Personally, I wasn't expecting the audit announcement. However, I can see some newer investors thinking that was the case and were very disappointed when the can was kicked - as reflected in the big sell off today.

That is what I was getting at. He built it up as a comprehensive sub update which investors were hoping to hear the audit was done, but instead they got a "near future" punchline once again.

This PR tanked our SP. Roger was better off staying quiet until '18 fins are completed.

I agree with your approach to this issue. I'm guessing your situation with this investment is similar to mine (and many others).

I've invested a fair amount of dollars, and even accumulated a few hundred thousand shares by just selling a few and then buying the dips.

This slow play is frustrating. Something has to give.

Very strange indeed. The TD website says the bid is .0662 and ask .09, but Think or Swim shows a 124k ask at .078 and 10k bid at .075.
