Erpy,
Agreed -that is why I am invested in VFF - actual earnings. (Same with TRUL.) But I don't think PE valuation is going support SP for a while until sentiment turns.
.18 x 4 is .72 (not .82), and I wouldn't be surprised if it goes below $7 due to sector BS.
I am hoping for earnings in the .20 range to differentiate VFF.
Lets grow...
I'm curious - how much future value of VFF is ascribed to hemp in Texas or elsewhere? Could this have something to do with the recent SP hit? CBD getting slammed
TA folks - will we test $1.55 right away? And what are next levels?
Dowling is a pharma guy not a CPG guy which showed the last few quarters with the retail drop and lack of strategy. I like the drug trials starting in next 6 months. I like your theory but do think tomorrow will start down 20% for sure.
12.6 mil? Troubling.
That is where I am too. Just north of 18 and hoping for 19+
Thanks again Space Lady and the other regulars on this board. I hope KentuckyMike and Deetew are closer to the number, but I fear that this will be the third or fourth straight pool that confirms that our average (19.8mil) is above the actual. In general sentiment here is too high. Thank god for Chilling and his viking hats and keeping us cynical and choppy.
I'm not expecting the great store count increase to boost rev too significantly, but I am really hoping to hear about aggressive on-line expansion and increase. We were lacking there and that can be changed to the better within a quarter.
(I'm also wondering in what form BKK will reemerge as after these earnings. I am sure we can expect the Vandy, Iblow, and BKK interpretation tonight and tomorrow.)
Lets go CVSI - surprise me with a $20 something number...
I thought we had a protected extraction process, which combined with independently researched and peer reviewed published GRAS will not be valid for anyone except CVSI. I think I clarified this with IR last year. Memory may be faulty..
IR told me in email last night they would announce earnings release date today. Will be nice to have that date out there for people to rally around. Thanks for all the notes and DD on the offering this week Snap and others. I agree, we may hear some exciting news on earnings call or soon with the way they are positioning themselves.
So it seems that 17 mil transaction will be extra cash for TRUL in this quarter. Meanwhile we will pay the lease of 1.87 mil per year back to IIP. That seems like a good deal to me.
This graph looks really good for VFF and Pure Sun Farms https://twitter.com/Harpua29/status/1186339698005958656
SpaceLady,
Put me down for 18,518,518.
Thanks for carrying on this mini-tradition :)
Thanks, as always Sleuth - that could be a good catalyst.
(I haven't been on here in a while because work and fam have been crazed, but when I come back, I just scan for the Sleuth diamonds in among the SpotonSpam...)
Love it. Let’s help change the tide to profitable MJ companies Apha
Do you have a link to VFF bought deal?
Blazing start ... I think 50% of the reason I like investing in weed is for the puns. (And great news on the signature drive. At this rate they will be at a million signatures by summer 2020).
Great- hope it helps draw institutional money
MJ and CBD reversal underway?
MJ and CBD reversal underway? Let’s hope for a great run this quarter.
Trulieve is the leader: https://investmentu.com/top-10-pot-stocks-adjusted-operating-income/
Yes - its a good tradition.
Weed and CBD stocks with best operating income: CVSI #8 https://investmentu.com/top-10-pot-stocks-adjusted-operating-income/
That chart essentially is 80% of my portfolio in weed (TCNNF and VFF at top) with some hugely undervalued CVSI and undervalued niche TGODF
ROGJR (respected poster here) posted message 5695 on Sept 17 and looks like there was about 900,000 shares sold by insiders on Sept 11. And - from memory only- I think I remember reading that these three sellers left the company and were free to sell therefore. https://m.canadianinsider.com/company?ticker=TRUL
Anyone feel free to correct my faulty memory. Hope it helps
Rigorous I think those were former insiders who left or were released and then sold right?
I hope this all becomes a good story I can tell my grandkids one day as we are all sitting around sipping our PlusCBD coffees.
Rigorous: I am also in both and have been trying to think through the competing models as well. CURA, HRVSF, and others going for the "biggest of all time crown" right out of the gate. That has worked well and had some pitfalls for the big three in CA. I see how that can attract big attention and players, but also dilution, many more operational challenges and risks, an exponentially increasing regulators environment and more. Not to mention, what is the scale of the market and their market share in the 8-10 next states - probably not close to potential of FL and MA combined. *If* cura executes and shows profit close to its guidance next year, that would be impressive, but I appreciate TRUL opportunity to have MA, CA, maybe GA come on line next year as well as FL recreational all while having 1/20th of shares and profitable.
I think the ACB statement of a US CBD acquisition drove yesterday.
"Aurora (ACB) plans to aggressively pursue the United States cannabis market with an acquisition in the hemp-derived CBD space as its likely first big play.
"We expect to have a significant footprint in the US in the coming quarters," Aurora chairman Michael Singer told CNN Business on Thursday."

And now lets get some volume too...
Ah...9's again. Cheap paper sale has subsided? Well deserved (at least) for this great company. Lets keep building the mo Trulievers...
Mx10001 - I did the same thing - bought my first options with Oct 7.50 calls APHA a few weeks ago and have Jan 10 calls as well. Good luck to us both. FYI I tried VFF calls too.
What is the context for this hearing on 007. Patent approval?
Yes this feels like the Dec flush where stronger hands bought many companies in December and sold them off in March and April for 100 to 150% gains. The flush may continue through this week still. The difference that the few really good companies with positive earnings have two or three more quarters of profitability revenue growth and development - like CVSI.
Follow SNapBack here - he’s the sharpest poster here along with a few others who always post well reasoned analysis.
Chess - TRUL is more focused and disciplined than CURA Great execution. I see you on VFF and would say they are more like that in profitability and focus than CURA. Crushing CURA in FL too.
Is it possible to get new APHA license for their new facility tomorrow?
Then sell. Let’s see.
I have some money ready in case I am wrong and it gets into low 7s...
Hope it’s all in remission now, Fast
