Typo. Perfectly valid*
This is a perfectly custodianship that has successfully moved its way through the courts & retired its debt.
But sure, if by "scam" you mean attempted pump & dump by you & others after it saw a spike on someone's purchase order a few weeks ago.
That 1mil BTC has been on previous reports. This is nothing new, so why is it being treated as such now?
2019 Annual Report for reference: https://sec.report/otc/financial-report/238219
The main (positive) thing I got out of this report is that they seem to he losing money at a much lower rate now.
I'm sure some people might think that - but nobody who's posted here. Unless you can cite examples, that is.
I just try my best to help people make sound arguments & decision making.
Nobody is claiming it's the only filter that kills covid. We already know Hepa filters have a 99.92% or so kill rate, whereas Kronos sits at 99.02%.
The reason KNOS put out the PR about being able to kill covid (besides generating hype) is because in order for it to be used in hospitals and schools, the FDA needs to approve it for that use.
Airdog X5 is already deployed in the hospitals and schools of other countries, according to their international websites.
Airdog Japan actually has a list of the specific facilities currently using the product.
Their biggest edge is no filter replacement
I do not have blind faith in KNOS. This is the OTC, afterall. But I'm just clearing up some of the negative misinformation here so that we can facilitate relatively unbiased discussion. This is a forum, afterall.
I am aware of the disorganization issues. But the restructuring seems to have led to some improvements.
As for proof, just compare the product (Airdog X5) from how it was in 2017 to now. Pre Kronos takeover of American distribution, Airdog had terrible marketing here. Poor english in their posts, product issues I've described, etc.
Airdog is not manufacturing perfect products better than anything else on the market. But there are many successful products on the market of lesser quality than what we have here. You don't need to be the best of the best to succeed.
Kronos' website seems like it needs updating, as they do not detail the recent improvements made to the X5 - but they may be neglecting 1800safeair.com since taking over Airdog USA.
This is from Airdog USA: https://airdogusa.com/collections/best-air-purifier/products/airdog-x5-fd-fast-drying-collecting-plates-1
I'm mostly optimistic because I've seen good things out of Airdog Japan's recent performance. I've also seen product improvements that have addressed costumer complaints.
One was that the optional fast drying plates were too expensive. Fast drying plates are now included in the base model at no additional cost.
Another was that wifi & app was faulty. They have fixed that (in a sense) by removing it entirely.
So there is a legitemate effort to improve their product.
E.R. will not be totally amazing, but it won't be a total disappointment either. (imo) They've made good utilization of crowd funding as well to mitigate costs.
A lot of the prior (and current) shortcomings of this company seem to be cleaning up relatively well.
Their Crypto endeavor is a bit off-putting to some (myself included) but it's a PR stunt. Plenty of companies are doing this because they've seen how successful Tesla's stock has been partially due to their antics. Hence why KNOS put out a PR saying they want Elon to sign the first Airdoge.
It's goofy but the real marketing starts after FDA approval.

There just isn't much of anything to post about at the moment. This has been in the works for a while now so we're just patiently waiting.
You do realize that Kronos only just recently partnered with Airdog in April, right?
Their next report should easily outperform their previous ones. Nothing miracle tier - but definitely better.
Go look at how Airdog Japan is doing.
I do hope you're aware that all posts made by Julio are sarcastic. He thinks KNOS is a complete scam.
Yes...that is how proprietary technology works. Airdog would not exist without the tech that Kronos owns. So they earn a percentage of sales.
This is basic business knowledge that should not be alarming to anyone.
The US is not the only market in existence. Go look at how Airdog is doing.
Exactly my thinking as well. I actually made the same point about waiting for FDA approval in an earlier post.
Just poking as many holes into these arguments against KNOS as possible.
I understand the mistrust some have here, but they're failing to see the the bigger picture. They've made a lot of TANGIBLE progress since restructuring.
Kevin made this announcement only FOUR MONTHS ago.
Why would they spend money on an informercial mere months before it receives FDA approval for covid use?
I think you might be surprised by their December sales.
Contrary to some opinions expressed here, the company DID do holiday marketing... just not in the US.
I'll be posting about it over the weekend, but until then you guys should check out their international vendor websites.
Imo US marketing has NOT started in full yet due to the awaiting of FDA approval. I'm also betting we see Kevin's promised infomercial shortly afterwards.
Late to the Covid game? In the US maybe a bit. But there are international hospitals and schools ALREADY using this product which NOBODY seems to be talking about.
This is not professional advice for anyone to buy this stock, and I very well could be wrong. Just sharing a little bit of what I know.
Me too at first. Just read his first post and ones following. Klonerpride is the same person btw.
Many people here focusing way too much on US sales only. Newsflash: the US isn't the only country in existence. Will be drafting an organized DD up over the weekend.
They get automatically removed after a certain period of inactivity. Mods and DD will likely be re-added after this thing gets moving again.
Well at least they're going, one way or the other. I think the amount of time and effort gone into getting this thing back on the rails is promising - but I'll curb my optimism and continue to wait for more results.
A lot of people have been holding longer than they wanted and have been discouraged for the months or years. Just taking their opportunity to exit.
Out with the old, in with the new.
What I'm curious of is who's been *buying* - and why. Some decently consistent accumulation has been going on at these 0002 - 0003 prices for a while now.
The strange price painting is the last bit of hope for me with this one. I don't know why someone would do that at this point.
The optimist in me has been saying it's been being painted by "management" who still haven't given up on this yet and want to manipulate the chart to make it appear afloat while they continue to work on whatever it is they're doing, but the lack of communication is seriously off-putting.
But more realistically, perhaps it's being done by someone in the process of exiting their position. A tactic to disguise the current low price and attempt to lure in novice traders who don't know how to check what part of that sold volume was in the red?
It's Bj's thought that maybe it was supposed to be a custodianship but ended up failing and changing plans which is the most worrying.
Skinny came in sounding pretty confident about their plans and made it seem like everything has happened according to them so far. In which case, I wouldn't be too worried (should he be being truthful).
What I'm curious about though is why exactly they decided to go through the custodianship process to reinstate the company. This isn't something I or I'm sure many others here are very familiar with, as it's not a normal custodianship, so I'd like to know the technicals of the current process.
The custodianship court date *was* postponed that one time as it switched to business court, so the optimist in me says that was because the court already knows what's going on and everything is, indeed, going along to plan (however slowly).
I just expect it to be pumped with something other than his words. A few random posts by Skinny can't be ALL they have planned for generating volume & hype.
Unless they actually were trying to go through with a custodianship and failed like you've postulated. In which case it's very possible they're scrambling to plan something else or don't plan on anything at all.
So a "No, we're actually trying to do stuff, just hold on a bit" post would be appreciated by them.
I share a similar view. I don't trust most OTC "companies," and I realize that CCLX may very well be another scam, but that's how most of us make our money here - off of the backs of scams that make themselves look promising.
CCLX hasnt dont anything yet to truly initiate a pump, and that's what I and I'm sure many others are waiting for.
I don't believe Skinny's posts were their "official" attempt at pumping, as those were mere rumors without any actual paper to show.
Paper is "progress" and that's what I'm waiting for.
A big announcement with actual progress to show is better for this stock than slow & tiny dribblings of info, imo, so I'm glad there arent rumors being pumped out currently.
I actually think teasing additional info would actually make a lot of people *less* patient. For what it sounds like the owner is trying to accomplish, it's likely to take some time.
Again, I dont think Skinny is allowed to say anything else. He made some pretty big announcements as is.
This was reinstated for a reason, we'll just have to wait and see through the actions of the current owner what comes of all this effort.
Us sitting in the 003 range should really be of no surprise to anyone either. To somebody new to this, we've "looked" like we were in the 004 range this past week but in reality those were all painted closes.
Real bottom is where we're at now, and we've been sitting at it for a while so this is nothing new.
I'd prefer management doesn't constantly pump the stock, because you do enough of that and it eventually becomes hot air.
That sort of behavior is also indicative of OTC scams where the real goal is to screw over shareholders, instead of building a functioning company.
Miniscule price fluctuations are of no concern to someone actually focused on doing that.
Only 5 trades executed today worth $1000. Nothing to worry about imo.
Also I kind of have a feeling that Skinny was told to be quiet again by management lol.
I think he was being a bit overly optimistic with how long an announcement will take, but it seems there's some accomplishment going on as OTCmarkets was updated recently.
Expecting whatever news they release to be pretty beefy and done well, seeing as how they've been extra quiet so far.
Another big part of the reason for these seemingly large price movements is that barely anyone is selling. Nobody is going to place a large sell order at prices this low with such little volume & when we all have idea about how high this can rise.
That, and others are probably just waiting for news first.
Good news probably sets this right around where we peaked when the reinstatement hit, then it'll sit around the 005 range again. Then whatever comes after will (hopefully) set it flying. Unless news is unattractive for some reason. Skinny seems optimistic though, and we know he has a lot riding on this.
There is a lot of time and effort that was spent bringing this company current again. Looking forward to what it merits.
In case anyone here is new to low float pennystocks and scared of price movements like this; yes the chart shows 17% down right now, but that's off of only $87 worth of shares being traded.
Also, when it's up 17% on close with close to no volume it means nothing as well. Same thing when it closes up 5% because of $1 worth of shares being bought right before market close.
Almost all price movements before volume hits are unimportant.
I know this is all really basic stuff most here already know, but I know there's always new people lurking.
I'm betting we run to 007 on a really promising news release, but if it gets pumped it'll soar.
