Simple for me— the numbers speak for themselves. The only thing that has the stock moving up to a “surging” $2.00 level is the prospect of a change and Denner driving value to shareholders. Im a long time frustrated long who is all BLUE.

Its a brutal journey to be a long in AMRN. Ive added more recently below 1.30 yet we may still see sub 1 for this before any traction/transaction lifts us from purgatory.

As a longtime LONG believer in this drug and commercial blockbuster potential, the frustration is there always seems to be a wait for “another shoe to drop”. And when that drops, “another shoe needs to drop”. I feel like ive got a closet full of “single shoes looking for the second to magically reunite to create a simple pair.

I feel the same way. I bought at least 5 dips / watching now and its always good to see a day like this.

This is a big part of the story that needs to start establishing the differentiation between V and fish oil. Need a bright line ( assuming it exists). Make this a viral drum beat. Chop chop.

The courts have been a total bust post RI trial. Agree, deliver a high quality product and aggressively compete in the market riding off the Vascepa brand. $4 PPS is so disappointing, but right now, that is all WS values the Company at. Agree. See my last post. American innovation and exceptionalism is under siege. Fast forward 20 years at this rate of destruction of capitalistic foundation and you see “California” without the great weather and coastline.

Taking a deep breath and reflecting-

1- stock is approaching a 52-week low

2- the strength of the “patent wall/fortress” in the US has been shown to be weak or virtually worthless. A key asset of this one drug company.

3- the drug is amazing and will save lives, the management team entrusted with commercializing it has failed to capitalize on the enormous opportunity thus far

4- AMRN is a threat to Big Pharma, Omega 3 supplement pushers, and some (not all) cardiologist who make $$ off high priced procedures or annuities from the chronically ill and all guns have been pointed our way to slow us down - making the journey perilous.

5- the US societal shift from capitalistic beliefs that protect innovation to socialist agendas is devastating on many levels. Facts don’t matter, laws don’t matter. Many intelligent people on this board outline impressive facts that should matter in a legal system that delivers justice, they haven’t to our amazement and surprise.
What has happened to AMRN is happening on a much larger scale to America and unfortunately all Americans may wake up to feel the emptiness and bewilderment of a 3-0 warped decision like yesterday when socialist take control of the US. And they will wonder how it happened.

6- where do we go from here as an AMRN investor? Who knows, but continuing to jump in the US legal ring with a rigged system seems like a huge waste of time. The Company should grow revenue in markets that are the best strategically, form alliances, and maximize shareholder value.

7- i feel for the hundreds of US based AMRN sales reps that believed in the drug and management but who will get the rug pulled out from them, not by the fear of the pandemic, but by a failed US strategy and execution and a flawed US legal system.

8- For now, i will remain long, bought on many dips. Tempted to buy more now but want to hold off to lick my wounds a bit. There have been so many ways to make $$ in stocks in the last 6 months, we have unfortunately been stuck in this value depleting drama. This has been exhausting and I hate to lose. For now, we are losing and its time to snap out of it. Let’s go, man up.
