someone here gave an example of a similar bank that went under and the pref shares went from the single digits up to .80 cents or so. Does anyone know the bank so that I can look into it. Thanks.

The letter from NASDAQ advised us that the Company's common stock will not be immediately eligible to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board or in the "Pink Sheets."

Maybe the people trading the common will finally see that the pref shares are the better deal. Especially if they can't trade the common.

I need help. I lost all my money with cshd more than a year ago so I haven't kept up with anything regarding stocks. Now I find out that all these restricted shares and the debentures are being recalled. I have two accts. One in street name with Ameritrade and the other, I converted all my stock to certs. I sent the certs in to get exchanged. So.......
Is there anything else I need to do, Other than pray. Oh and why did we not get news today as it was the deadline. I don't see any converted shares in my ameritrade acct.

The microcar cash infusion will be our new financing. I do see a restructuring occuring maybe giving some convertible shares to microcar in return for their capital. This is the first long term penny play I have ever seen. If you sell your shares now you will be kicking yourself.

Wasn't the last reverse split done when axia took over the shell of the old corp. I was not involved at the time. Any old timers know the specifics? Also, I couldn't find any info on reverse splits on micro car or any other companies the Desmond is involved in. Anyone have any info?

OK. Since everyone here is so optimistic and we keep getting hammered, I thought I would chime in with some reality. This company is selling shares. I used to not think so but I was wrong. It is so obvious and it is all throught the same mm. You see him on the ask all day long. The company has great potential and no money. It takes money to make money and the company is sucking it from us shareholders to fund their projects by issuing shares. How else could good news send us lower every time. I own over 2 million shares and it has been reported that the o/s is 172 mil. I doubt that my measly 12k (was 30k) is 1/86th of the company.

The only thing that will revive this stock is a pr regarding outside financing. The pr regarding the chinese plant says they have private investors that will help fund the plant. Are they talking about us. This is what I would like to know.

I have never bashed a stock before and I sincerely hope I am wrong because I would love to make my money back but how else is the company going to raise capital unless they keep selling shares?

Han, you seem very excited and I wish I could match your enthusiasm but I am seriously bummed right now. Your DD has been very good and I agree that the company has huge potential but if a pr comes out saying -we are building an entire city - and the stock goes down, there are serious issues.

I reviewed the financials and things don't look too out of wack.
Basically what I assumed.

Bad stuff.
- ability to continue as a going concern (pretty standard for these pinkies
- lots of debt. since the company was issuing shares for debt we know why there has been so much selling lately. My guess is these creditors got stock that they sold for quick cash.
-We have no idea how the preferred stock affects us, we don't know their conversion rights, voting power, anything. If someone could find out, this would be huge.

Good stuff.
- wow. look at the low float.
- wow. look at the low float.
- wow. we just bought another company with horrible credit and no money. We must have something promising that these sellers are seeing.
-lots of possible new contracts
-lots of interest on the boards today.

This one will slowly move upward.

nice summary. This stock has huge potential. Time will tell.

We will see some sideways action here until the beginning of the year. I have done some pretty heavy DD here and this stock has all the right signals at this point. Hopefully the company publishes the financials at the last minute, late friday afternoon on the 29th after market close. I think the shorts are waiting to buy back in the new year. They have made a heafty profit here and they don't want to realize their gain until 07. With some more good news, some decent financials, and them covering, Tuesday, on Jan 2nd should be huge. This is my opinion only and yes, I have a huge long position in this stock. Good Luck to all and Merry Christmas. Hang in there until the new year. I think you won't be sorry.

anyone notice the two large matching sales today. 1.5 million each. My guess is that the huge short position in this stock is starting their manuevering before year end. naking shorting must cover within 13 days. The shorts wanted to cover (re cover) their postition so they could extend their short position into the new year. (They bought and sold to themselves to extend the 13 days) My guess is that they expect to push their profit into the new year. We may not see any movement until they cover in the new year.
Just my opinion here but I bet by mid january this will double at least. I have lots betting on this. Mark my post. I follow these matching trades. Multiple ones using are the mms pushing it down. Large ones, ...... golden.

I believe thay are taxed. Everytime I short something and make a profit, I have to report it as income (if transaction was less than a year) over a year is a capital gain.
If the shorters are from overseas, thats a different story. If we could get the chinese to buy this stock, we would be rich.

We know it is either dillution or shorting or both. Your post proves the shorting. Imagine if there has been no dilution. A strong viable company with major potential with a huge short squeeze. Wow. I am holding hoping for the lotto ticket.

I've had an order to buy another 100,000 at .01 for 15 minutes now. Why wont this fill? Do you think the mm are trying to hold this down to cover as there is a rather large short position in this stock. I have a feeling that they will let this go today and it will run high. We only have 18 days till the end of the year and we will get to see the financials showing a huge increase in revenue and maybe close to a profit.
