I was a SVP at Extraco Bank years ago. A very conservative bank locally owned. I can assure you, this is no scam! They wouldn’t have extended them a LOC for almost $1m if they didn’t feel totally comfortable with the individuals and organization! Regardless of whether it is cash secured or not.

The aquaculture awards advancement will be given out May 7th. This is a world wide award that is given to the highest achieving advancement in aquaculture.

Wouldn't it be something if NS won this award! It is very likely and possible they will.

Perhaps they have obtain patents along their journey. Most all successful companies have experienced failures along the way to success, that's what makes them much stronger and wiser.

I for one believe they have finally gotten it right after years of trying many alternatives. IMO, the stock is heading north as the true value of the company will significantly increased very soon with the news of the successful, outstanding, unbelievable harvest news, then soon to follow contracts! It's really not that hard to understand, but I suppose easy to be negative about their past failures.

I am sorry it is your desire that the stock price decline, because your wish will most likely not come true over the long term.

I agree, I am not a professional stock investor who has attempted to learn the charting of the daily stock activity. I am a simple minded, very conservative investor, who quite frankly is retired at a very early age, and like to invest in companies I believe in. I have done extensive research on the shrimp industry as a whole and firmly believe that the shrimp business is in crisis with a not so rosy future if it weren't not for this technology.

My guess is they are right in the middle of negotiating numerous meaningful agreements that will have a real impact on the future cash flow. Then it is too early to get in at these very inexpensive value's ps.

My Hat's off to you and the other long term investors. Everyone now days wants the quick buck and clearly you saw an opportunity here years ago. My guess is you never imagined it could get as big as it has with this new technology.

People need also to remember that these statements the owners put out, regardless of the media used, must be carefully worded and could be held against them in court if found to be inaccurate or a stretch of the truth. The SEC frowns on this, especially if determined it was to alter the stock valuation. Ask Elon Musk how that works.

IMO they would not have ordered, fast tracked in fact, the new equipment for expansion if the results of the latest batch 180 were not favorable!

Look Folks, I use to work at Extraco Bank in a very senior position in Central Texas. This company is no sham, or scam, or whatever the nay Sayers say it is. Extraco Bank is well known as a very conservative institution that would not have extended them a LOC if they felt like this wasn’t the real deal, or a reasonable risk. And that was in 2015!

Secondarily, GHS out of Las Vegas (the largest consumer city of shrimp in the country), would not have loaned them their primary working capital of $7M if they weren’t legit!

I know everyone wants the stock price to reflect what we all see, and it will IMO shortly. If the technology truly works, and by all accounts it does perform as designed, then this deal is larger than anyone can imagine. The beauty is that we new stock holders haven’t had to endure the years of holding on waiting on the technology to be developed and the patent approved. And we still got in at a very reasonable value. Once they have proven future cash flows through either direct sale of shrimp, joint ventures, license agreements, buyouts, etc. the stock value will be representative of those expected cash flows. This deal could be, and IMO will be, huge within a year. Those that sold to early will regret not hanging on for the really big upside. I was one of those that sold Dell way way to early!
I will project in the coming weeks; this stock will reflect the value of those expected future cash flows, once that can accurately be estimated. Hang on, it’s going to be a great ride, but clearly people, this is NO scam or sham.

Interesting, I calculate that WF sells an avg of 50 lbs per day, got that out of an article I just read, with 479 locations, that’s 24k pounds per day, or 8,500,000 pounds per year. Someone stated a few days ago that they went to WF and they were selling their shrimp for $17 per pound. That’s $150m a year in shrimp sales SHMPers.

If you don’t think WF is watching NS closely, your not paying attention to the details. Long SHMP!

I remember selling Dell computer when it hit 3 dollars. Two years later, I gave up $3M just to make a quick buck! Don't be that guy when you have a solid company with good management and the protection of a world wide patent!

SHMP is the real deal. I have read ever article I could find regarding the world shrimp industry and the truth is, it is in disarray. This technology clearly is a game changer that every non wild shrimp agriculturalist will be seeking. The only alternative they have now is using Probotics to resolve the bacteria and virus issues, and quite frankly is is constantly changing. The technology they have developed will change the world of sea food long term and the patents they currently hold have to be worth at least $2 pps.

Totally agree! The fundamentals of the company have not changed, other that better news coming out this morning about expansion. I am long term and happy to hold!!
