I’m all in 174,912 shares with my average being $12.69.
I’m back in. Sold all my position before over 30. It’s just getting too cheap and the long-term prospect. There’s an amazing buy at this price.
I’ve been loading up between the dollar and $1.10.
Just bought in today I like what I'm seeing
they're going into production there's no doubt about that.
just bought in and aftermarketlet's see what tomorrow brings looks like it wants to go higher.
10 consecutive days.
that's exactly right it was a need for further raises and the story is, we ain't done yet!
2002 and 2010
Then I talked to the guy from Ameritrade yeah and he gave me a full rundown of they're doing over there . Be surprised it's too much manipulation, certainly illegal and I didn't want to be involved with it
I want you to think about it this way protector, they have all the information on your buying selling how much pain you can take how long you stay in the trade how much money you got in the list is endless. Then, let's say you're an excellent trader, they actually put somebody following your trades to trade against you.
I know this to be a fact as I was followed and when the person that was trading against me didn't want to take a big loss actually sold my shares.
The stock was macromedia and I was working as a consultant for a company that was involved in streaming. I I felt earnings were going to be good so I bought 10,000 shares at the close waiting for earnings to come out. They were supposed to report right after the Bell. But for some reason it was running late and I got a little nervous as I had almost 350 Grand in the trade. So I put in the order to sell 5000. After 2 minutes they didn't report and I said to hell with it cancel the order. I got confirmation that the order was canceled and no shares sold.
Earnings came out about 20 minutes later and they blew out the quarter, so I said I'll sell 5,000 and save 5,000 for the morning the next day.
The next day I went to sell the $5,000 and they weren't in my account they commented they've been sold the day before and it took me about 3 hours with the confirmations everything to get my shares back.
The other incident was I made 12 consecutive winning trades in a row and the people from Ameritrade called me up and asked me to go to work for them.
No it's not, Avid is a great little company that will continue to grow and grow.
I believe the problem you're speaking of is the manipulation of share price.
This is being done by the brokers hft with Short selling , the driver.
This is done by the brokerage houses holding all the information and then selling shares from allegedly their inventory. The problem is they don't have them shares creating a massive float at times. And when the buying pressure lets off they buy and sell to themselves at lower and lower prices. So effectively they can put this share price wherever they want regardless of supply and demand and that's what's been happening everywhere. It's relentless and until the market turns around it will continue.
I've been buying and selling stocks for over 50 years and I can't seem to make a trade that wins.
What happened is the stocks share price is raised in the morning to high levels and then consistently moves downward for the rest of the day.
So I said hell with this, I'll just short but it seems my three brokerage houses won't let me show it these particular stocks. How convenient.
But don't get discouraged eventually the share price will always come back to match the company fundamentals.
You can't be done on our time but has to be done when they're ready!
I suggest you take your medication. You won't see 11 ever again!
Elevator up.
Adjusted EBITDA totaled $(21.2) million in the second quarter of fiscal 2022, compared to Adjusted EBITDA of $(11.3) million in the second quarter of fiscal 2021. Please see the discussion of non-GAAP financial measures, including Adjusted EBITDA, in the appendix at the end of this release.
The net loss per share attributable to common stockholders in the second quarter of fiscal 2022 was $(0.08), compared to $(0.06) in the second quarter of fiscal 2021. The higher net loss per common share is primarily due to the higher net loss attributable to common stockholders, partially offset by the higher number of weighted average shares outstanding due to share issuances since April 30, 2021.

That was kind of confusing to me too has all that money in the bank should be sufficient to carry them into next year.
Maybe you have a new project coming in that will be Capital intensive. We got no notice of that on the conference call
Kind of funny you say that because I did the same thing with options just a few hundred dollars. Which ones did you buy? I bought the 250 calls just a week away. 11 cents
Secured historic investments in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law – $7.5 billion for EV charging infrastructure and more than $7 billion for the critical minerals supply chains necessary for batteries, components, materials, and recycling.
United automakers and autoworkers around an ambitious target for 50% of new vehicles sold in 2030 to be electric.
Triggered a string of investment commitments of over $100 billion from private companies to make more EVs and their parts in America, create jobs for our autoworkers, and strengthen our domestic supply chains.
We are right here. The clock is going much higher and I'm gonna pump it big time. Get ready Because It's going much higher Thank you.
I went ahead and bought a couple thousand shares today and I really don't know why.
I came in today at 93 cents. To me it seems we should get a little run as we passed the moving averages.
Bought 50,000 today and was going to buy 100,000 but I'm going to save the other 50k to buy in case it goes down. I bought these under $0.11 and my next buy will be below 10 cents if it comes to pass. Phold 10 cents I'm selling anything below 9....
Finally got what we needed. This was all set and stone when the merger occurred, double of revenue and the merger will produce lower cost.
Not only that, a much better product selection. Win win all across the board.
Capital structure works for me
CREX should continue to go up from here on out.
I sold all my cdmo over 30. I've been loading up here from six down to the threes. 3 to 30 was a hell of a gain on cdmo.
There's no doubt we can do the same thing here. Everything is just been put in place to substantially increase margins. We are now selling squalene for $2500 a kilo instead of 50 bucks a kilo. The margin problem is over and we're ahead of schedule and production of several new products. The quality of the products is excellent all that is needed now is to build the brands. That's not going to be difficult because of the quality of the merchandise.
I see clear sailing and at least 38 million shorts that should cover. The rise should be consistent.
I'd say 60 to 90 days to 10.
About time they started doing something. A $10 million deal is mighty large for a small company like this with almost no shares on the OS. A PE is certain to come soon and this stock should be going to double digits. It might take some time but it's well worth the wait.
Let me spell it out for you, it's a whole lot wore than you can imagine. I"ve been trading for over 40 years, over 20 online. Usually I worked with better than 1/2 mil which they would let me leverage 10 times. The major traders, they profile you and take positions against you. There's actually a person sitting at a desk watching your every move.
One major trick is to put shares in your account that they don't buy on the open market. Highly difficult for a stock to move up when there's no buying activity. they buy you shares back when yo decide to dump it. They are watching L3 and provide the institutional trades. Rigged game.
The North America electric vehicles market size was valued at USD 12.80 billion in 2020 and is expected to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 37.2% from 2021 to 2028. Favorable government initiatives, subsidies, and tax rebate programs to promote EV adoption will drive market growth. Additionally, several advantages of electric vehicles over conventional vehicles in terms of cost will also favor market growth over the forecast period. A decline in battery pack prices is also another factor expected to create significant growth opportunities for players operating in the market. According to a research paper published by the international council on clean transportation, battery pack prices in the U.S. are expected to drop from USD 11,500 in 2018 to USD 8,000 in 2025.

I see that I'm not the only one noticing that! I'm still looking at this stock hard but I want to see some revenue growth and margins.
Large position already and I'm going to add tomorrow morning has this great news cannot have the stock going down. It's all bs with algorithms and collecting shares to save their ass. It cannot last, push will come to shove and shove will come to higher prices and this stock is going to 100 no doubt.
She will soon blow between now and the first two weeks of January she's going to blow hard and fast 20-25 dollars no doubt.
I came in today with 10,000 shares. The Q is is a pain with all the financing and agreements associated with the reverse merger.
They should have done eight to one or 10 to one with the reverse split I believe.
I wouldn't touch you if they didn't have decent revenues for the size of the company. Supposedly supposed to go down to 30 or 40 employees instead of over 100.
Obviously a few people like it with the volume we're trading.
Good luck to all!
$Pioneer Pwr Soln? I've been adding every day 500 to 1000 shares. I'm playing this long and holding my position. I want to end up with about 20-25,000. the float is so low and then they're short which will eventually have to cover. they're running the ATM but that's above 10. all last quarter I believe they ran about a $800,000 shares on the ATM to give them about $8 million cash. I suppose they'll run the ATM for about another 5 to 10 million which will give them the necessary capital to build an inventory. I suppose that if it's already happened on that 140 million shared day. according to the conference call and I listen to it twice their shift in the focus of the business to EV related products. into the first quarter 2022 they're supposed to unveil some more products for the EV industry. what's not to like here? poor participation by institutional investors, revenues are increasing but margins need to increase.
all in all this is a great long-term play with the EV industry at almost an exponential growth curve. it's a product in the EB industry get any traction at all this stock is going into the hundreds.
remember this company has been built mostly on acquisition and the CEO says he would like to buy some more companies so let's see what he does. what is impressive is he's kept the share structure confined to a most reasonable number and that'll start the show and share price shortly.?
The more I look at this stock the more I think it's a buy and hold. You know they've even paid dividends.
They are running the ATM but it's not for much, in 10 minutes worth of volume could cover it. Now I don't know who these idiots are that are shorting the stock but they could get themselves into a hell of a bad position.

Me too I paid 8 42 and upon doing some DD I'm going to add a couple thousand tomorrow I'm looking forward to a short squeeze and continuing earnings growth.
I bought 5,000 and I'm going to add another 5,000 shares. This company just doubled the sales with the acquisition merger and the businesses compliment each other. What does that mean?
It means I got more products to sell and the merger should demonstrate a significant cost savings.
I see this stock heading north with a PE Q2 2022.
I still have a lot of work to do on the merger but at this point I think the stocks going to double digits.

Cash Position: Cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash were $175.3 million as of September 30, 2021, compared to $55.4 million as of December 31, 2020. -- R&D Expenses: Research and development expenses for the third quarter of 2021 were $5.0 million compared to $10.2 million for the same period in 2020. The decrease of $5.2 million was primarily due to lower costs associated with technology transfer and manufacturing ($6.3 million), partially offset by increased license fees related to a milestone payment to the University of Zurich triggered by the completion of the BLA review by the FDA ($0.5 million), regulatory fees triggered by withdrawal of the Company's MAA to the EMA for Vysyneum ($0.3 million), and regulatory consultant fees ($0.2 million). -- G&A Expenses: General and administrative expenses for the third quarter of 2021 were $8.7 million compared to $4.1 million for the same period in 2020. The increase of $4.6 million was due to increases in sales and marketing expense for Vicineum pre-commercial launch planning ($2.4 million), employee-related compensation driven by increased headcount as part of the commercial build ($1.3 million), and professional fees for accounting services ($0.2 million). The majority of these expenses were incurred prior to receipt of the CRL in August 2021. Additionally, an increase in legal fees
