When it gets to $15, do you think it will do a forward split to undo the damage? [rhetorical]
This CEO is notorious for over promising and under-delivering. The PR was probably the video he released of himself. Keep in mind the Integration with MS Outlook was promised in Nov./Dec. and accomplished in July.
Amid the myriad of other promises that simple got swept under the carpet. He should run for public office next.
You'd think the "Integration" with MS Outlook would be a material event and a filing would ensue.
Something going on after hours....
Keep in mind that if you are an Outlook user, you have to first know VerbMAIL, exists, then go find, download, and install the plug-in, before you can use it. So 99.99999% of all Billion Outlook users will be unaware of the option until either it gets massive promotion, or MS decides to add it automatically in a product update package. Or they start receiving lots of VerbMAIL emails.
Let's hope the PRs are pushed by MS as well as Verb.
Any guesses on the next Q FINs?
Based on stated objectives and denoted uptick in customers, it should finally be moving in the right direction, I'd guess.
Yeah I saw that too, clearly Billion was a typo, supposed to be Million.
Copies of that text showed up on a couple other sites too.
He meant Mid JULY, correct?
Volume down by over 75%, interesting....
He says $1.94 way too low, one to watch, so $1.74 even more, per this stock analyst. He thinks its going to $10-$15
I'd say don't hold your breath, but 90M trades says otherwise
Makes you wonder if tomorrow will be more interesting or back to 1M/day vol.
I would guess it will attract more attention tomorrow
Similar has happened before without coming anywhere near almost 80M trades
I think more traded today than the market cap last week
Another Financing in the works?
You Are RIGHT!
It Has Not Launched. But was supposed to by MID June. The MID June ship has left the dock, following all the other ships that left waiting for promised deliverables. Name ONE time Rory has delivered a promise on time and as described, well other than receiving his bonuses on time. It just doesn't happen. Going to NASDAQ has certainly broadened the audience of awareness to that story.
Every time I look at this I wonder how much it cost investors to sit there and collect virtually no revenue. Millions for sure.

People said 2 years to go 3 years ago
They also have been saying next quarter is the big one or EoY is the big one every Fin cycle. It's always just around the corner with VERB. It's like a reciprocal parallel to the boy who cried wolf. It'd be great if they started behaving and producing like a NASDAQ company.

No one seems to know, but it's not in the app store yet, and the banner is not on Verb's main page in the upper right corner where it was, last I looked. I do see the app store logo at the bottom of the page
I'm not stating insider trading, but someone knows something most of the rest of us don't, it's happened too many times.
It is really suspicious that it will sit for days with a few hundred thousand traded, then suddenly jump into the millions on no news, then back again.
In the case of Paylocity, it seems they might have taken a competitor off the market for Verb, not sure.
My only concern on a buyout is how it will hit longs, yes the stock price would likely jump, but not typically the 10x needed, for so many longs, just to break even. Better would be if Rory just delivered on the time line promised, and the results exceeded expectations occasionally. Every time he has touted success, the FINs come out and the enthusiasm is exposed as optimistic liberty. The latest claims of new clients come with many estimates (by outsiders) of their value to Verb, but not once have lived up to those expectations. All it would take is meeting expectations one time for this to gain real traction. Instead of saying simply 40 new customs, maybe include, "netting an extra $5M a month", and that's the rocket fuel promised. Of course you have to actually be netting the stated amount by quarter's end... The endless string of missed delivery dates, that align with real market windows of opportunity, is getting old. At some point 5h1+ or get off the pot.

Interesting comparison
Still waiting on those daytime whales or do we need Chad back to get the price above $2. NASDAQ $14,192, .... breaking records, while Verb drifts down, I guess it's a VERB buyer's market.
NASDAQ at all time highs, the money is out there, about time for Verb to make a mark.
With the volume down so much, the odds improve
Interesting, smartscore in TDA (powered by Ti Ranks) was at 1 a month ago, a couple weeks ago it went up to 2, today it is up again to 3, so somebody is becoming more optimistic for this stock.
NASDAQ up $130, VERB "WhaSup?"
Man every time this goes up $0.02 cents the selling rolls in
I was just doing some DD on them again this morning and checked this again. Latest release date was interesting

Sure would enjoy seeing VerbMail added to:
Infopédia - Dicionário da Língua Portuguesa
Automated Feedback by FeedbackFruits
and the PR shortly
Counting how many products a company offers really isn't as important as counting how many gain wide spread adoption. 10000 non sellers, is nothing but cost load. So we wait and see.

So why is it still not in the app store??
