Why should Malik sell for 0,38 when positive things are imminent?
captain: we don't have to wonder why the share price falls every day - nwbo sells 1 million shares per trading day. yesterday, with 1.8 million shares traded, that was over 60% of total turnover ... the fact that LP claims we don't understand why the share price is so low is simply not the truth
Now exactly what I feared is happening: the unprofessional blabla-asm without a real concrete result or statement is the fuel for the shortsellers. it's all open, it continues to be watered down, and you could get the impression that the average age of the board present is over 70 years old. who - i ask you - who should buy shares in this company? do they not think about this at all at nwbo? it sometimes seems to me as if jim-bob is buying a goat from john boy instead of a high-tech company being managed here
of course I#m a basher because i wrote what i have heard and what i have seen. ... its the opposite way ... it seems that you guys from the rainbow unicorn fraction participated in another asm. there was nothing positive in it what was unknown to us before.
what i take from the asm is this:
there is nothing concrete in the next 2 to 3 months. they need a lot of money because they want to expand sawston, i.e. the dilution continues. the lawsuit against the spoofing will drag on. the status for the approval (in my opinion intentionally) was packed in nebulous formulations. flaskworks will take forever until it can be produced. the application for approval for other countries will certainly not be made in the next few weeks. there are no negotiations with BP at the moment. it's all a disaster for the share price. even if they say they are unhappy about it themselves. but quite egrily: if you run the company the way this shareholders' meeting was held .... no prepared text with clear words, ...a lot of stammering, open microphones with stupid laughter, old unshaven dodderers in a bum look who are not able to use the conference software .... all this was so frighteningly unprofessional that as a long-standing shareholder with an almost 7-digit shareholding, i got really scared.
maybe you can help me: what i have not understood is: there is 150 days ... these 150 days are over ... but there was no inspection, no question, nothing yet? did i get that right?
this guy sleeps .... joe biden has the vitality of christiana ronaldo against the this old guy
who is this old man in the red shirt?
chips and beer ready? prepared for everything and nothing?
Hello Karlchen,
following your nick - you are not from the USA, but, i guess, from Germany. What I have learned so far, your German/European broker will not send you any material for joining or voting for an ASM for an US-stock. (Even with a proxy). You are not registered in the US-shareholder-database, but your broker is.. Some times ago, comdirect allowed shareholders to vote indirectly after paying a fee ( i think it was around 25 Euro) . I think, but I dont know it - its same with Consors.
Best regards
7years now
danish - I#m really not a fudster. but why do we ask a chat-ki when the management could answer all these question once in a quarter in a shareholder-related investor Q&A
jtorence ... they sold more then 39 million shares in the past 3 month. lets say average price was 0,60 usd - so the burning rate was 23,5 millions usd in 3 month. calculation for the year: burning rate is 94 million usd. if you compare with the last 10q s - this does not fit.
question is: what does nwbo do with all the money from the sold shares
manibiotech - question: why the secrecy? if there was an interest from BP, it would be in nwbo's interest to say so. that would immediately help the share price to another level, the move to another exchange would be easier and the dilution would be much lower. there is no advantage at all for nwbo to keep everything secret and maintain the communication blockade
I'm sure they have a plan, doc. But the question is: Will this end up in a payout for nwbo shareholders?
of course .... we are his iceland-division
icelandic
what are you going to do when all this is over? when nwbo either goes bankrupt or pays 50 cents a quarter to divdende? will you then look for another board with other shares? because that's your life's purpose, your passion?
guess thats from tradegate (a over-the-counter trading platform in europe)
...this is needed for 75.000.000.000 buyout of nwbo )
inquire is on ignore - if he seeks attention here, then he is punished - if he writes here against invoice, then we let his client run into the void and at some point he will fire him, because he only causes costs without generating a profit
I just noticed that: NWBO is listed with 2 addresses - did you know that?
NORTHWEST BIOTHERAPEUTICS
20th Avenue SE 22322
WA 98021 Bothell
4800 Montgomery Lane, Suite 800
Bethesda, MD 20814
complete bull*h*t
thanks Bio - but what do you think is the share count if we would talk about a 30B market cap?
BMY bought the second cancer bio (ryzb - 4,1b) within a week or so ... invested all together more than 18b in 7 days
I still cant believe that we have seen a 8% drop yesterday after the press release. questions is now what will happen the next 150days? What will NWBO do all these days? What will the short side do in the next 150 days?
its a shame that this PR is quoted with only +13% ......
will we have an ASM this year?
to bio: when will you realize that the nwbo bashing has nothing to do with short positions? the bashing here only serves to provoke the many supporters of nwbo and to get them to create content for this board over and over again
I have not followed the last days ... is there a summary or an outcome for the argumentation-round at the court?
I'm not interested in what clothes he wears or who he goes to bed with. But instead I'm interested when someone spreads lies about one of my investments to save his ass and his shorts. And in doing so, cheaply accepts that people die because his short has made the refinancing of nwbo considerably more difficult.
60 dollar / share and all is yours
the best way to cut you and your buddies off is to ignore you. the more you post on this board, the more we longs shouldn't post on this board. personally, i just let your bullshit go to waste. all your time you waste bashing nwbo goes to waste, to nothing. no one cares about your bullshit - it fizzles out
How do you know that this statement is 1 year old?
well this is soemthing nobody wants to hear: ""I spoke to some experts who said they are looking to get it approved on the NHS within two years," .........
I hope that the eternal wait will soon come to an end. On the Nasdaq, immunotherapies btw. gene-edited therapies are going through the roof. and we're still crawling around at 61 cents. i finally want nwbo to pay off. for me.
i'm really curious to see what the share price will do when they get approval for uk .... minus 30%?
wow ..... one of these bullshit-twitter AF-me toos ...
The wording of yesterday's bullshit PR from $NWBO reminds me of this unforgettable moment in biotech investing pic.twitter.com/uF1fabicf5
