20% ?
I'm starting to get nervous, haven't received a tweet update for rushnet in several hours, something must be wrong. ;)
Well there ya go then.... The link called it a financial report and I pointed out I didn't see any financial data, That ain't so bad now is it :)
No financials I could see, just splitting with Hoff ??
Heritage Health Foods, Country Club Hills, IL
Believe it is independent. Its one of the local stores that Corr's distribution Company distributes to. I'll probably stop buy a couple other stores he distributes to at some point to see if they have shelf space there also.
Builder,
I think you are correct , Epstein is not a partner with Wham in any way I have seen. He is however, the one we have to collect the Billion Dollars from and Hoffenberg was Epstein's mentor/partner/best friend earlier, So he probably has some influence on the success of this deal.
You don't sound negative at all, you are just trying to understand. when i reviewed some of the web sites being acquired , i had the same concerns. The background of the two new business guys in this deal is not pretty. Not alot of depth of info on how this deal makes any money, Anybody looking at this announcement and doing due diligence would have the same questions.
Doesnt mean they will not be successful going forward, but info released thus far gives no solid info to suggest they will be. Only positive i see is wham now gains an experienced business partner going forward, which can lead to success, alhough some of the xperience has not been good :)
The way I read it, Wham takes over 100% of some rather obscure holdings/assets owned by nypp including the tower investors business which is collecting the debt owed to those who lost money with tower investments in the 90's. Wham gives up controling interest to nypp by turning over 55% of outstanding stock in wham to nypp.
Reading up on Hoffenberg and Epstein's past leaves me thinking they can only improve (hard to imagine they could get worse). So Wham is expanding into a few more businesses, getting hooked up with some experienced business folks and giving up control to nypp. Is all this a good thing ? Who knows, time will tell.
Let me know if i am missing anything on this.
Does this mean RSHN will be over $.01 by the end of the year ?
Thanks... Well at least it was nice to see the Apple Rush logo in a newspaper I Buy !

APRU In Investors Daily
Sorry if this has already been discussed but could not find a reference in old messages. On Dec 24 there was an advertisement/press release about Apple Rush in Investors Daily. No New News but where did that come from ???

spotted all flavors of AR at Heritage Health Foods in Country Club Hills, IL
Pictures were from the amateur races, I could not stay for the Pro events later in the day. Not sure if more folks showed up after I left.
Event volunteers got free water, Participants got first bottle free, rest paid $1. It was a hot windy day so they were selling some water. Also the PA gave a blurb about E-water and its benefits about once every 30 minutes.

Cover Story
CWM’s first annual food industry report, formerly assigned to the July/August cover story was editorially delayed
to include the Institute of Food Technologies Expo, (IFT) which will take place in Chicago this year at the end of
July. Coverage of the Food Marketing Institute, All Things Organic, Fancy Food Show and
National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show will also be included in the September/October cover story.
What hasn’t changed is our desire to understand why we do and don’t see various foods and food products come to market,
what it takes to bring a product to the shelves,
what role consumers really play in the process and what we can expect to see in the future.
Chrispy,
Here a question for Sunday, last summer I talked to Bob about diet versions of GR and Rush Cola. He indicated they were working on it and conducting taste tests with several sweeteners.
Can you ask what current status is with Diet Versions ?
Also any other new product offerings in development ?

I get my Rush products in the Chicagoland area at
Kramers Downtown Chicago (They have Apple Rush, Ewater and GR , GRXXX, not sure about Cola)
and
Heritage Health Foods in Country Club Hills (183rd and just west Pulaski). They have everything but Apple Rush.
and
Fruitful Yield in Darien (Only GR and GRXXX)
Organic Apple Ruch does not list Ginseng as an ingredient. Will that be a separate product or has the ginseng version been dropped ? The May 11, 2006 press release talked about Organic Apple Rush energized with Ginseng.
Apple Rush
Kramers in downtown Chicago now stocks Apple Rush and Apple Rasberry Rush.
Heritage Health Foods in Country Club Hills, Il carries EWater, GR GRXXX and Rush Cola. Good Prices too.
Here is what I have:

Garden DD Evidence
Hate to sound like a pumper but the DD period with Garden appears to be underway. I use to have to get E-Water or Rush Cola in Downtown Chicago at Kramers, but now a store about 3 miles from my house carries both. The Rush Cola looks to be a newer batch as it lists Cane Sugar as the sweetener. For Chicago South Siders here is the info:
Heritage Health Foods
4051 West 183rd St
Country Club Hills, Il
708-957-0595
They stock Ewater, Rush Cola and GR XXX.

I found the old HQ easily, Have not found the new one as of yet, I believe Bob said it was a couple blocks South of the old one, but I could not locate it last time I went by. Have not seen the address published yet.
Fruitful Yield was carrying Rush and Rush XXX well before the Garden announcement. I have yet to see any new distribution as a result of the Garden deal.
RushNet in the News
Rushnet made the local paper over the weekend:
