Jonesie or Anyone,
What do you know about the ties of SUPI and ADSY? Shouldn't they be merged into the same shell by now? Have we been given the straight scoop on this by Ed Hart or have we been hung out to dry still again?
2010 is here and the 2009 promises of Ed Hart and James Truher
were not true, as usual. Superwire was supposed to make us
some serious money!!
Now something big is supposed to happen very early this year!
What does anyone know about the latest deal going on? Will it
happen this time? Does anyone have faith that we'll ever know
the truth about anything with this company? It's been many years
and we have nothing to give us hope yet, so what's different?
Jonesie,
In a recent post you mentioned your disappointment with SUPI and
that you had a friend at the SEC in Atlanta that you wished to have them check out SUPI. Are you still going to pursue anything?
It appears that nobody is interested in Superwire.
I've been told that we should have news out by
Thanksgiving and now that we should have some action
before Christmas. Has anyone else been given any indication
that this should happen? Great progress is supposed to
be taking place daily, weekly, etc.
Very early in January strong stock growth should take place
considering all the contracts and rooms that are being
added with all those that have already been connected to the
service.
We are substantially undervalued and this will be apparent
very early in the New Year if not before the end of this year. It's almost here and there's been nothing yet to substantiate these comments from Ed Hart.
Just wondering what others are hearing and what can we expect
to happen before Christmas. If it happens it will probably
have to take place yet this week since next week is Christmas and Ed wouldn't put anything out that week and maybe not between Christmas and New Years so we should know in the next few days if we're still being strung along again.
Hi Jonesie,
You've brought up some interesting points in your post. I would like to talk to you personally off the record. You can send me your e-mail address with your phone number and I will call you. Thanks.
My e-mail is: glh104753@yahoo.com
Well, here we are again! The end of another month and getting close to the end of another year. Still waiting for Superwire to
come alive. Does anyone have some words of wisdom?
No, it's just that some of you guys have ganged up on a lot of folks and driven them away yet, so far, we have no final word of anything from the OSC, SEC, etc. I am just hanging around until
the final outcome and hoping there's a brighter side to the issue that some have not contemplated yet.
It's good to see all of you "longs" still hanging in there. I follow the boards often and still waiting for positive results
too. GLTY
You're right! That's about it with Superwire. I hear that the attorney now has to research the new rules about the transfer of the contracts into Superwire. What sounds very suspicious is that it will take between 2-4 weeks. Baloney!! That could be done much, much quicker than that but what's new! Stall, Stall, Stall is all they've ever done dating back several years. Have you ever heard of so many excuses why stuff NEVER GETS DONE!!!
What will go wrong in the next few weeks? It's just a bunch of BS to me. Every time that you're led to believe that Superwire is ready to explode, another hurdle has always popped up.
Maybe the shareholders should organize to get to the bottom of the situation and hold them much more accountable for having our money for so long with false promises and no action.
What does anyone else think?
Hello,
When I say a bad Summer, it is just stating that we had been led to believe that information in the form of press releases with exciting things about contracts and figures were to be coming out very soon. Then the lawsuit was filed and I personally was told by Ed Hart that the court case was just a "side show" that it had nothing to do with slowing down the the operations of the company or starting to roll out valuable news that would make the stock price start to move upward. He said that the stock was grossly undervalued and when important news came out it should move up substantially and quite quickly. Contracts with great value were being signed regularly and they would add great value to the company!
Well, the settlement negotiations lasted all Summer so nothing happened that made it transparent to the investors that the company was moving forward. Supposedly the lawsuit settlement has been completed but now the contracts have not been transferred into Superwire so now we may have to wait as long as another 4 weeks before that's completed. Hence, fall will be more than half over by then. Based on that information and the stock price dipping down to less than .25 cents, my personal evaluation is a Bad Summer and so far at least, a Bleak Fall. If someone had shorted the stock back when it was doing fairly well, just after the reverse split, then they might have a slightly different opinion about the matter.
I hope that before thanksgiving Superwire gives us something to be thankful for but it hasn't happened yet.
That has been the long term story of Superwire. We hear of great things to come but for years they are yet to deliver. Make your Christmas wishes early and see if anything comes together before the end of still another year.
I believe you're right Jonesie. There's no reason for any informed investor to be buying until the news comes out
with some figures attached to it. Will we ever get a pr?
So much has happened? OK, Let's hear about it PUBLICLY!!!
We're 3 days into the fourth quarter and-----Still Waiting!
How long has it been? It's an inordinate amount of time
considering all the stuff we've been told.
Hi Jonesie,
Are you trying to buy again? Do you have a feeling that something good is about to happen in the next few weeks?
Please share.
Thanks Jonesie!
Just giving a fellow investor my insight to SUPW. It is hard to believe that every time we are led to believe something really big is supposed to happen with SUPW up pops substantial roadblocks that set back progress, once again.
The Summer was lousy for Superwire. Fall is starting to look bleak at this point. If the lawsuit is being settled then we
should know something very soon. The longer this drags out (the lawsuit) the tougher it will be for them to recover. Ed Hart has been telling me, since last September, that they were on the verge of exploding. In the next few months after the end of September we would be feeling ecstatic about the Stock Price.
Well, it's almost a full year and we are going backwards.
I was told that the Summer months wouldn't be bad for Superwire
and the lawsuit would not slow down progress, yet with the lawsuit, it did.
Supposedly, Mike Heil is doing some wonderful things but "where's the beef?" Contracts are supposed to be coming in bunches and advertising agreements are also building up but the attorneys will not let anything come out until this lawsuit is settled. That has taken quite some time to complete and here we sit with no news of any value at all.
Who knows what out future here really is with Superwire? There's been nothing to talk about since the company has taken
a hiatus from public communication for quite a while which leaves suspicion about what is happening, if anything. It all comes down to, "What's to talk about?"
Right On, Jonesie. There shouldn't be so many ways a company
can jerk us around without accountability!!
You have to wonder what's the reason (excuse) why all these
wonderful announcements aren't able to be released?
We went through this same situation with the Seal Beach.
Eventually, nothing major came out about completion of the
project and the substantial revenues we were expecting from
that and future contracts that were inevitable according to
SUPW over the past 5-6 years. This just seems to be a pattern
with this company! Lots of talk and NO SUBSTANCE!!
Good question! I've often wondered what they really do
at Superwire.
The lawsuit was supposed to be a "side show"
which wouldn't slow down business or movement toward putting
out PRs. That was from Ed Hart.
Actually Jonesie, I'm looking for a serious bump. Wouldn't
it be nice to see Superwire retrace back up to $3.90 or better.
That's where it was at shortly after the Reverse Split.
Time will tell but something eventful needs to happen before the end of the third quarter.
Jonesie,
Have you heard anything from Ed Hart or anyone else that
indicates when SUPI will start rolling out the many great
announcements that we were supposed to have out long ago?
The lawsuit wasn't supposed to hold anything up but here
we sit again. This same pattern has gone on for years for
a lot of us! It's beyond old. It's sad that they must think
we believe all this stuff. I'm just holding and hoping that
sometime we can get a little bump and I can dump all this stock.
There are other ways to make your money grow faster than investing in Superwire!!
Anyone hear of anything valuable since the filing of the
lawsuit? Looks like all of June could end up uneventful.
Now it's wait through the long hot Summer months. Should
we start taking side bets about when or if Superwire will
come to life?
Isn't that wonderful! A lawsuit. More delays?
These guys are amazing! Just one calamity after
another for many years, now. Well, again we wait
through the Summer months wondering if by the end
of this year this company will even be around by
the end of the year or starting 2009?
Does anyone feel that they are getting double talk
from Superwire?
Richard Smith? What happened to him?
Truher, isn't he part of the past failed regime?
Yes, What is going on here?
Will Superwire ever come clean and reveal a solid
business strategy or just keep giving us the run-around
about this whole situation.
Events sure are strange but, What's New!!!
Crystal Balls & Mediums?
Sounds like desperation time for you guys. Ha, Ha!
I'm starting to think it would have been a good time
to sell everything just after the reverse split when
the share price went up to $3.90. Will it ever be close
to that again? Maybe not, the way these guys operate!
The $1.00 level was looking pretty good a few days ago.
All that we're hearing now is nothing different than stated in previous years when there was so much happening yet,
nothing of value was ever completed or verified publicly!
Another blah week! Another blah month! (April)
Maybe April showers will bring May flowers.
Another wait and see period from SUPERWIRE!
Where's the bottom? Will news be out this week? If not this week, WHEN? Are we being "hoodwinked?"
Another beautiful week by SUPERWIRE! Maybe next week again????
I don't believe they will come out with news right away and
the stock price could drift well below $1.00. That means
there would be a lot more space to recover once they do let
go of a few hot PRs. It would be much better to bottom out
at $1.40- $1.60 and start gradually moving back up with some
solid news and financial figures to justify the stock
price. Oh well, what do I know? Just an observation!
I don't care for such volatility on low volume trading and
no base of support. That's what we had before the reverse
split and we are now below the reverse split price of $1.20.
It wouldn't surprise me if the stock price retraced back to
$.65. That just doesn't make sense to me if it does happen.
Amen, Jonesie!!
Yes, the air is seeping out of the balloon! I've said before that they just don't seem to know how to build and sustain momentum. We keep hearing about how much is done and so many
contracts have developed yet, nothing to prove it!
Have you heard about how quickly the stock should rebound? Does that mean up or down? The week isn't up yet so maybe the good news, that should have already been out, will slip out of someone's fingers and hit the news wires.
You're right Jonesie!
None of us know what it means until Ed Hart is allowed to put out pertinent news revealing what this is all about. Then, when or if anything is released, will there be more larger investors that begin to take notice of what's going on with this company and stick lots of money in the stock?
The current trading, I don't believe, is attracting anyone that
will make a difference in the stock price. It will likely happen when or if the stock price spikes to 5-$6 and maintains that level with much higher volume for a few weeks. It will take a few high powered PRs to swing the momentum up to that level but being so thinly traded it could go quickly too. Until something like this happens, there's really nothing to attract and hold the attention of any of the high rollers! It would be fantastic if this is accomplished between mid-April and the end of May!
Another week and still NOTHING SIGNIFICANT!
Does anyone expect them to come through with
anything? I'm on the fence based on history.
That history says, SUPERWIRE does not have a
record of being honest with us, the investors.
There have been countless number of times that
what we've heard and been lead to believe has
not come to pass.
The new idea sounds good. What's important to
me is, are they capable of pulling off the game
plan? (assuming there really is one) How much
income is being generated?
When will SUPERWIRE be off the Pink Sheets?
What is the 6 month projection for the stock price?
I believe we all want answers!
Yes, Great! It is news!
I see what you guys are saying about the value per 10,000 rooms that's mentioned in the pr. What I want to know is, are these new contracts that were added "this month" just reported since April 1?
If so, what's happened since the December pr and now?
Why can't there be a straight forward pr that gives us the complete picture with numbers attached? I'm still wanting us shareholders to be more adequately informed about our investment.
Before anyone jumps on me, I am grateful to hear something from the company! It should start happening consistently say, once or twice weekly and filled with more specifics about revenues to the company from these contracts. We should be able to go back to December and figure the growth of the company from that date. Then we would have something to solidify our hopes. Can anyone tell after this pr where the company really stands with income and expenses? Maybe I want this too fast, but how long have we been hearing that so much has been completed and what great revenues we will soon be enjoying.
Wonderful! What are they? It should not be difficult to attach numbers, which is what we all need for this to stand tall and start working for us!
Today's volume was really something, wasn't it!
Anybody hear from Ed Hart. Is "great news" coming
next week, again?
Ain't this lousy! It's hard to be more skeptical
than before about Superwire, BUT I AM!
Just once I would love for these guys to prove my
feelings and instincts wrong but time keeps marching
on and they're doing nothing but validating my concerns
about this company.
Is anyone optimistic? Please state why! No gut
feelings, please, just verifiable evidence. It's
been about one half year since I was told there would
be the start of some dazzling news coming out and this
stock would start to move upward, probably very quickly.
Don't get me wrong. I'm wishing that things will turn
around, starting tomorrow, but wishing doesn't make it so!
When nothing projected or predicted has been verified over
so many months and years, what do you have to hang your hat
on for the future?
Best of luck to you Jonesie! I don't believe that you are pumping at all! You're just eager and enthusiastic about what you are hearing from the company! We'll just keep watching and hope that these new guys will end up better than the last crew of management. Up till now, there's just no evidence that they are doing anything or that were in for any super surprises in the immediate future. I just don't like the way they indicate that so much is going on behind the scenes but always find a reason (excuse) not to inform the shareholders or the public. Take that along with the kind of trading that's going on with no financial news to validate what they are verbalizing to us and to justify the share price it's hard to be optimistic in spite of the inflated share price. Like you, I would have been smart to sell a substantial amount of shares after the reverse split and the stock price ran up to $3.90. Oh well, we just got sucked into the hype.
So far, just another week and almost another month without a peep of anything valuable from good old Superwire, AGAIN! Yikes, Will this drought ever end? Inquiring minds would sure like to know.
Have a great week-end! MAYBE NEXT WEEK? These guys (SUPERWIRE Managegement) might be old Chicago Cub Fans. You know their slogan, "wait till next year?"
Jonesie,
It's nice to see someone psyched! Are you really that excited, yet? There still isn't any sustained trading plus nothing out there that justifies the current price! If a person knows that something is about to happen, they wouldn't be dumping at this time. Can the current stock price be justified?
Lately, there haven't been any lame attempts from SUPW to tell us (their loyal long shareholders) that we will soon be rewarded with a hot PR explaining why this puppy will soon set up and start barking.
Is the procrastination you are referring to in your post yours or on the part of SUPW. Lord knows, they are the Kings of Procrastination!
All of this said after still another week of nothing truly promising from those who should be able to confirm something!!
Until we get a PR (or if we ever do) the stock is still trading far above it's confirmed value. Don't be deceived by the trading over the past 5-6 days. We have no idea who have been buying or why would they buy up to $1.90. Would any of us longs followed it at that price? Whom would have been buying and why?
After Easter Week is it possible that the promised PRs will be released and give us hope that SUPW will soon be raised from the DEAD? I sure don't have any strong feelings that positive things are going on that they will confirm. Something should have been rolled out weeks ago if it were genuinely happening. The shareholders, in the meantime, have to play the waiting game with a company that doesn't have a promising history of delivering on its plans or fantasies. How long should an investor hold after several years of waiting for these guys to make good?
We are closing in on still another week with WEAK trading and a stock price that's starting to wilt. Price going down on very low volume is not a good sign.
Strong financial news is the only thing that could turn it around. When might this happen? "Next Week," AGAIN?
SUPW management doesn't seem to know how to build and sustain momentum or develop and maintain a reasonable level of optimism amongst the current shareholders. So how are they going to bring in new investors and inspire them? I am starting to be quite pessimistic about this company, AGAIN. If anything is truly happening, WHY NOT LET US KNOW!
When delays of weeks and months without delivering promised news, it makes a person wonder what IS really going on with these guys.
It must depend upon what the meaning of IS, IS.
Just some of my thoughts, AGAIN.
Hey Jonsie,
I share your concern about the bid and ask. Why do you suppose anyone has been buying into the 1.90's. What would be the motive when nothing has indicated any increase of value in this company yet? How long have you been hearing that there is so much going on and we will be very happy with the news coming out? What news? I go back to early last October when I was told that things were going to be breaking within a few days. Company management were projecting (according to Ed Hart) that they planned to be off the pink sheets by January of '08. Has there been any progress or even an attempt to make that happen yet? Doesn't it seem that almost six months is substantially ample time to show us something other than announcing a new CEO who hasn't shown high success YET?
I've been told about all of the signed contracts and that cash flow has been increasing daily. It's now been weeks ago when there was suggestion that we should start getting weekly news about the progress of the business dealings with some dazzling numbers embedded in PRs. Again, it's been many days, months, even years with the same pattern from SUPW. The comment that keeps coming out about news is, " if it doesn't come out this week, it will come out next week." That has been said so many times, I've stopped counting the number of "next weeks" that something was supposed to happen and didn't. Does this story sound familiar to anyone else?
IF a good PR does come out next week and shows great value in this company the stock price increases might be justified. These current prices can't be held for long if they don't come through with something solid very, very soon. Do we have hope? Maybe someone knows more than me but I'm getting my information straight from the "horses mouth."
Personally, I've tried to remain optimistic about SUPW. Lately my patience is becoming quite thin waiting for them to prove themselves and showing us that there is a plan in place and it is working. What we need is more than lip service from the company spokesman!
Can anyone add to my personal comments?
There's still not any sustained trading nor any news with numbers confirming claims that once again SUPERWIRE will set the world on
fire. I'd sure like to believe in this thing after many years of
holding and fighting the battle. When you deal with facts and
history about this company it doesn't look promising yet. Weeks
and months have passed again, just like before, with no real evidence that anyone has been told the truth concerning value in SUPERWIRE that would have positive effect for the investors.
I don't believe in bashing a stock that I own. It just that facts are facts. Is there hope for the future of this company or is history just repeating itself?
(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Hold; LT Rating- Hold)

So is yours ErnestDD! What's your real agenda anyway?
PNEW
I have been following this stock for about 2 years now and believe you are correct about the financials. All of the PR's are great to passify the shareholders but it has done
absolutely nothing to advance the stock. (close to it's current estimated value by some) Sure they are building value but it likely will be less effective than having the financials out first and then putting out these
value added releases. It's going on 3 quarters since PA
originally said the financials would be released so how
much longer can they be held up by PBLS. There also have
not been any shareholder meetings that were supposed to have
been schduled last year per PA also. It seems as though
Mike M. has been quite silent, especially the last 60 days by not being more communicative or returning phone calls, only the PR's that have been out which again have not had any effect on advancing the stock. Maybe after a few more weeks to allow most all of the shareholders that want to take advantage of having "Preferred Stock" the financials will hit the streets. Are they in a silent period or just avoiding us? It sure seems there is substantial "added value." It just makes more sense to me that something should be forthcoming "very soon." (which by the way, was quite a while ago!)
When financials come out it should fix the problem of any shorts, flippers, etc. It should put them quite a ways behind us longs. Those are my own opinions and observations!
