How is it that the only trade I see yesterday was for 20 shares at 15 cents and the close stays at 21 cents? Wouldn’t it show a close of 15 cents? Or am I not seeing all the trades?

At Dec 31, 2021 there were 533 million outstanding. A 100 for 1 R/S should bring that down to 5.3 million. QPRCD financials show the outstanding at 233 million as of 8/12/2022.

It shows up in my Schwab account with a close price of $0.1602 and a price change of -$0.2398.

However since this is an OTC stock there is a note that states it may not be the current price.

Inflation, energy costs, especially gas and diesel, China lockdowns that are wreaking havoc on supply chains, earnings this week were fair but some missed expectations and had outlook warnings of future hits due to supply issues, shrinking revenues along with higher costs to produce.

Amazon reported first quarter loss in seven years. Inflation is worse than what gets reported and consumer discretionary spending is shrinking.

Bond yields are increasing and fed interest hikes are going to be implemented. First hit will be this Wednesday. Way overdue. Compounding all of this is Russia genocide war and our bad domestic energy policies.

Half point rate hike is anticipated this coming week along with a bad employment cost index report for 1Q

No change per se just continued settlements with no results for improvement to financials except maybe worse financial performance for 2021 compared to 2020. Just a repeat of prior periods. Expenses equal or exceed revenue. It’s lawyers paying lawyers IMO. Model won’t be able to sustain itself as an on-going concern unless there is a huge win which doesn’t seem feasible.

Thanks. So to average Joe investor it’s really of no consequence other than better than the QX classification? I recall QPRC having mentioned NASDAQ or NYSE listing with regards to discussion of the 27M financing package. Trying to align expectations as a long term holder. Perhaps in 5-10 years QPRC could be elevated to NASDAQ should they develop a revenue stream on portfolio other than litigation. Two edge sword as the stream may have to be evolved/rooted through litigations.

I’ve always thought that having the authorized shares of 10 billion is what’s kept this from moving. Along with the recent increase to 530M plus shares outstanding, which just increased by 150M from the prior 383M shares outstanding.

I think folks do a quick look at balance sheet, look at the equity, don’t read the financial notes, and then believe there is too much float.
