Level II Question
I have been watching the level 2 closely the past few days, and NITE and ETRF are always the top on the ask, and almost always the top on the bid. Always small 100 quantity. What is the motive for this?
There is a pattern. Today and tomorrow will suck, it will go up Thursday and Friday. Wash rinse repeat, same thing next week. And again and again and again...
This is how this stock price has and will be as long as manipulation is involved. You can see it quite clearly if you watch the Levell II and NITE bid and ask orders.
I pulled most of my balance awhile ago, but do still swing trade this occasionally because the shorts and manipulation cannot be beat while CVSI is on the OTC market.
I believe this is a strong company and that is the only reason I am willing to trade this stock. If you are truly long and hoping for a jackpot windfall, this may not be the best pick. And if you feel it is, best not to watch it on a daily basis.
Just my 2 cents.
It isn't "Whole Foods" that you all are thinking. Just a similar name.

Fills are taking forever from TD Ameritrade. I put an order in to buy above ask and it took over 15 minutes to go through.
Agree with you, and if (GASP) its rejected the SP will plummet immediately. Which is why I sold the bulk of my shares. I will buy back after the news hits. If its good news I will buy early, bad news and I will wait until the dust settles.
Many posters here are convinced it will go through 100%. That's a dangerous belief at this point. I hope it does...
If NASDAQ was a sure thing, it would be done already. 9 weeks and counting...
Sold most my shares. Tired of waiting for NASDAQ news. Even an a small update would be nice, but not hearing anything in 2 months about it has gotten to be too long for me.
Level 2 shows pending buy and sell orders. Here is a link that explains it better than I can.

Depending on your broker software, access may be included in your account. I have TD Ameritrade so I can use it with mine.
Saw a lot of orders go through 4.83 - 4.85 on the level 2.
How do you figure? If one had a stop loss set he could have held onto profits, and then bought back when low, and profited a second time on the way back up?
I really hope CVSI is not compared to TLRY too much. What is happening with that stock is completely irrational. That bubble will burst and I don't want that hangover dragging CVSI down.
In North Dakota, where I farm also, you currently cannot grow hemp without being in a government approved scientific study. Hopefully that will change. Even so, in the future growing it will be a process because there will be an investment on the farmers for new equipment to harvest it. None of which is cheap. Also rural grain elevators may not purchase it. No use growing something you can't sell.
I'm terribly sorry to hear of your grandson, my heartfelt condolences.
I'm in North Dakota and we coincidentally also run Black Angus. I understand that financial investment. 3 years after our initial investment for our herd we will finally start turning a profit. I can't imagine losing 80% of them to illness. We only have "mommas" and a few bulls.
We grow both soybeans and wheat. Trump is screwing up the soybean trade so we are considering a different crop. That's how I got into researching hemp, and that got me to cbd, and onto cvsi. We would like to give hemp farming a shot but currently in our state you can't grow it without government approval. Farm Bill could fix that.
Mike, I feel for you and hope our faith in this company gets you the financial freedom you so strongly wish for.
This is my main investment also. I don't see it realistically losing value so take comfort in knowing we will reap rewards eventually.
My husband and I are farmers so we are watching that farm bill very closely for both the hemp and everything else involved. We are hoping to transition some of our land from soybeans to hemp if it ever becomes legal and financially feasible.
Have a wonderful weekend and don't stress too much. This is a solid investment and will pay off eventually.
Due to Timothy Sykes swing trading (pumping) it.... not from positive media from the company.
The Q report helped get it attention, just wish they would follow up with more.
I'm in over 10k also. I just hope it starts to produce profits soon or I may reduce to 5k while we wait it out.
I really wish $CVSI would utilize the media more. This is a good company with good products. Seems a lot of cannabis investors don't even know about it.
