Pumping???? They hardly even promote the stock. PRs are few and far between. If they were pumping they’d be at $5.00 per share already. The pps rise has been organic based on the patent and the expected large scale production trial results. Most shareholders have been disappointed at how little promote.

Shrimp fishing by use of trolling is unpredictable. Just look at the example here:
https://www.wltx.com/amp/article?section=news&subsection=local&headline=delayed-by-cold-winter-shrimp-season-finally-opens-in-south-carolina&contentId=101-565390702
No winters to worry about in a climate controlled Natural Shrimp facility. No regional restocking bans to worry about either. Imagine being a shrimp boat captain and waking up to find out you can’t work for the next 3 years. Not trying to poke fun at fisherman’s expensive because we all have to make a living. Just pointing out that it’s getting very difficult for them. Any former taxi drivers here wish to explain to the group how new technology can change ones livelihood?
Oceans full huh.... Is that why they are shutting the oceans down?

24-26 weeks per tank. Tanks are staggered one week behind so that there is consistent weekly production. Purchasers need to know they have a dependable supply. Can’t stock all the tanks at once and just have supply only twice a year. Growth was slowed due to much higher than expected survival rate and system needed to be adjusted. Company feels with this adjustment grow out time goes right back to 24-26 weeks.
Stimulus one tank is harvested per week not 24. If they could grow shrimp in 7 days they would be wizards lol.
Right on the money Tracker. So far there are many systems out there but none are commercially viable because they all rely on biofloc to control bacteria. To my knowledge this is the first and only system to control bacteria without the use of biofloc while stocking at high density and controlling ammonia. Why are there currently no major aquaculture companies farming shrimp indoors? You’d think they would have huge facilities all over the US, yet there are only small mostly mom and pop organizations out there currently doing this. This technology will allow it to be done commercially with predictable results and accurate financials.
Great video ShrimpMan. Who wants to eat imported shrimp with vibrio and MRSA in it. Electrocoagulation solves the Bacteria problem.
All those antibiotics in Thai farmed shrimp make us more resistant and tougher to treat when we do get sick. I would buy Natural Shrimp’s product every time given a choice.
Aquaculture mergers and acquisitions are on the rise. There were 127 deals in 2018 up from 117 in 2017 and 102 in 2016. The 4th quarter of 2018 saw 42 deals alone. In addition, financing appears to readily available:
"The borrowing environment is as good as it has been for a while for US seafood companies, for example, with lots of liquidity, low rates – under 5% a year – and other especially strong terms for five-year loans, the kind used to finance acquisitions in the industry, he told Undercurrent. Seafood company executives know this won’t last forever and they don’t want to miss their window, he said. If they plan to grow by acquisition, they can’t be assured that it will be as cheap to do so in two or three years."

Do I think this means a buyout is imminent? No that would be a little premature. What it does tell me is that large companies, the types with billions in revenues, are highly interested in growing in this industry. They know where the future of fish production is going and it's not going to be on a boat. Soon we will look at wild caught the same way we currently think about "farmed" fish. It will become the preferred process. Once the trial results are out, they will be looking to work with both Natural Shrimp and F&T Water Solutions. Why? Because it's going to be the highest yielding, most cost effective, cleanest and most environmentally friendly method out there. Think about those 4 things for a second. Producers will love it because of the first 2 and consumers once educated, will want a clean product.

Yes, thank you TooFrank for everything. Your understanding of the science behind all this has been extremely helpful to all who were here in the .01s trying to figure Shrimp out.
Because trials are time consuming. Each time they run a trial it takes 6 months. They were not going to go into full production or license until everything had been tested multiple times over and adjusted for optimal survival. No one is going to spend millions of dollars without the hard data to support it. Up until now it was all probables. When the hard data hits it is no longer probables it is verifiable facts that can be taken to major corporations that are already eagerly awaiting the results.

Shrimpin ain’t easy. High density and high survival have never gone hand and hand. Costs per pound are high making it difficult to make a consistent profit. The RAS system engineered by Natural Shrimp, F&T Water Solutions, Trane and others, will bring a consistency to shrimp farming that will allow predictable results and accurate financials.

F&T Water Solutions is looking for a partner right now to start Salmon and barramundi trials. The tech will absolutely work on Salmon imo.
Any of those points are possible. When I first put the Whole Foods quote out there I was surprised at how many had never seen the videos. The most important thing to take from it is that it lends credibility. Maybe new investors considering coming on board might be wondering it this is a real company as did everyone many months back. Would Whole Foods tour the facility if what was going on here wasn't real? To me it's credibility and potential.
Natural Shrimp fits perfectly with Whole Foods core values when it comes to environmental impact. The fact that they know who NS is and have been through the facility provides a lot of credibility for what NS is doing. NS may simply just become a supplier for them. Beyond that it’s all speculation. If they like the product enough I can see a funding deal in exchange for exclusivity or a lower price per pound. A buyout is pie in the sky right now. I’ll be happy to just be working with them in some capacity as that’s a win imo.
Ultimate Natural Shrimp DD.

When you see a dip in pps, remember these things and don't lose sight of the real prize and impact. Do you think Peter Letizia is worried when the stock dips? What about Bill Williams, Bill Delgado, Gerald Easterling or Thomas Untermeyer? They're probably too busy counting their shrimp to even notice.
Now who doesn't love fresh shrimp...

People, one partnership alone could easily be worth more than the current market cap. A lot more. Think about it. If/when a PR comes out with any of the names Pentair, Cargill, Atlantic Sapphire, Whole Foods, Wegmans or others, what's going to happen? What do 100%-200% gains in one day look like when we are already at .40 or .50 or more. You think the buying pressure we've seen this week is strong. Oh boy, hold on to your hats ladies and gentlemen.
Slap it lol....
Likely over a year ago so we know they've known about this for a while. What does it mean? No one knows for sure. Could be they are interested in stocking Natural Shrimp at their locations. Could be more. Only insiders know for sure.
