Now does the judge make a ruling from this or does the defendant get 6 months to file something else?? 6 months is just a made up number. Hoping it’s more like 7 days

Which for some reason is tied to all their different litigations/suits out there. So are we waiting for them all to be completely finalized, awards received, etc etc. because that’s got about another 5 years the way litigation and appeals go in this country. Companies have ongoing litigation and still trade. Financials are done, let’s move!!

Just constantly more and more and more litigation supposedly needing to be handled.. you handle that while trading and growing your business.

Anyone have an update? Quite frustrating they haven’t pushed this forward yet!
