i meant to say no answer=apple
“I am humbled and excited to be presented with the Excellence Award from the IMA. I have many ideas on product design across multiple industries, and I look forward to bringing such innovations to Liquidmetal for its product development and applications. If you have a chance to come to the 2017 World Magnesium Conference in Singapore, I will see you there,” said Professor Li, Chairman and CEO at LQMT.

lugee has set hinself up for success giving his 415,000,000 lqmt shares all rights to eontec patents etc
no=apple thanks for the research josh
im with you on that payme lqmt parts injection molded would be in the multi $ range was only referring to the assumed cheaper to manufacture nanorcystalline ribbons.
thinking about it more even if they are cheaper the 10s of millions of iphones each needing upto 2 ribbon shielding plus the wallets and maybe also the magsafe chargers should all add up in lqmt territory compared to the 10s of thousands of higher priced medical parts.
higher volume/lower cost vs lower volume/higher cost
few weeks to go we find out if we have secured both.
articles on the zhongyue agreement/partnership into the lugee maze
thanks josh/payme/jay
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=150459342
another piece of the maze falls into place
the magsafe wallet is also shielded and the ‘e-shield’ is another possibility thats potentially 3 different parts relating to the new magsafe and thats not including the magsafe chargers of which only the single charger is advertised with a known availability date no info yet on the dual magsafe charger.
but the parts cost per item would be in the pennies so revenue would be minimal and apple won’t even mention if its lqmt so lugee won’t be allowed to do the same so no chance of the share price getting a boost form this order.
hoping some of those recurring volume orderS are for medical where the parts cost per item are in the $ range and lqmt might be allowed to issue a pr about it.
find out in a few more weeks.
but then again after seeing how so many people are constantly attached to their phones maybe apple is preparing consumers for the day when phones will be permanently implanted into their palms/foreheads.
now i see the logic behind the 'surgical' steel marketing
my follow up post explains my thoughts further on why consumers would be more interested in durability versus implant-ability.
tongue in check
good info so the metal barrier needs to be closer to amorphous than nanocrystalline to be effective.
its a step in the right direction hopefully towards yihao will know soon enough come november revenue report if its one of the volume orders.
sneaky apple would not be technically lying labeling an amorphouse metal barrier as nanocrystalline but still sneaky.
cause i think the terms 'hardened/high tensile strength' are more relevant to the durability/drop resistance of a phone than 'surgical' would be.
consumers are more interested in the phones damage resistance than its bio compatibly or if it can be implanted lolz
i recall a while back that lqmt can be called stainless but could never find that info again.
its just intriguing why apple loves to use the term 'surgical' to describe stainless.
why not 'hardened' or 'high tensile strength ' etc
used to describe the case material
hope lives find out in november revenue report
the man has 415,000,000 reasons to be committed to lqmt
thanks for posting that article otw lugee sounds like an elon musk type visionary/entrepreneur but without the self promoting showmanship or tweeting but then again lugee has no huge debt he needs to distract people from.
a nice/comforting feeling about seeing these new applications for bmg is that whatever new invention and whoever its invented by at the end of the day ALL new bmg applications/inventions will need a vertically integrated supply/manufacturing chain/maze.
lugee has the worlds largest and only complete vertically integrated maze to supply/manufacture any current/new/future bmg inventions.
and then lqmt (and lugee via his 45%) own territorial rights to any and all of those current/new/future bmg inventions.
so ‘you’ invent it and ‘we’ supply/manufacture it.
‘we’ might even market it as black tech ‘liquidmetal’
win win win win
next months revenue report will/should/hopefully put an end to all this nonsense.
there wont be any argument once lqmt shows real manufacturing revenue that will only grow each quarter as more customers and more markets adopt it.
for now enjoy the cheap shares

Apple's first 5G phone will be seen on the 13th.
Time:2020-10-09 09:50:42 Source: Tencent.com Publisher:DN032.
It's not too late for Apple to release its first 5G phone at its own uniquely slow speed...
On October 13th Apple will host its "Hi, Speed" themed launch, with the theme Chinese "It's fast, see you again."
The 5G version of the iPhone is certainly going to be released.
Of the 950 million iPhone users available, 350 million are expected to be updated to the new iPhone 12, 5G is a big reason, although it seems that 5G networks are of little use. In addition, a survey by a U.S. market research agency found that more than 30 percent of Android users would like to replace the iPhone 12.
What is expected is the long-awaited use of ultra-broadband UWB to track and locate AirTags, as well as the new line of Apple headsets, the AirPods Studio, and the Mac, which uses Apple chips.
It's still not too late for the iPhone to release its first 5G phone at a very slow pace.
Some domestic suppliers have repeatedly hinted to Smart, Apple's series of headphones will use a new liquid metal material, this legend has a long history, many benefits, we have talked about more before, the question is when Apple will use this material.
UWB has been in the public eye since Apple's launch, and the question is how Apple will use it. "Intellectual" has seen China's mobile phone factory in the payment and other areas to do some exploration. AirTags may be worth the experience.
The iPhone 12 is late, and 5G is nothing new.
Apple's first 5G phone didn't come at all fast, and the iPhone 12 was more than a year late compared to Huawei, vivo and Samsung's 5G phones.
Now the 5G network really does not seem to have much use, China's network operators even want to turn off the 5G network power, 5G mobile phone to give people the experience is neither fast, and not easy to use. 5G pioneers such as Samsung and Huawei quickly pulled the phone's focus back to screens, photography, and unaffordable folding screens after the first wave of 5G handsets was released.
5G phones' biggest point of view is actually the appearance, 5G is still useful?
Most 5G phones aren't beautiful enough... The iPhone 12 doesn't make much difference. The Internet speed is fast enough - but it's no use.
To complement the 5G network, Apple is likely to improve the iPhone 12's camera capabilities, which are expected to support 4K slow motion and enhance night mode and other image features, such as the 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle and long-range camera, and Apple may use Sony's latest 7-element lens.
Apple this time integrated lidar LiDAR on the iPhone 12, according to previous iPhone 12 disclosures. Previously, vivo and Huawei used iTOF's technology route, and Apple this time adopted the more expensive version of DTOF, the lidar solution used in many self-driving cars.
This scheme can help the mobile phone to improve the shooting function, to achieve the precise focus of night, moving objects, huawei's iTOF program has performed quite well before, LiDAR effect is better than iTOF, the problem is that LiDAR costs too high.
To what extent? Musk and Huawei agreed that lidar was too expensive to use in self-driving cars, and abandoned the lidar scheme, pushing millimeter-wave radar. So why on earth did Apple use LiDAR instead of iTOF?
The speculation that it may have something to do with Apple's research into self-driving technology is too far away. The biggest possibility is still related to the AR app that Apple has been pushing, but so far, the real use of AR has not been seen.
As for the iPhone 12, there really doesn't seem to be much suspense. Does the iPhone 12 Pro support a high refresh rate of 120HZ, and whether the name of the low-match version is called the iPhone mini...
Air TAGS, Air Pods Studio, and Apple Silicon.
At a launch on the topic of speed, Apple might seem too generous if it released both 5G and Apple Silicon. So while Apple has already predicted on WWDC that apple chip Apple Silicon could be released by the end of the year, it may not be October 13.
Similarly, airPods Studio, the Apple Store has just removed support for competing headsets. But Apple's toothpaste-style innovations are notorious for not being able to expect too much from them.
The AirPods Studio on the video site is beautiful.
AirPods Studio's exterior materials may be made of liquid metal, which is beautiful and inexpensive.
Apple has been testing liquid metal applications on headphones and watches, the latest possibility being headphones, according to suppliers. Apple was one of the first mobile phone manufacturers to push liquid metal materials, but it was robbed of the lith of Huawei's folding screen shaft.
Liquid metal materials are used in headsets and can be used lighter, more aesthetic and longer lasting than stainless steel. Apple's designers and product managers should be able to have a much-anticipated play. In addition to Apple, a big brand is making a similar attempt, possibly in sync with Apple.
In addition to the material, AirPods Studio supports other sensors while providing superior noise reduction.
UWB ultra-broadband technology has been the focus of attention, but before UWB was almost useless. This time, AirTags was launched by Apple as an interesting app, as an item-tracking gadget, and it's fun to see what's different from Tyle.
straight from the horses mouth lugee gonna make a killing with his 415m shares
very nice find otw thanks for posting it
its the latter and lugee has 415,000,000 lqmt shares that will benefit from this.
big overnight leak. bad news no air tags/pods for october event and no complex/overlapping multi coil airpower only simplified magnetic magsafe single/duo wireless chargers.
good news airpod has 2 variants the leather/metal luxury variant $250 more than sport version and airtags not canceled but due next year.
best news only 4 weeks for 3rd quarter revenue report on the first ever full quarter production of ’recurring, volume, orders’
and if all that fails we still have those 'recurring volume orders' revenue report due for release in 4 weeks.
airtags will be announced so we might get a pleasant surprise next tuesday
thanks payme have saved that yian/eon 2020 semi annual report you posted i got confused when jay referred to it as ‘regarding yihao/lqmt’ not yian/eon so thought it was a different press release.
'dated august 2020' any idea what the 'reporting period' is?
was it for end of june quarter ?
if thats true it sux so its plastic after all and can expect more plastic filled cut outs over the aluminum case for the antenna as well
might as well just call it what it really is a plastic cover ontop an aluminum skeleton
never did trust google
