from a legal standpoint, this is true.
however, if the shareholders sued nsol... just how much do you think they would be rewarded?
answer: probably not a whole hell of a lot.
-BDM
This stock makes me sick.
I don't think this company is a sham like IDWD (which someone alluded to a week or so ago), but damn is it poorly run.
Do I take the 70 percent loss? Or wait for a cool 100% to help my taxes?
Choices, choices...
-BDM
that's why i'm not loading up.
-bdm
Its sad that .33 is impressive. Should have loaded up at .19. Didn't know about nsol being driven down to .20 so that another co. could pick up shares at .10. At least we know it was mostly artificial.
-BDM
anyone goy an idea about what the hell is going on?
looks like a couple 100k shares dumped.
-BDM
My magic Eight Ball says:
"Ask again next week."
as usual with this stock, 500K shares are bought before breakfast and a .02 uptick.
after lunch, 1k shares sold and we're back to even for the day.
what gives?
-BDM
No, i'm not saying you aren't welcome to post. I was agreeing that it was odd that you were keeping up with Technoman's posting regimen.
That being said, by all means, post away. I don't really care. I wouldn't mind you and your big brother's predictions came true. In fact, I hope that they do.
-BDM
My thoughts exactly. Its kinda odd to have your little brother cover your posts on a message board.
-BDM
well, i do know this...
looks like someone is accumulating shares.
Is it you, contrary? Come on now, don't play coy with me.
-BDM
Is it just me or are we getting close to the "one month from now" meeting between FF and BS and others? Seem to remember that being mentioned in the last pr to discuss funding whatnot.
could be the cause of the accumulation. what say you?
-BDM
The way i see it, i'll stick around for another month to see if any tangible progress comes out of the meeting with BS and W.
The dangling carrot approach with investors is getting old. Even an animal following a dangling meal would stop after this long and say, "what the f am i doing this for?"
There is so much potential here. I'm just tired of getting beat up. Hopefully we don't see a dip into the 30s, but given the current trend, it's entirely plausible.
-BDM
Beach front property for sale in New Mexico?! Ha! That's rich.
No way you would be selling it if you had it. I think you may be lying.*
-BDM
* Sarcasm, numb nuts.
I could be wrong, but I honestly believe I read somewhere that there may be no buying within 2 weeks of an announcement. Or there is a two week window. Or that two weeks and two weeks equals 2 fortnights. something to that effect.
-BDM
I think that is what you might call "Fraud". I'm no expert, but i'm pretty sure that fraudulently misleading your investors to whom you owe a fiduciary duty would not be a good position for Herda to take. If that is the case, he's got a little more to worry about now than helping some cronies get out of a PPS dip alive.
I don't see that as a possibility. Interesting flip side of the coin, however.
-BDM
CRAZY!
Sorry, had to do it.
If i had the moo-lah, i would do it too.
-BDM
Is that a banana in your pocket,
or am I just detecting sarcasm?
Parden my mixed metaphores.
-BDM
Well, this does appear to be something positive.
Herda picked up 100k shares.
http://xml.10kwizard.com/filing_raw.php?repo=tenk&ipage=4960972
That may be the cause of the uptick today at least. Big purchase in one day.
What do you guys think of this?
-BDM
Oh god. Please continue to ease the suffering of many a NSOL investor.
In His name I pray.
Amen.
-BDM
NSOL in the 80s? isn't that a sight for sore eyes...
-BDM
I think most people on this board understand that NSOL is a speculative play.
I can't see how anyone would be playing a value investment or for any other reason than to make big gains on a debateable chance of success. It doesn't appear to be a scam, which is a breath of fresh air with OTC stocks. But there is a reason it is on the OTC, and that is because they haven't shot the moon yet.
Now, having stated that, i'm staying. Maybe it's the gambler in me, maybe it's the fact i've leveraged what i've invested in a way that a hit won't cripple me. But it is what it is--a gamble.
I don't think anyone here needs you to crap all over the investment they already know is speculative. Bring something to the table besides the same old drivel about the lack of PR. Then, maybe, your commets will present some value to the rest of the board.
-BDM
Well that was a refreshing little bump today. 8 or ten more days like today and i might be even in this stock.
-BDM
I always find your posts helpful. but maybe i should have been more specific in my post. Allow me to repost:
(I'm a longtime holder, believe in this stock, have done my due diligence and homework, have watched this board in particular for over a year now and cannot wait for this rocket to soar. But golly, guys, today is) Ugly. Just plain ugly.
5years, i think it's on it's way. all the ducks are about in a row and all the tumblers are falling in place. I am, however, very, very tired of getting kicked in the nuts by NSOL.
-BDM
ugly. just plain ugly.
-BDM
Haven't heard from techno in a while. almost a month.
What say you, nsol prophet?
-BDM
"And that should be a week or so before the Bear Stearns money PR is released."
What led you to that conclusion? Was there a timeline or deadline that I missed?
-BDM
I don't remember an exact date... is there one?
-BDM
Anyone look at STHK today? Up 14%.

About Startech -- The Environment and Energy Company
Startech Environmental is an environment and energy industry company engaged in the production and sale of its innovative, proprietary plasma processing equipment known as the Plasma Converter System(TM).
The Plasma Converter System safely and economically destroys wastes, no matter how hazardous or lethal, and turns most into useful and valuable products. In doing so, the System protects the environment and helps to improve the public health and safety. The System achieves closed-loop elemental recycling to safely and irreversibly destroy Municipal Solid Waste, organics and inorganics, solids, liquids and gases, hazardous and non- hazardous waste, industrial by-products and also items such as "e-waste," medical waste, chemical industry waste and other specialty wastes while converting many of them into useful commodity products that can include metals and a synthesis-gas called Plasma Converted Gas (PCG)(TM).
Among the many commercial uses for PCG, is its use to produce "green electrical power," Gas-To-Liquid (GTL) fuels such as ethanol, synthetic diesel fuel and other higher alcohol fuels. Hydrogen, for use and sale, can also be separated and recovered from the PCG synthesis gas mixture.
The Startech Plasma Converter is essentially a manufacturing system producing commodity products from feedstocks that were previously regarded as wastes.
Startech regards all wastes, hazardous and non-hazardous, as valuable renewable resources.

Doubled my holdings today. I'm thinking the charts are showing a run up in the future. Not to mention the decent news yesterday. All about the increasing of shareholder value. Patty, show me the money.
-BDM
I wouldn't be surprised to see it run up near closing. JMHO
-BDM
Here Here.
Can someone that can read the charts tell me if they think this upward trend will continue upwards?
What is the date for the expiration of the option period on the land again?
-BDM
Does anyone else think that the definate announcement of a spinoff will cause the nsol pps to rise considerably? Or at least modestly?
-BDM
Techno,
Just how long are you ordered to stay quiet? It wouldn't happen to be until the presentation, would it?
-BDM
News: Nothing substantially new, but now we know we will get SOME info in a couple of weeks.

Nuclear Solutions, Inc. is an innovative technology development company committed to exploring, developing, and commercializing viable products in the areas of nanotechnology, environmental technology, homeland security and defense, and alternative fuels. In August 2005, Nuclear Solutions, Inc. established Fuel Frontiers, Inc. (FFI), a subsidiary implementing its own unique business model to utilize commercially available and proprietary technologies to transform low-value, end-of-life carbonaceous waste materials such as waste coal, used tires, wood wastes, biomass, discarded corn stalks and other agricultural by-products, into high-value, environmentally friendly, clean-burning ethanol. With its global Strategic Alliance Agreement with Connecticut-based Startech Environmental Corporation, FFI gains access to Startech's innovative, proven and proprietary Plasma Converter(TM) System, which is planned for use in proposed facilities to transform feedstock materials into ethanol. To diversify its ethanol production model beyond ethanol synthesis from waste sources, Nuclear Solutions is also pursuing innovations in bioethanol production through its subsidiary Liquidyne Fuels, Inc. Currently, Fuel Frontiers, Inc. and Liquidyne Fuels, Inc. report their operations and financial results on a consolidated basis within Nuclear Solutions, Inc.'s public filings. I had thought about the same thing. It could be a possibility. However, you have to ask yourself whether there is even any money to win in court.
There is likely very little.
Any thoughts?
-BDM
ha, no. it looks like obdp has abandoned their store business plan for the energized kit. I can't get anyone to pick up at the corporate office or at any of the stores.
i took quite a beating on this one.
-BDM
It looks like it did in september when we were climbing the ladder to 1.20ish. It may do something similar until news comes (or doesn't come).
Lets hope these buyers know something that we don't.
Where's techno been?
-BDM
I think you are right techno. It is not uncommon for banks to require other individuals to be involved before funding large projects. In this case, the banks may be requiring the appointment of a reputable CFO before funding is finally achieved.
Lets hope this is one of the finals steps to funding.

Guy looks pretty solid.
Just a random idea, but maybe the "f-off" to the investors by herda was a method to get a lower share price for the 75K paid to Faith. Don't know how the process works exactly, but could it have been a favor for Faith? Probably not, but just popped into my head.
GLTA (even you techno)
