bly03: thanks. I'm proud to be a fellow shareholder with you on this adventure. Your dialogue is most welcome and informative.
I agree on the lax oversight regarding "naked shorting". This is certainly evident in the fact that there are currently several companies on the SHO list for more than one year. SaVi was on for a short time this year but came off and the timing seemed to coincide with the change of transfer agents.
I think you are wrong on your cert pull comment "you need to send them back to the broker before you can sell them". I think you have a certain period of time to produce the certificates to your broker but they must honor your request to sell them immediately.
And, just to clarify, my statement regarding an organized stock cert pull in no way qualifies me as a "pump and dumper". I don't think that was your intent anyway. I may still request certs on part of my position.
I found this company and thought it was the right time for it's product to hit the market. I also admired and respected the character, integrity, and motivation of the leadership. So, I became a visionary and jumped in. I still think it's the right time, even more so, as the media is exploding with "high gas price" related stories. I have not sold and do not plan on selling until either my price targets are met or my time thresholds are encroached upon with no evidence of production or sales. An offical statement from the company would be sufficent for me.
Thanks again.
Peace
Guzzlers No More? How about $200 for 30% improvement not $thousands for 25%!
We do not know how much the two-mode system will add to the sticker price. These vehicles currently sticker from $30,000 past $50,000. A 25% economy increase on 20 mpg brings the mileage to 25 mpg. The auto companies need to figure out how much customers will pay for an improvement in five miles per gallon.

I think The SaVi Sales Team needs to talk to Ford, Toyota and Nissan Motor according to this article.
flsun can you send Mr. Jerry Flint of Forbes the same email you sent to Cramer? Mr. Flint may understand the significance of the DynoValve better than Cramer.
Now is the time for SaVi!
Peace
bly03: thanks for the info. glad to see that you consider this type of mm control as normal. However, sad to see naked shorting viewed as normal. I consider it an illegal practice destroying legitimate small companies trying to get off the ground.
Here's a typical scenario that I think could happen. A large hedge fund establishes a huge short position brokered by NITE for example. NITE generates these shares from thin air. Then NITE has to book those shares within a "period of time" so they buy them from UBSS who generates them from thin air covering NITE. This cycle continues unnoticed until the share price is so small that investors lose interest, sell out, and drive the company to dilute or go out of business. IMHO, if brokerages are only permitted to work with real shares, allowing the normal three day settlement process, the market would be fair.
I think the only way for investors to fight against naked shorting is if they organize and request physical stock certificates as one corporate body.
I also think one way a company can fight against it is to put the screws to their transfer agents for accounting of OS shares which I think SaVi did when they recently changed agents. Another way is for the company to provide investors with a steady stream of info allowing them to see what their investment dollars are doing and maybe giving them more confidence to increase their position in the company.
Thanks again for your response.
Peace.
trump: these questions were directed to bly03. I can't pm either so I'm not sure how you got one from me.
Peace.
bly03: NITE was controlling both bid and ask, at the same time, most of the day today. This created a narrow range of .015 and .016. Do you know why they did this? Who tells them to do this? Do they need to buy real shares to cover naked short positions before the share price runs? They seemed to aquire this stance once the share price drifted up to .017 (+18%).
Just curious and you seem knowledgeable on the topic. Thanks.
Peace.
Wonder how the "quiet period" board meeting went?
Why was there a quiet period?
Did I miss something?
From the SEC: "All reporting issuers are, at any time, permitted to continue to publish regularly released factual business information and forward-looking information."

Peace.
ot: berry and jimmy: check out phil keaggy!
IMHO, the most prolific and inspirational guitarist alive today and maybe ever. He is a master in all guitar genre: acoustic, electric, classical, rock, Beatles-esque, etc. His motivation is to humbly play his best for the Creator and His Creation.
http://philkeaggy.com/music/downloads.html
My favorite albums are "Beyond Nature", acoustic instrumental and "220", electric instrumental. Awesome music to drive to. It may even sound better with a Dynovalve installed knowing I'll be saving money on gasoline.
Peace.
bly03: good call. I thought I remembered a PR where Mario complained about this but all I could find was discussion on this message board in post #2403 and its associated thread. If anyone can back me up with a PR I would appreciate it. Otherwise, I apologize to the board and to Mario for the misinterpretation. That was not my intention. However I still feel that a steady release of info from a company is better than infrequent "blockbuster" releases.
Excellent point on day trading though, thanks bly03.
For what it's worth, I also have not sold any shares and plan on holding them for reasons similar to bly03.
Peace.
moose: Long Legged Doji says hold on, trend reversal possible.
http://www.americanbulls.com/StockPage.asp?CompanyTicker=SVMI&MarketTicker=OTC&TYP=S
Sorry for the TA bias but that's all we have right now to hang on to.
Also, keep in mind that this a startup type of company, extremely speculative and risky. Anyone invested here is a visionary and as visionaries we must have stomach linings of steel.
However, even visionaries have the right to know what's going on once in awhile. Mario has been upset with day traders hurting the stock price but IMHO releasing only big PRs brings them out like pirhana. A slow steady stream of info from the company IMHO would create a slow steady uptrend in PPS that is boring to day traders. And, I think it would be an uptrend because SaVi is building a factory and that usually implies an intention of generating a product for customers.
Regarding the Hummer article, competition is good. It shows that what SaVi is trying to do is feasible. They may just have to release it at a lower cost than their competitor. It seems like a different approach to the same problem with similar results but I'm not sure on the technical differences between the products. Someone else may want to chime in that is more internal combustion engine savi.
We will be bombarded with high gas price related news stories over this weekend. Brace yourself, we may gap up off this long legged doji star on pre-market news Wednesday. Then again we may not.
Have a great Independence Day weekend all!
Peace.
flsun: when is the meeting? I have other questions for Mario and crew to address. I feel bad bothering them now when they are so busy. But, I'll let you spear head the webcam proposal.
Also, any response from Cramer? That was a great email you sent. He has quoted General Haig on "Mad Money" so maybe the General's involvement in SaVi will get his attention.
Peace.
flsun: Some official statement from the company would be better than a web cam but that's an interesting idea. Hey where did Serge go, why isn't he assembling the assembly line? Then Mario pops his head into view, "Sorry, he had to go to the men's room, he'll be right back".
Do you know when the next shareholders meeting/conference call is scheduled? I remember back in April hearing something about early July.
Peace.
DFW: Yes it's a small model jet on my desk, since we are dealing with penny stocks. :)
Peace.
PatD: Thanks for the info from your visit. Also thanks to Octane and Super Boost. But, I have to ask, why just before lunchtime is no one to be found except for two people working on setting up a machine? How much longer do we have to wait for someone to document a visit like this for example:
Hey, I hopped over for lunch with Mario on my lear jet from the east coast. I held a Dynovalve in my hand that was warm from the finishing machine at the end of the assembly line. Then he presented to me and several other investors contracts with major US and Mexican trucking fleets. We all applauded and toasted the fine work of the dozens of people, including temp workers, that scrambled to get this done on a timely basis. Then Mario apologized that the drywall was still not painted in the reception area because he had to divert the resources to tasks of more "critical path" in nature. But the drywall and tile will be done shortly now that the assembly line is set up.
The only plausible answer for me as an investor is that they worked until 3-4AM that same morning, setting up the assembly line, formulating PRs, pitching to international trucking fleets, plotting out marketing strategies, etc and needed to catch two or thee hours of sleep. I hope that's what they are doing. That's what I would be doing with an opportunity like this as gas prices rise and GM is issuing PRs talking about rolling out 20,000 smart cars in the US by 2008. Put a pot of coffee on and roll up the sleaves. And if they are working like this, hey, here is a novel idea: SaVi Investor Relations, LET US KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING!
Can anyone drive by and check to see if the lights are on and cars are in the lot at 3-4AM?
Sorry for the rambling.
Peace.
Up 7% on 10 million shares, not concerned.
.10 will be a great price for this stock in the near future, IMHO.
Peace.
friend: the US media seems to be screaming for a technological breakthrough in fuel efficiency. That was my only point on bringing up the biodiesel discussion. I understand they are not competitive products but they are related. In that segment on CNBC yesterday morning I heard an apathetic analyst say "oh is biodiesel the new flavor of the month". I interpreted this comment as "oh well just another story on alternative fuels that will not be available on a large scale in the US for many years" and "please give us something to use today to increase fuel efficiency and reduce emissions". Mario could certainly go on CNBC and market this "world changing technology" and if asked is it in production he can say something like "we have completed 10 years of successful testing and we are now building the factory that should start generating 50,000 units per month by next month for several domestic and international trucking fleets". The biodiesel CEO had no problem telling CNBC that his new refinery should be up and running in one year.
IMHO, SaVi, It's time to step up to the plate for your team of investors.
Peace.
flsun: thanks for biodiesel info. Unfortunately I do not have much faith in social security after the baby boomers(which I am not one) liquidate it although your tax idea is interesting. I'm hoping that investments in companies like SaVi can fund my retirement.
Peace.
flsun: thanks. I wasn't aware that biodiesel is out there already. I have not seen one in the NJ/NYC area yet.
CNBC: SquawkBox 5min segment on BIODIESEL this morning and how the initial target customers will be big trucking fleets such as Fed Ex. Martin Tobias, CEO of Seattle Biofuels, said that the Biofuel industry is 5 years behind Ethanol and other alternative fuels but he expects a refinery up in one year that generates $35 per barrel oil.
Why is Mario not doing a CNBC: Squawk Box 5 min segment telling them about the Dynovalve Pro and how they are targeting the large trucking fleets worldwide for initial installations? SaVi appears to be much closer than one year from production if compared to a Biodiesel refinery. IMHO, investors will be opening up their checkbooks trying to give SaVi as much money as they need once Mario hits the scene on CNBC.
But, also in my humble opinion, the large oil companies and large auto manufacturers do not want the American public in general to hear about a correction to the internal combustion engine using the Dynovalve. Just imagine the outcry from Americans who own a car and want to save 30% in gas mileage and reduce emissions 40% once they find out they can do it with the Dynovalve enhancement. This could be why Haig is on board to be in the face of Big Auto and Big Oil. Perhaps this story needs to be leaked to environmental activist groups to light the Dynovalve fire in people's minds.
The time is NOW!
Peace.
flsun: Mario said 300,000 miles himself on the video around the 12 minute mark. He said that this was a result found in their testing.
http://reflectweb.reflectsystems.com/FileFactory.aspx?Player=1&MediaID=26017
In the waning hours of a PR-less Spring, 2006 the timing of a PR is now even more unpredictable, IMHO. As investors in a devlopment stage startup we must buy and hold patiently and fearlessly.
Hey lawsson or lucky do you have any more trips to the facility scheduled? Another report from you two would be greatly appreciated on this board.
Peace.
Military move on Iran could triple oil price

Aeris: 16 million Chinese new cars per year by 2010 (8 million currently) and they are choking on pollution in the metropolitan areas. What happens when SaVi gets a Chinese contract and you plug 16,000,000 in for XX?
http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/michigan/chi-ap-mi-china-autoproduct,1,1627382.story?coll=c...
Most of the market is in the red today.
Whenever I get down about this company I watch the video again and look at lawsson's and lucky's pictures of the facility and assembly line machinery. It's a sort of hypnotic peace. Can you imagine having to change your oil every 300,000 miles instead of every 3,000? That's a hundredfold improvement. We will see a hundredfold improvement in stock price too, IMHO. I'm hangin in there for the long run. What a beautiful Spring day here on the east coast. Seven more days of Spring in 2006!
Peace.
flsun: looks like you made it to Thursday with sale prices! I could almost see you grinning from ear to ear. With 9 trading days left until Spring, 2006 is over we should expect a PR very soon(hopefully not tonight for your sake). Also, with two weekends left I think we are in great shape for them to finalize the assembly line and start cranking out DynoValves. I know I have worked many gruelling nights and weekends making deadlines in my career. My hat goes off to those working diligently at SaVi.
Peace.
flsun: I bought some yesterday and will buy more next week if I can. Ameritrade is notorious for shorting shares they don't have (aka. Naked Shorting). We all need to be aware of this because it could be happening to SVMI too. So be careful and request physical stock certificates if you plan on holding long term. I might do that for half my position.
Peace.
Calm before the PR Storm of Spring 2006.
Perhaps an afterhours PR to gap us up over any short stop orders is planned. Patience will pay off IMHO.
Peace.
flsun: when will the dissertation be ready? if i missed it please point me to a msg#. I think there are still a few of us here interested in hearing the details of your conversation with Steve. Thanks.
I'm looking forward to a fun week in SVMI. This could easily gap up past .03 with a 9AM PR on any day (tomorrow would be nice)as you pointed out to rldurbin. Then there will be many chasers IMHO.
Peace.
e4gold: You're right it was long and tedious. I'm not clear on how you tied Savi Tech to SaVi Automotive (SaVi Media) in your point "B". Could you clear that one up for me? I think Haig was hired to do the promo segment of his show called "World Business Review" by SaVi and after meeting with Mario and Serge and learning about the product, he just wanted in. He's done almost 2,000 of these such shows for corporations. I wonder how many of those corporations have tweaked his interest to this extent. Mario is not stupid either. He sees the value of maintaining a relationship with the General. It's a win win for them. Now, I look forward to our win in Spring, 2006!
Peace.
holein1: I don't think we'll see an initial pop to $1. But, with a military contract who knows, it could be the ride of your life to $1 and then beyond. I think we'll see initial resistance at around .10 (52 week high) and then around .40 (the 60 week high). Hang on though it will be bumpy.
Peace.
lawsson: I suspect the mm's are trying to free up supply. Hopefully they met their target and its only up from here. We'll see in the waning days of Spring, 2006.
Yeah, you have to wonder hom much the shipping barges
consume in fuel transporting oil from the middle east. Or the cruise liners. Perhaps we should propose shareholders meeting on the first Cruise Liner Corp. that installs this technology!! But I think the big bang will come with the first military contract. All just my humble opinion.
Peace.
IMHO we are talking dollars not pennies.
Check out PTSC. Patent infringement in every microchip created in the past 10 years. Dynovalve to be added to every vehicle built in the last 30 years, only if the owner wants to save money on gas and help the environment. Then they start talking to big auto/truck regarding new engines and changes to assembly lines.
"Profound, world changing technology"
Peace.
Up 16% yesterday, 19% today, somethings up!!!
Have a great Memorial Day weekend! Remember some heros, especially those currently serving and sacraficing in Iraq and Afganistan. Make some new memories if not for yourself then for them.
The Dynovalve will save the US Military billions. Battleships, tanks, jeeps, aircraft. If it will save one trucking company 300 million in one year in fuel costs what will it save the US Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines? General Haig is there a PR coming soon?
Peace.
flsun will the PRs start to roll tomorrow since you're not posting tonight? Thanks for all your DD and info. Also thanks to lawsson who proved me wrong and posted the pictures. Your recent post where you stated "I still believe in the spring launch" carries more weight than you think. You two can be trusted. Thanks again.
I'm curious as to the number of shareholders. Does anyone know if that info is available? Even if there is a big OS the number of unique shareholders is probably small in relation to other large OS companies such as sirius because SaVi is under the radar at this time. If this is the case what are the dynamics, regarding share price, of a smaller shareholder base when their relatively unknown company releases a "world changing" product in Spring, 2006? That last question was rhetorical.
I will buy more tomorrow.
Peace.
Patiently bought my part of the 27+ million shares sold today.
Hang tight. It's almost Memorial Day which is the unofficial end of Spring and beginning of Summer here on the east coast. 18 official trading days(I think) left in Spring, 2006. A PR before the weekend would give me lots to tell my friends and family about at the picnic. Everyone is upset about gas prices and everyone will be excited about this product.
Peace.
I never used AOL nor do I pay much attention to CNN media. Please understand that this technology is not "infomercial" grade. This "world changing" technology will become standard equipment on all new vehicles as the catalytic converter did in the 70's. It can also be retrofitted to existing engines. According to the company the first application will be to diesel engines of trucking and shipping fleets such as (my example only, no PRd contracts yet) JB Hunt, UPS, FedEx, USPS, CHINA, etc. Catalytic converter technology has never been applied to diesel engines.
Furthermore, the President/CEO, Dr. Mario Procopio, is one to be trusted, of utmost integrity and character, and, in my opinion he would never be part of any scam. His motivation is first to change the world and then save the consumer some money. Serge Monros the CTO, has 30+ years experience in engineering and holds the patents as inventor.
SaVi Automotive: Innovation meets Brilliance at the right time, Spring, 2006!
I cannot believe people are selling at these levels,at this time. As I buy and buy I feel like a "dog in a meathouse" as General Haig so nicely said in the video.
Peace.
lawsson you seem to have an open relationship with Mario. Did he ever comment to you on the Spring, 2006 production rollout? Did he seem comfortable about it? Sorry if this was asked and answered in past posts.
Oh, by the way, I sincerely apologize for post #1974 and #1963 and not believing you on the pictures. I was trying to have a little fun too!
Peace.
Steve Forbes CNBCSquawkBox looking for "Google" of Automotive Industry. He said on the segment that aired this morning "We've been waiting 30 years for automotive fuel technology breakthrough and fuel cell is not there yet". Commenting further on fuel cell technology he said "When fuel prices go up interest grows in alternative fuel cell development but as for now it works great in golf carts. When prices go down the spotlight comes off". He also said "I expect the breakthrough to come from some unknown company, perhaps the Google of the automotive industry".
On "Good Morning America" this morning the CEO of Chevron said "Fuel prices will stabalize at these levels and we will probably never see cheap prices again".
No mention of Savi Automotive's Dynovalve though. In my opinion the timing could not be better for the Dynovalve!
Go SaVi! Keep up the good work toward production in Spring 2006!
Peace.
A few dollars cheaper!
Peace.
I sent one too. Sent to MadMoney show also because Cramer likes to quote Genreral Alexander Haig during his Lightening Round segment.
Go SVMI!
Peace.
Haig had his FBI buddies arrest lawsson
for taking pictures of the Dynovalve with malicious intent to publish them on iHub. He's being interrogated by Haig who is pacing back and forth saying "I'm in charge here! No one takes pictures of the Dynovalve without me knowing. Who sent you? Was it Ford or GM? We've already told them they need to wait until Spring of 2006 when we finalize contracts with JB Hunt, UPS, FedEx, and the USPS"
Peace.
