0 million (the “Loan Amount”) with an interest rate of 10.0% per annum (the “Term Loan”) on drawn amounts with Trichome Financial Corp. ("Trichome Financial"). Invictus has also signed the Term Sheet as a guarantor of the Term Loan. The funds drawn on the Term Loan will be used for the completion of the 90,000 square foot Phase III cultivation facility near Edson, Alberta, including the purchase of automated processing equipment and the development of the EU-GMP facility with the remainder to be used for general working capital purposes for both Acreage and the Company.
I would not be surprised to see head office move closer to TD -
I would not be surprised to see head office move from BC
I would not be surprised to see head office move from BC
Last year was September 28
Does this include the mission location?
You are definitely right they would have to do their due diligence before any loan.
That being said the company interim financial statements for the month ending July 2019 would be available -
Therefore I would assume they would be very happy with the financial statement that’s why they will be loaning money to invictus.
This is excellent news -
Last September Invictus received gross proceeds of C$20,000,000 from Eventus Capital Corp. and they were appointed as a special advisor to the Company. I am just wondering what has been advised - This could explain alot of the changes that has gone on in the last 10 months
Acreage Pharms is mentioned - https://hmed.ca/supply-jul-2019/
Between Acreage and AB - invictus seems to be satisfying the medical cannabis user.
I guess Keith Stein - will represent him well-
Am I correct in saying GS is no longer A director of the company .
Has anyone been wondering what Dan is up to these days - I don't know if it help or hurts invictus
https://winchestermd.com/our-story/
Does anybody have an idea of what Kathy Loves’ position is with invictus - The phone number that was attached to one of your signatures tel 6045122959 is associated with at least four companies -
Great question and great input- When GS joined Invictus - he received 2,631,141 shares - so right now he is one of the major shareholders holding more share then Dan. part of his deal was over a 5 year term and on behalf of Invictus as Chief Evangelist Officer and he agreed to attend a minimum of 50 investor/industry presentations, 25 events and 3 days per quarter in person to join Invictus' CEO on various investor presentations and updates, subject to schedules. In the first year has he done this? Gene is either Chief Evangelist Officer or he isn't but we should know one way or another-
I wish Mr. Ripa had more skin in Invictus - It doesn't look like he has much of a down side.
On the contrary looks like we only sold 268 kg in three months Or year-over-year we approx sold 16 kg per month more than the previous year.
Does this mean we only sold 268.9 kgs for the first 3 months at $5.95 per gram? based on PR dated June 12th "Total production has now reached over 200 kg per month of dry bud and dry cannabis for Acreage Pharms' in-house CO2 critical gas extraction. Phase I and II are meeting the planned production of 2,400 kg per year. Acreage Pharms is averaging a price of $5.95 per gram sold of dry bud."
Anyone has an idea when interim f/s will be out -
last year they were out June 22 - i guess any day now.
Can someone explain why on all the cannabis message boards on this sight over 200 - why is Invictus getting so many daily post - they rank no. 5 out of over 200 companies.
did not read complete nr-
You are so right - going forward bottom line means everything - Regarding the JV with GS this is going to happen - otherwise Mr. Dixon would have informed the shareholders -
I like the progress - I am still wondering what is going to happen with Canandia-Delta this is the dark horse!!!
I expect to hear good news re interim f/s this week - Mr. Dixon gave us the heads up on the numbers. I would expect sales to be significant!!!
