Care to provide proof of that or are you passing your opinion as a fact?
Please correct me if I am wrong, but I thought the original sale of the stake in the Louisiana operation was 8 million. Am I thinking of something else or did they renegotiate?
Have they renamed Asus computers yet? Also a greek derived brand name. Literally one letter away from Anus. Highly respected brand name because of their reliability and high performance products.
I sure won't. It's par for the course as far as medical device names go in my opinion. Maybe if they named it 'Paenis" and said it represents their technologies protruding arm, then I would agree. But you have to be really reaching to think Enos could be easily mistaken for anus, or that it will detrimentally affect sales.
As far as I'm aware its pronounced EE-No-s, The E and the O are both hard similar to the word Ethos, another greek word. That doesn't register as anus in my ears. But more so, I don't think the medical community is going to care even if it did sound somewhat similar to anus. They don't care about the name, they just care about what it can do. The demographic Titan is trying to market this medical device to isn't midwestern housewives who are going to get up in a tiff about a name brand.
They did say why they chose Enos in the PR announcement disclosing the rebranding. They said it's greek meaning "of one" which represents their single port technology. I think it's an acceptable name.
I'm glad to see they got rid of the "Does this sh*t work" tagline. Never seemed like a professional approach to the Plus CBD line. On the other hand, maybe that line would be appropriate to use with Happy Lane.
Still long as well. In my opinion we're at the bottom of the hill right now. Theres a lack of interest sector wide, but I think the right catalysts will send us skyrocketing upwards again.
What's this about Raiders tickets? Did I miss some news mentioned earlier on the board or is this just wild speculation?
I'm not sure how to feel about the new brand name, however I really like that new packaging. Very distinct and clean looking.
In the 3 years I've been in CVSI, post earnings seemed to almost always lead to a drop in pps, regardless of how well CVSI did. My guess is we will run up before earnings, then they will drop after as per usual. That said, i'm not willing to take a risk and sell into the rise just to get a few cheaper shares. I think this stock will take off again when we least expect it. I'm holding tight for now.
Where are you getting that number from? Are you saying for the quarter ending Decmeber 31st or Septempter 30th?
I would agree with that. For lack of a better term it seems like a "dick" move. But that's why I'm curious if this is normal across the board. Have other companies announced delays ahead of time? Or do they usually only announce a delay immediately preceeding?
Is it standard for a company to announce a delay at the moment of the original schedule? Or is that considered last minute and a surprise? Its only a week so it doesnt seem to be too off putting to me but I'm curious what every else's take is.
Lol, the hair was my first reaction too. Bit of a shock to the system. Logo seems fine.
I've been in since .45. Bought more on the way up and sold a little around 5.75 but only a small portion. It hurts being down here again but I'm in it for the long haul.
Even crazier is that 52 weeks before that, it was at this same level.
Alright now that you mention it I'm looking at CW on both Etrade and Ihub and both have different answers for sharea outstanding. IHub states 22 million. Etrade states 55 million. Where are you seeing 95 mil?
Not to disagree with your points or anything, I just thought it was worth clarifying for accuracy sake.
CW used to be maybe, but right now their cap is around 190 mil unless I'm mistaken
The way Dowling addressed it on the last quarter's conference call, it seems like they are anticipating Q4 sales to be roughly on par with Q3. I have to check the transcript again to make sure.
Were they officially turned down by the DEA? Was someone else selected? How do you know that venture has failed?
"Our first patent-pending product candidate"
It clearly says pending. Pending means they are attempting to obtain but do not yet have.
Where is the problem here?
It looks like its mainly due to online sales. CW has derived more of its sales from Online Sales the past few quarters while CVSI does a majority of its sales in retail stores. While both companies sales in retail stores appear to have taken a hit, that hit impacts cvsi more as that's where they were already selling the most products. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the q3 results show that CVSI's only sales actually increased this past quarter.
So you're saying youre pulling all of your funds out of CVSI and leaving the board then obviously. Is that correct?
I'm of basically the same opinion, I'm expecting a dip post earnings. Even if the earnings exceed expectations, anyone who has been in CVSI long enough has seen that the recent trend the past few quarters is for the SP to suffer after earnings are reported. It's just the nature of being on OTC. That said I'm certainly not concerned about CVSI in the long run. I think its going to take FDA clarification, passage of the SAFE Banking Act, and uplisting to NASDAQ to get to the point where the SP is sanely reflected by earnings and potential, but in my opinion all of those are just a matter of time. Just be prepared to wait a bit longer.
I havent heard or seen anything regarding this merger you speak of. Care to provide a link?
What word is that? I don't see any releases.
I'm always happy to see positive construtive posts, however posting the same comment multiple times in a short timeframe just makes readers see an obvious pump. I would rather people have intelligent discussions, which I feel like is hindered from too many posts from one person.
My guess is 20,042,069 for Q3.
Why are still following the company then if you aren't interested?
Its amazing the shit people can say on here as long as they keep it just a tiny bit vague and can say "IT WAS JUST AN OPINION" once people inevitable call them on the lie. And you can be sure they wont produce source when they make radical claims.
I'll admit for some reason I do like the sleek design of CWs boxs, but damn if I don't love seeing them partially obscured by tags of top shelf +CBD even more.
People generally listen to others who present sources and facts and give their opinion/dissent in a respectful manner. Anyone who comes to a board and talks down to the investors and constantly insults the company we have all chosen to invest is not going to be taken seriously.
Well there was an appeal filed, so that poof might be part of a vanishing act. Just waiting for the prestige now.
I think to many that patent was the "moonshot" factor. They weren't looking for a place to invest their money long term. They wanted to be along for the ride if it went through. The second that hope faded they bolted. The rest of us are willing to ride out the dips and see it through. Just my opinion.
Or does he mean the March before that when this stock was at 50-70 cents per share?
He can bash and take a negative outlook all he wants. However, if he is stating there have been disciplinary actions that don't exist, that is an issue.
Also can you post a link to this "adverse auditor opinion"?
What are the disciplinary actions that CVSI has incurred within the past year? I'm aware of none.
