Very helpful thank you!
It seems your wholesale numbers are relatively in line with retail website orders but need more info.
Did you get another invoice with the CV Sciences logo on it?
I've figured out how they do it all. Do you mind taking a look at this post?

Thanks so much! Very helpful.
It seems you missed one of the invoices they sent from you. Sometimes these go to spam and hold the most valuable information for tracking.
Can you see this below post and let me know? It explains everything.

There are orders that far back that have the full CV Science invoice info. I have an order from back then that does not have the CV Science invoice so I emailed them at help@pluscbdoil.com since I called and no one picked up and it went to voicemail.
If you could email them that would be awesome.
Awesome thank you! This is really helpful. The older orders are the most important right now since that's how we can compare Quarter v. Quarter. I'm also ordering sporadically to keep testing the invoicing system.
Do you have any that are older?
Great thank you! Is that your first order or do you have previous order info you can provide too?
Now that I've figured out the formatting, just need to collect data at this point.
Awesome thank you! Is that your first order or do you have previous orders you could look up the numbers for as well?
Thank you! You should have received an email, shortly before the 2nd email, with an invoice attached that has the CV Sciences logo. Can you please check your spam?
Here is a description of what you should be receiving and looking for. Very helpful!

UPDATE: Here is how to count CVSI orders daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly.
I've been figuring this out and collecting data to share with the group. I've setup an email address to keep better track as well: cvsitracker@gmail.com - Please email me if you want to help!
- When you order from CVSI website, you get three emails containing three invoices.
- The first and third invoices have the PlusCBD logo and are the same invoice. This has confused the data collecting effort in the past on this board.
- The second invoice has the CV Sciences logo and is a different invoice from the first and third emails/invoices.
For now, all the below numbers are important as I fill out my spreadsheet to gather a good data set. As I collect more, CONSISTENT data I will update the group. A lot of numbers have been passed around the board previously but none of it made sense because people were confusing the various invoices just like I was.
If you do not receive any of the below emails from CVSI when you order, please check your spam.
Please see the below and send me your numbers. Just copy and paste the below and fill in your numbers to me. You can also just email cvsitracker@gmail.com which makes things easier.
Email / Invoice 1:
A few minutes after you complete your order on the CVSI website you get an email and attached is a preliminary invoice.
This invoice has the PlusCBD logo on it.
It is nicely formatted and will say something like the order needs 1-2 days for processing
Invoice #: (Number A) (This is in the email AND on the attached invoice) 293785
Order Number: (Number A-year) (This is ONLY on the attached invoice) 293785-2019
Email / Invoice 2:
A few days after you place your order you will receive this second email that is pretty bare with text that starts with "Dear Sir or Madam," and attached is an invoice. It also has an FDA disclaimer at the bottom of the email.
This invoice has the CV Sciences logo on it.
Date: DATE
Invoice Number: INV-(Number B)
Sales Order Number: (Number C)
Delivery Number: (Number D)
Your Reference: (Number A - matches the two numbers from the first email)
Fulfillment Date: DATE
Customer Number: Don't Need
Email / Invoice 3:
10-120 minutes after receiving Email/Invoice 2, you will receive a third email that is nicely formatted saying that your order is complete and another invoice is attached.
This email contains your UPS tracking number
The attached invoice is the SAME invoice you received in your first email.
Invoice #: (Number A) (This is in the email AND on the attached invoice) 293785
Order Number: (Number A-year) (This is ONLY on the attached invoice) 293785-2019
Is Travis Hansen on this board? If so, Travis, I've been organizing all the various order numbers that come when someone orders from CVIS website.
These numbers consist of the below that come on two separate invoices, spread out by a few days, when someone orders online.
Do you mind emailing me at Travis Hansen cvsitracker@gmail.com?
Just let me know and thank you.
1. When you order you get the below on a PDF:
Order # (Number A)
Invoice # (Number A)
2. Then a few days later they follow up with more information and the below on a new PDF
Sales Order # (Number B)
Reference # (Number A)
Invoice Order # (Number C)
Delivery # (Number C)
Transaction ID (Number D)
Thank you! Have you received anymore information? You should be receiving another invoice that has all of the below:
Sales Order #
Reference #
Invoice Order #
Delivery #
Transaction ID
If you don't know why you are investing in a stock, and you are relying on others on this board for information - you are screwed. Anyone who gets their information on a message board is going to lose money.
This is regular behavior or a stock on the OTC (or most smaller companies no matter where they are listed).
When it is quiet and volume is low, the price drops and manipulators take over.
If you believe in the company and think performance in the future will be good, just ignore these volatile quiet periods.
Rule #1 (lived in London finance for years): If it sounds too good to be true, or sounds too easy, it is not and you should ignore it.
I worked 4 jobs one summer back during college to make $35,000 so I could invest next semester and get rich. I lost it all in a couple of months in an OTC stock that was a big scam. That was my lesson.
If you feel unsafe investing your money, what I did was just pare back my investments and learned from experience and watching the markets, reading and more.
Then you probably shouldn't be investing any money in the stock market nor OTC equities. If you don't know the reason you invest, you are probably going to lose all your money.
Agree with you.
This is all known information. As a long investor with investments in equities, direct businesses (majorities) and more, this information does not concern me.
Even if they do not get uplisted this time, it'll come. If someone is short-sighted and a day-trader pretending they make gobs of money from it and are rich, then sure it may give someone something to consider.
Wealthy people invest, "rich" people day-trade and put it all on social media.
What would induce any new panic and why would today be a test for our nerves as long shareholders?
Perfect, thank you. This is good. Finally have a template in place. A lot of numbers flying around when you order a CVSI product. I understand why, still a lot to round up.
Thanks! This matches up. This is your 2nd piece of information from them for that 12/28 specific order, right? This looks like the invoice they send you a couple days after you ordered online.
And did the first order info that you received immediately after you placed your oder had an Order # and an Invoice # that was 181,270?
Here is how CVSI invoices work. Can you all send me the below info as you get it? Now that I've deduced all the different numbers we get when we order, now it's time to start collecting data to start predicting sales averages per day/week/month and post here on the board. For it to work, I need all the below numbers. Will share the new spreadsheet soon.
There are quite a bit of numbers but I THINK I've got this figured out now.
1. When you order you get the below on a PDF:
Order # (Number A)
Invoice # (Number A)
2. Then a few days later they follow up with more information and the below on a new PDF
Sales Order # (Number B)
Reference # (Number A)
Invoice Order # (Number C)
Delivery # (Number C)
Transaction ID (Number D)
Someone needs to write an article titled: CV Sciences hires Constellation Brands' Ballast Point CFO
Absolutely my thought too. The conference organizers and a lot of people wouldn't be wasting their time on some silly OTC company unless:
1. They held the company in good esteem
2. Likelihood of uplisting seemed pretty good
3. Big hunger for investment opportunity in this sector.
I'm hoping for one more drop before (hopefully) uplisting news.
Thanks! Is this correct?
Your ordered on Sunday 12/30/18.
What was your invoice number in the PDF they emailed you shortly after you ordered?
Is Invoice #199640 on the paper invoice you got when you received your order today on 1/3/19?\
What was your reference number?
What was the order and reference number?
252439 was your order number right? What was your invoice number and reference number? I'm compiling all of this and share with the group every week or so.
Who has invoice numbers? Can everyone reply with their invoice number and date of the invoice?
Include order info etc. as well.
I'm keeping track of average sales per day and occassionally publish them here to inform everyone.
Who's interested in a conf. call to discuss order/invoice numbers?
I certainly am.
1. We can create a shared Google document to keep track of all invoices and numbers to create a more organized way to keep track of all of this.
2. We can place consecutive orders, while on the conference call, to test order v. invoice numbers
3. We can keep a running total
4. This would help us make much more informed decisions on buying and selling of stock
5. We could do a monthly conf. call to discuss.
That is 3,700 orders/day since 12/12.
If these numbers are true, this Q4 2018 should be 7x-10x larger revenue than Q2 2018.
I almost don't believe it because that many orders would be too good to be true.
3,300 orders/day since 12/12. Here is the breakdown:
Was there THAT much volume due to Christmas? Quite possibly. They probably spent some cash to heavily advertise too. This is a HUGE month!
On 12/12/18 at 9am lester12483 had order number 143271.
On 12/28/18 (today) at 3:30pm user Hmmmmmm had order #195524 .
That's 15.5 days.

This is NOT a news article! It is a PRESS RELEASE by the company itself, Instadose. The full text of this news release is written by Instadose. Some news outlets simply republish press releases because it is free content for them.
Do NOT confuse this for actual news reporting. It is a promotion by the company, written by the company.
If it sounds too good to be true, it is. There are so many red flags from this that it clearly isn't worth taking seriously. Give me a break.
There is nothing the company can do, from an IR/PR perspective that will stop the manipulation as long as the stock is on the OTC.
The best thing the company can do is keep their revenue increasing and continue consistent IR/PR when it is WORTHY news.
If the company performs, everything else will take care of itself.
FDA calls CBD products 'still illegal' after Farm Bill passage
https://www.apnews.com/68a5b1d3181e44d180382b273f6187c4
SEATTLE (AP) — The hemp industry still has work ahead to win legal status for hemp-derived cannabidiol, or CBD oil, as an ingredient in food or dietary supplements despite the big farm bill President Donald Trump signed this week designating hemp as an agricultural crop.
CBD oils have become increasingly popular in lotions, tinctures and foods, but their legal status has been murky and the Food and Drug Administration has sent warning letters to some companies making health claims for CBD.
In a statement following Thursday’s bill signing in Washington, FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb restated his agency’s stance that CBD is a drug ingredient and therefore illegal to add to food or health products without approval from his agency.
“Selling unapproved products with unsubstantiated therapeutic claims is not only a violation of the law, but also can put patients at risk, as these products have not been proven to be safe or effective,” Gottlieb wrote.
CBD is a non-psychoactive compound found in hemp, a version of the cannabis plant that is low in THC, the part of cannabis that gives pot its high.
An FDA-approved drug for the treatment of seizures, Epidiolex, contains cannabis-derived CBD. GW Pharmaceuticals’ syrup became the first prescription drug derived from the cannabis plant in June.
The FDA statement also specified parts of hemp that are safe as food ingredients, but the CBD stance disappointed advocates. Courtney Moran, a lobbyist for Oregon hemp farmers, said she plans to work with U.S. Sen. Ron Wyden, an Oregon Democrat, to nudge the FDA toward greater acceptance of CBD.
“We do hope the FDA does clear a pathway for these products that have already hit store shelves and are out in the marketplace,” Moran said. She said it’s an “opportunity for industry to educate the FDA.”
The FDA statement said three ingredients derived from hemp — hulled hemp seeds, hemp seed protein and hemp seed oil — are safe as foods and won’t require additional approvals, as long as marketers do not make claims that they treat disease.
Hemp, like marijuana, already was legal in some states before Trump signed the farm bill. But now hemp farmers will be able to buy crop insurance, apply for loans and grants, and write off their business expenses on their taxes like any other farmer.

Don't count on it. Gap up has been said so many times on this board and the fact that this stock is on OTC means it may not. This stock is manipulated b/c it's on the OTC.
Why the hell does everyone think NASDAQ is magically going to happen one day after the bill signing? It's not as if NASDAQ told them "Hey the day after it signs you are approved." There will be other things to do for uplisting after the bill passes. IF NASDAQ approves them.
