I've been a stock holder in mrkr since it was formED. It's been so long I can't even remember when that was. LOL
Micro, any guess on on long it's going to take to get signed up and treated in lymphoma trial

Micro do you if this AOH19996 only works in solid tumors or does it work for blood cancers also? Is it a threat to our blood cancer treatments?
Thanks for the info phantom
Histotripsy. A Soundwave therapy from the University of Michigan to break up and kill cancer cells so the immune system can attach the cancer.
Seems they are having success.
Maybe this would work well with Markers therapy since markers therapy has always seemed to need a catalyst.
I believe VOR Biopharma reported a cr in aml today
Did MRKR say how long it took the first patient to go from MRD+ to MRD- ? I think they said it took 8 weeks for the second MRD patient.
Thanks for the information.
Hi Phantom, ( or any one who knows) I'm confused about how long the phase 2 MRD part of the trial is going to run. Can you provide some insight? I thought that part of the phase 2 trial would be finishing up by the end of this quarter and we would be getting results by the end of this quarter. If that's the case why is the FDA providing 2 million for this part of the trail. Are they still recruiting patients for this part of the trial? If there's 40 patients I wonder how many have been treated?
To get the funding we got is genius! Well put hanscott. There is lots of competition out there in the world of immunology, Peter and Marker did well with this funding.
Thanks for the info. I was starting to get that same since of not being a value creator in the near term but I'm still here for the long term.
I've been unable to listen to the webcast, has peter or the company said anything new about the plan or path forward for multi taa as far as pancreatic cancer is concerned?
Another stock up today is forty seven. It's also a company that James Alison is on the scientific advisory board of, I believe. Gilead apparently made an offer for them.
Thanks for the info
What was the date (of the last update) on the pancreatic trial. Apparently there was an update I missed. The last I saw was only the first 10 patients in arm A. If anybody as a link or more info I would be grateful to see it. Also any thoughts on when we may see another update.
Hi Antimarv, is patient #12 a folfirinox patient and are there other cr potential patients? I have not keep up with the latest info.
If patients begin to have active disease again in arm A is there a possibility they would be moved to arm B and given more treatment?
Thanks Hanscott for this info. I know Peter has mention almost all of the patients feeling better after the treatment. Great for the patients!
No speculation going on here antimarv. LOL
I think your right antimarv. I think Alex Trebek is going to be cured. I just hope marker gets a patent on the process. I also think if Joe Biden teams up with A core they can invent the internet.
Who's going to patent that full understanding of what's activating the immune system?
What about Stanfords progress and research into activating the immune system? Curing 90 mice of all kinds of cancer? Not sure anybody has a patent on the understanding of what's going on. Any thoughts?
Antimarv, was it you who speculated that Alex Trebek was already receiving mrkr therapy? I was curious about that myself. But I don't think he was yet but I think he was on the list. It's just a hunch on my part. But I did see a statement from him saying he was hopefully just finishing up his last chemo therapy treatment and would be starting immuno treatment. That was after his great results so far. He's in the know. And has the benefit of getting the best. I bet his immuno treatment is mrkr treatment. Any thoughts. The problem for mrkr is that they themselves dont fully understand what is activating the immune system and because they don't they do not have a full incompanessing patent on what is. Just my opinion. Do you phantom or anybody else have thoughts on this?
Well put.. darn phone
We but rfj1862. I agree.
Thanks - microcapbio and phantom for the info
I wish we would of had phantom ask peter about the right to try law we he talked to him. That would of been some great insight. Any thoughts Phantom on the right to try?
Since the right to try law was passed, does anybody know if it has ever been put to use. Have patients been able to get a hold of or use any experimental medicines or treatments. Or is this just a feel good law that really wont be used?
Does you body have any thoughts or how optimistic are you on the tpiv 110 herceptin trail. Any idea when it might start?
Yes, thanks phantom. It seems the breast cancer study is a phase 2 study and farther along and farther along. The other is listed as both phase why and 2. How does that work? Are the phase 1 and 2 done at the same time?
Hi LloydDC, thanks for the up date. Did they originally plan to stop following patients in 2018 but are still following them. That sounds like a good sign if thats the case.
Hi Hansott, did you get a chance to look into the YouTube video about the lady with breast cancer? I have not been able to learn anymore about it or the therapy.
Does anybody know or have any guesses on how long it might be before mrkr finishes phase 2 in lymphoma and starts phase 3. It seems if that happens it will be a big boost for this stock.
From what I've read, I believe the relapse rate for people with tnbc is 23% within 5 yrs then I believe the rate drops greatly after that. From what I got out of the latest news release from marker was that in there dosing study is that the relapse rate so far is about 14%. And I did not see where they gave anymore info, such as a time frame for these number of people to relapse compared to to what would be expected. It also seems it would be great to know since this is a four arm study if all the people who relapsed if they were in a certain arm of the study. Does anybody have any thoughts or info on my think ing here and is there any way to get more info? That info seems very important to me in order to make a judgment on how tpiv200 is working.
BMY and some of these other big pharma companies seem to have there hands in just about everything. Which is good. If anybody knows the future it should be them. I think at this point though they are diversifying.
Yes, I agree. Pretty exciting to watch all that is taking place.
What marker offers or car-t, tcr, or the othe 2000 clinical trials. Not sure myself nor are the other big pharma companies in my opinion.
LOL. Thats pretty cool when a small individual has as much insight as a big pharma company.
Yes, but ask yourself why your here at this marker message board. Its because I think theres doubts about what you may think is better, and im not totally sure myself.
Lots of good people.
