I thought I would never post a message on this board again given the 1 man audience....
BUT THIS IS CRAZY!
Crazy good that is.
In a pandemic with little seating, masks required and many vendors not in business sales are crazy. Maybe the hot weather is partially responsible.
I absolutely love this business and every time I get a chance to witness the sales I am thrilled to see the customers reactions.
This is awesome! $2500 today and the night is young! Aiming for $3k.
“However, for the vast majority that wasn't the case for whatever reason”
Let me explain the reason. They were technologically incompetent. This technology is extremely daunting to those with no comfort and confidence with this sort of thing. Their machines went down for weeks and months. I have never been out of business for an entire day since inception. Yes there were issues, but none that couldn’t be addressed by the tech support team or others from the franchise network that responded within minutes. Not one single day lost EVER. Not a single day. I have a tek background and have never let this robot get the best of me for one moment; I think my kidz Reis and Irvy robots are afraid of their daddy! LmFaO
Also, many zees are located in East bum f*ck Egypt. Many didn’t have the sales knowledge to procure anything. Those in better populated area were not up to the challenge. The company was useless in that respect and I deeply regret having spent those location fees. If only you knew the useless venues that they tried to plant us in just to satisfy their location obligations! It takes a go-getter with sales experience to make it happen in the best locations. 24/7/365.
I doubt you live in your grandma’s basement - I am sure they died about 80-100 years ago. I am confident that you have no job, life or anything though.
N A Y A X dude. Not Nayex.
God bless you fella...and for the love of god- wear your f*cking mask poor bastard.
There are hand sanitizer dispensers on every one of my machines along with wrapped spoons. Open since Memorial Day weekend at all of them. No issues at all. People seems to be absolutely comfortable with using the machine and sales are good. They’ll get better as the numbers are increasing every week. Great business. I am really happy with it. Get a job and a life....or just put yourself out of your misery.
I love watching this extremely limited circle jerk between 2 misinformed imposters/posters; I assume the anger venting for you losers is therapeutic. I hope it heals your wounds.
It is so amusing that the 2 of you have no life and continue to regurgitate your regrets on a stock board for an equity that is non-existent. I have no idea how VEND even trades! That says a lot about you both and the need to lament and commiserate. Auto-felatio is great - why even leave the house when you can self-stimulate here with key “strokes”.
It’s the best time for surviving franchisees like me. Machines can be acquired for LESS than $10k. That is a 2-3 months ROI vs the far longer period in relation to the high price we originally paid.
We guys learned quickly that 24/7/365 locations were the key. Now with many week zees jumping ship those opportunities are available. Location, location, location!
Parts are available cheap from those scrapping their machines in failed locations. Tech support never left for a minute. I do not know a single zee interested in vending pizza; there are more complications with that business model than guys like you or would understand or have enough knowledge to even have contemplated.
Proven concept with customers that love the product/price and experience has made it clear that is a good business for those with technical expertise and the understanding and importance of placement.
The CARES ACT has given us the assistance we needed during the pandemic..
Keep the mutual masturbation going fellas. Evidently you need this outlet.
The amusement from you 2 (pathetic just really 1!) clown is evidently limitless. Keep writing - I love putting you in your place.
So now there is a buyer...
So now you investors lost everything??...
So now the imposters have egg on their collective faces..
So now the surviving franchisees can laugh at you.....
So now we franchisees that survived this massacre can blossom; our opportunities have never looked this promising .
Only God knows how this defunct company continues to trade as Generation Next no longer exists!
That’s the company guys. There was never a company called “VEND”. There are some others not connected to this business. Years calling the company “VEND” was ignorant.
Doesitreallymatter never had anything important to add. Just a disingenuous contributor with no information based on any truth.
Officiousintermeddler was super smart and had some smart facts . Unfortunately, he was in the dark with an axe to grind and lost his focus as he is a badly burned franchisee that lost more than $500k ($546K) with this business opportunity. My heart goes out to you buddy. You are 1 of many. We all know about the pain you and your family has endured. I am so sorry man.
Sonata....well is just Sonata. My heart goes out to this stock loser the same. Watch American Greed Sonata and you will find company to commiserate with. Do your research next time.
You were made to look like an a**hole when Chessler responded to your post. It says a lot about you and I am terribly sorry that you lost everything as a franchisee and investor in our company. Be smart next time and do your research man. Live and learn.
You're a dangerous and ill-informed imposter dude. You need to find a better hobby than to post your garbage here. Here's an email from David Chessler today.
No David. There’s absolutely no truth to that.
Looking forward to getting this finalized.
You’re welcome to repost that on the site:)

The excitement for this product and experience is awesome. I only get to experience it when I am present which is every other day. The demand necessitates a visit that often. In the warmer weather it will be daily. Not a bad problem to have. People love this. I do totally understand why so many have failed. Location, location and location. Between the yelp and google reviews I believe we are in a spot that most brick-n-mortars cannot achieve. Flavr Burst will catapult this concept once Chessler is in control. The machining has always been in place to deliver the technology....just needs good management and capital to provide us with what we always wanted/expected from the robot.
Just needed a real man at the helm, and we have found him.
I can only hope there is a future with Chessler. It’s the dead of Winter and I’m killing it every day. Who knew that people eat this stuff in sub-freezing temperatures? 24/7 locations is the only way to make this business model work. Machines are flawless and sales are impressive. Can’t wait for warmer weather to tear this up.
I need to call you out for your inaccurate statements
“Shoddy machines” are so 2018. I have not been out of business for 1 single day since my start of operations in the Spring of 2019. Over 25000 vends with only a few issues and all fixed within minutes to 1 hour. Some, that are intimidated by technology, have had a different experience; this opportunity is definitely not for the timid.
Support “on their own dime” is also you speaking about another thing you know nothing about. Not a “dime” or any money being spent on full technical support. There is a mechanism in place to support franchisees from corporate during this interim period. We hardly need it though, with veteran franchisees in the field sharing everything, there is nothing that we cannot figure out together. We are a close-knit community.
“Supplies” - you must mean parts. Here too we have resources at this time.
“NDA”. You just showed your true colors and therefore your motivation. I knew that you couldn’t be who you said you were. It’s much clearer now. Wow man...that explained so much for me. Every imposter makes a mistake when being lazy. Ty.
Chessler is our buyer. You are in the dark. He pulled a smart move and never walked away. I am in contact with David regularly.
Btw...There are no “cheap stickers” or any stickers at all with the brand name. You obviously have never seen a kiosk. The brand will live on.
There is and never was a company called VEND. It’s a ticker symbol brainiac.
It takes a very certain type of person to find pleasure in the demise of a company and the pain it caused to hundreds of families. There is something evil in the enjoyment you seem to derive when you come across as celebrating their unbearable anguish.. I can’t think of anything uglier. Your pain must be enormous. May god be kind to your soul.
I emailed you brother
Many kiosks available on the RIFO private FB page for the exact amount I mentioned. Tried to post them but can’t? Now one franchisee is offering 2 for $20k because he is in a bad situation with debts.
Nobody is looking for NY to provide them with reimbursement for losses. The strides I mentioned were about legal issues. Many franchisees will find much solace with criminal proceedings .
Yes there is full tech support. You do not have a clue how these things work and all that is going on in the background to support the many of us trying to make this work.
I can’t imagine why any “non-investor” would want to make the statements you’ve made with so little information. You clearly are a disgruntled franchisees or someone with an “axe to grind”. Something is seriously screwy here dude.
Please find a hobby other than making up bs about things you know next to nothing about.
Have you considered underwater basket weaving? You would excel there more than here.
You know nothing dude!
Still here! Just have not checked this site for weeks.
By the way there is no company called VEND. VEND is a ticker symbol for a publicly traded company that was previously known as Generation Next and their subsidiary Reis and Irvy’s. You should probably not refer to the company as VEND unless you are referring to your horrible investment.
This is the greatest time for franchisees looking to live their dream. Franchisees that lost their deposits are jumping ship left and right and kiosks are now available for 12-15k. An awesome time to acquire machines for 1/4 the price as originally offered. We still get our monthly payments and have full technical support. The bogus info you and the other Scratching Chickens are providing are wrong. Chessler has never stopped funding and will likely be our buyer. We have an outside source for part/service and technical support if he does not. I am a believer in Chessler tho. Awesome guy that wants to buy this company for peanuts.
It’s crazy how much misinformation you fools continue to post.
It’s a great product (given the best locations) and people Love it. I continue to do well in my 24/7 locations and now have the greatest opportunity I’ve had thanks to the cheaper machines that are now available. The bankruptcy might have been the best thing possible for the remaining strong Zees.
Tremendous strides are being made to hold NY and his cohorts accountable. This will give many franchisees much satisfaction.
Sorry for the rest of you fools that gambled on this penny stock. All stocks less than $5 are penny stocks. You did not do your research. I did the same but a Tiny fraction in this very lucrative business opportunity.
The sky has fallen for you investing fools. Like I have said before, there are good investments that are lousy stocks. Do your research next time. Poor Chickens. Oh my.
VEND stock will cease to exist shortly.
I am sorry for the shareholders that it didn’t work out. More sorry for the franchisees that had placed deposits for machines that were never delivered. It looks like a fresh beginning for a privately held company devoid of riffraff. As it is said “sunlight is the best disinfectant”. The future for Reis and Irvy’s is bright!
BUY SONATA BUY!!!
Thanks for posting this video 02opida! I just saw your posting now and there is something really special here. There is something terribly poignant about this video. Without any doubt, I agree that the challenges of robotic frozen yogurt vending are not dissimilar to those of railroad tie repair and removal. If SONATA was to watch, volume up high, from beginning to ending, she too would be able to see your brilliant analogy.
BUY SONATA BUY!
Wow! This price is excellent Sonata. It’s great that you sold half of your shares at a relatively stratospheric level. If I were you SONATA I would borrower from family, friends, banks, credit unions and even steal to get your hands on many millions of shares at this Bargain price. My instinct, which has never led me astray, says BUY SONATA BUY. This is your perfect time to be made as whole as possible. Do it girl!
You are AmAZiNg! Thanks for sharing this important information about VEND.
BUY SONATA BUY!
They have never missed a payment, NOT once.. You are a dangerous person to be posting lies.
I understand that you are looking for direction from me Sonata. I can honestly tell you that this company is ready to soar. This is a crazy awesome time to invest in VEND. I have mortgaged my home, my kidz college funds and borrowed money from father, SBA and friends! If I were you Sonata-I would gather every dime you have, beg or borrow to invest tomorrow (11/17/19). This will be a life-changing stock transaction. DO IT SONATA.
Buy SONATA Buy!!!
This is your opportunity to become whole, or as close to whole as possible!
I just bought a huge amount of shares. I am Absolutely confident that given the fantastic developments coming from the franchisee group that this stock will soar to 15 cents by Christmas! Cut your losses Sonata and BUY NOW! Get while the getting’s good.
Ryan is a proficient and knowledgeable CEO that is ingenuous and transparent with many of the tools we need to get us out of this really bad place that the previous chief got us into. As I am sure you know, the plan presented is creative and inspiring. It could give the franchisees and share holders an opportunity to salvage a dire situation that affects over 400 families. The franchisees have banded together. Some are attorneys, venture capitalists, CPA’s and true American soldiers/heroes. I have real faith in this man; if anyone can do it he can.
Nobody ever suggested that Walmart would service their locations! Where did you get that from? Corporate never meant Walmart corporate, Again, I look here for chuckles every once and a while. Clearly chickens scratching at the ground with out knowing what is Really going on, You guys are in the dark. Interesting the dozens off post hammering the company as it fell sharply......then crickets when positive information arose. We franchisees have all the information needed to make the right decisions. We all understand the motivations of the 2 outspoken posters here. Sonata is just a hysterical investor and we completely understand Sonatas insignificance.
Just like the program “American Greed”...nobody really has any pity for the Idiotic victims. “So many lives destroyed”...lmfao.
Anyone that can bet their “life” on an otc pink sheet deserves to be burned badly. Hope you learned a life lesson with your POS investment! “ So many lives destroyed”. You deserve an Oscar for your hysterical histrionics girl.
It’s a great pleasure to see you finally gone.
Where in the world is Sonata? We miss her so much. Perhaps she’s watching some soothing movies...Titantic, or Poseiden Adventure or Water World with the Exxon Valdez....or just slitting her wrist?
Opposite Alvie. Cash is internal and the cc processing needs connectivity. The lights are out on this kiosk and not currently operational for reasons that this franchisee would not be aware of.
Nope. Not a single of the dozen or so franchisees have ever heard of this blog. I happened upon this site about 9 months ago while researching VEND. It seems nobody cares. I thought it might be an insightful resource until my IT friends said that the 2 most common posters had the same IP address. That makes this place an audience of 2, other than the moderator. I totally get it now once that information was revealed. Like “barking at the moon”.
Nick Yates has never posted on this board nor has he ever read a single post. I absolutely know this truth.
I love how you keep spanking the misinformed!
So totally awesome Alvie x 3!
You need to be present at this meeting. It will help us all if you went!!!
All you need to know is that your business model is tanking. Yogurt is not. Everyone is bored with your yogurt shops that does $80k on a weekend...lmfao.
Off the subject (allowed only 1 post after placing the chicken stratchers/chronic bed wetters in there place) there was a imposter that made an especially strange comment. It was either “Offical duche” of the “Inevermatter”.
One of these fellas stated that the life of the machine was “4-5 years”. That would be a huge problem for a franchisee like me. So- where does that come from? Where did you learn that? Why would any person write that without a source? It only made you show your colors and reveal what your MO is. There was a tiny bit of respect for your seemingly “intelligent “ comments until you wrote that. It’s what made us all really know you were a fool. Show us a single place where that came from.
Everything you wrote gave us some food for thought....then this statement came and you were remanded to the fool pile.
Show us a supporting document that says the machine has a 4-5 life of just go away bc we can’t trust you any more with anything after that comment.
Misery loves company gdogg
Transactions don’t equate to servings. I guess you did not read properly.
“What happens when the weather cools?”
You do have that problem with your dozens of brick n mortar shops. The difference here is that these are placed in a destination within a destination. Research has shown that these warm and cozy places have almost no effect on sales. Nobody wants to drive to your “many locations” in the frozen tundra. In the comfort of a location that people spend hours is a different story altogether.
“My gut, experience and insider information (lmfao) tell me that the yogurt vending concept is a bust”
Yes man, your business is a bust. You are giving the same people the same boring and expensive experience.
Like I wrote in my previous post “no one ever says ‘OMG how amazing or that’s so f*ckin cool” at your many boring and regular places of business.
Of course you are in trouble. Again that’s why we will eat your lunch and dessert!
“The insiders don’t see VEND as a competitor because the industry has shifted away from yogurt”
The industry has only shifted away from your boring and expensive business model. Maybe Reis and Irvy’s is not big competition at this point in time, but it surely is a very different experience for consumers and will, with time, devour you. Give it time, this is so new.
You still can’t seem to differentiate this interactive experience, that appeals to almost every customer, with your own business. Healthy desserts are not dying at all. Only your froyo is dying...lmfao.
Limited posts allowed after expressing my views about the 3 chronic bed wetters that post Every Single Day here.
Sonata (aka Funeral March) asked “Tell us about Mickelson”. Why would I be privy to that information Dick?
Do you think franchisees give a rat’s arse about him? I am just a franchisee and stockholder that has 10 years to wonder if my investment in VEND stock was smart or not. Much bigger “fish to fry” for me right now.
Misery loves company.
There are many unsubstantiated statements in your posting gdogg.
The management is very particular about choosing whom to award a franchise opportunity. Even though there is nothing in the FA that states you can get your investment refunded, NY has always stated that “if you don’t see this as a good fit for you and you’re not wanting, or cannot see how you can make this work, we don’t want you with the company and we will refund you”. That even goes for those who after commencing operations and felt that this was not “their cup of tea”. The fact that you spoke about bankruptcy with your salesman was the “kiss of death” for you for sure.
I’m guessing that you were not awarded this franchise and you are miserable about being rejected. For those of you who believe that “anyone with the capital” is wanted I assure you are woefully misinformed. What an excellent way for revenge.
“Instead, I figured I’d take a gamble and purchase some shares....”
There is a real contradiction in the statement given your following nonsensical remarks. Wtf would you be a buyer given the nonsense you wrote just after?
“Multiple industry insiders at the meeting confirmed that these machines are flawed. The(sic) described how the the articulating arms in the machines don’t work”
What do you expect the competition will say about a technology that is hurting their bottom line? No respectable man or woman in sales ever disparages the competition unless they feel threatened. There is One arm only and I have had thousands of vends with no issues other than the need to recalibrate weekly after the deep clean. Not usually necessary but smart to do anyway. The vibrations that occur when the soft serve machine cycles can create this need. A new software update will fix the problem with this drift.
“In one case (lmfao) one of the reps described how different yogurts have different densities and the machine can’t figure out how to compensate for the different weights”
This comment takes the prize man. There are adjustments to consistency for every one of YoCream’s (yes still YoCream) products to compensate for variations in “density “ (non-fat, low fat, sorbet, gelato, etc.). Auger movement and temperature adjustments along with “overrun” are all taken into account for each different substance. While it is a science mostly, each machine has it’s own performance characteristics that make it an art as well.
“....The yogurt industry is in a major decline......”
That’s ridiculous. Why is this healthy alternative in a decline? Being fat-free, extremely low calorie, gluten-free, and reduced lactose (the 20 Billion live cultures per serving reduces lactose considerably) and OU/OD kosher makes this stuff an excellent healthy choice.
It’s like saying donuts, hamburgers and ice cream are in a major decline. You do have the facts.
Yes brick n mortar yogurt shops are in a “major decline”! That is the only correct statement in this posting titled “SELL NOW”
When was the last time you or anyone ever say a customer in a yogurt shop say “That is so cool” or “OMG that is totally amazing!” I will to bet -never. I hear that every time I visit one of my kiosks. Every single time.
Their’s is not interactive, has zero kid appeal and includes the possible filthy contamination and pilferage that comes with employees. You are wrong to connect Apples with Bananas.
Your past posts (I had to look giving the baseless statements you made today) go on and on about the “competition”.
You obviously have never worked in sales. If you did, I am willing to bet that it was for less than a day. Anybody that laments and harps on competition is hapless. Competition? Competition is what it’s all about. That’s why car dealerships open alongside each other. It’s why Wendy’s opens next door to Burger King and Hope Depot is found less than 100 yards from Lowe’s all around this country.
This is not actually competition though. It’s an interactive, fun and clean way to enjoy a healthy dessert.
Your seeing the glass as half-empty is probably why you did not get to join the Reis & Irvy’s family and I totally understand why you would write those anecdotal, unsubstantiated and thoughtless remarks. Totally bogus dude.
Lastly, almost as ridiculous as your post was the subsequent chronic poster that suggested “you really seemed to know what you’re talking about”. This bed wetter laments every day about “it’s” losses and found solace in your post. So maybe you helped encourage this sad soul.
Taylor has 80% of the soft-serve market. Saying that Stoelting has the majority is incorrect.
Reis & Irvys has been in the San Diego market for about 60 days now. There are unresolved issues in much of that state.
Frobot has no technology to dispense toppings. Not competition.
NY has never sold a single share. That’s another fact. You’d know if he had.
My bad “idontmatter” - I did not make it clear. Those were the serving counts for just 1 location. Multiple installations in June....
The only silence is from posters wishing for the demise of MY company. Yes MY company as I am all in and see it as my company. Of course i’m not the owner, but as a serious investor in more than 1 way, I see it as My company and will call out you ignorant posters/imposters at every opportunity. Your dumb comments, time and time again only show that you are in the dark. Go away. Good riddance.
