7500 shares for me, RD.
You can add another 200,000 shares to the total.
Put me down for 5000 shares(and counting), RD.
When will we find out the preferred shares issuing price?
It will be interesting to see what they price these preferred shares, if the common shares have a par value of $1.00.
Hopefully, we get a news release with pricing details.
I've just bought and held.
Haven't sold any yet.
I wonder how they are going to finance the solar plant?
I'm getting pretty close to a round number.
RD, what do you think is the most likely scenario for the company, now that they are up-to-date with their filings?
"(k)"
"Intangible assets consist of 30 years use right of Fruit vegetable franchise base and are recorded at cost. The cost of fruit vegetable franchise base use right was amortized over 20 years using the straight-line method."
Is this the plantations, RD?
Yes, it feels like an eternity.
Hopefully, we are getting close.

Looks like Silk Road Botanicals was founded in 2013 in Redwood City, CA.
RD, why do you think they changed jurisdiction to Colorado?
This is only one subsidiary, which we didn't even know about until May.
Imagine what else we don't know about this company.
And, it doesn't look like that cash came from dilution, if they still have 157 million shares suggested by the 8k.
Good news, Aandt!
Should be an interesting next few months.
Bought a few more at the bell.
The last entry for that CIV 1700043 Marin County case was April 1, 2021.
Then, 8K, May 4th.
Maybe, they had to wait for the case to settle?
The lawsuit was filed Dec. 2016, and, in 2017 new company officers were put in place.
That lawsuit could explain the phone calls.

RD, what's this case about?
Why do you think the dividend is delayed, RD?
Maybe, they sold their shares to help pay for the membership. Lol.
If they wanted to get the share price up, they could do so, simply, by offering a cash dividend, like their sister company.
Sounds like they have other uses for the cash, though.
Well, they did say on or around May 21st, so, we still have some time.
As far as the public or private options, I am happy either way, as long as shareholders benefit, in some way.
RD, do they have to announce the dividend on Finra, first, before we receive it?
Did you receive information from your broker?
You don't believe the 8k?
It's interesting.
I received an email from my broker that my monthly account statement is available and, they noted, they aren't receiving physical stock certificates, yet, because of Covid.
They advised to contact the transfer agent to convert any physical stock certificates to a digital format.
We will see what happens at the end of the week.

The second picture at the top.
"Our Farms...located along the Tibetan and Mongolian plateaus along the Ancient Silk Route...".
Does HERB have a connection to Mongolia?
How could it possibly be worth zero?
One man's trash is another man's Chinese treasures, RD.
If this company can give a large dividend now, there will, probably, be more to follow.
Does 2X139,000=retirement, RD?
RD, what day will we know about the size of the dividend?
I think most people won't believe it until they see it.
Meanwhile, I'm going to continue to accumulate shares.
I'm agree, RD.
Can, definitely, see the value in this company.
Personally, I hope the share price stays depressed, at least for a few more days.
Best part is you can get all that for only $.10.
