This may be what you are looking for, or at least a hint in the right direction.
I found Mark Miller, the one who worked for Barrick Gold Corporation on LinkedIn and it says he graduated from University of Minnesota. Now look at the legal docs, and what does it say as his place of residency? Minnesota.
Not bad, right?!
https://www.linkedin.com/in/millermd
The good news is that this Mark Miller had an incredible resume of experiences working with various TOP mining companies including 10 years with Barrick Gold Corporation (Ticker: GOLD) a mining company that produces gold and copper with 16 operating sites in 13 countries!!
Folks, I believe this will only get BETTER from here.
Now that Friday's OTC sell-off is done. We can get back on track with this great solar momentum stock. Looking forward to a GREEN week ahead.
MMEX article just released:
https://marketglobalist.com/2021/02/12/mmex-resources-mmex-is-it-a-penny-stock-with-great-potential/
Just got in....excited about this....this could reach long anticipated new highs...
Any opinions on whether this is a good time to get in?
Saw the PR, but need more insight from an experienced investor.
Had been in this stock before after it ran up to about .10, but the hype proved to be misleading....the PPS then tanked and I sold taking a loss.
I would be glad to make some of my money back. Are we expecting a gap up this week based on the news? I've checked other message boards, and one would think there would be considerable hype surrounding recent news....but I have found little if any discussion.
Is the general public now just ignoring this company?
Need some advice.....

Excerpt:
The G-8 countries — the U.S., Japan, Germany, Britain, France, Italy, Canada and Russia — pledged to follow through on commitments made earlier to increase global economic aid to Africa by $50 billion from the 2005 level by 2010, with half of it to go to Africa. Bush had complained that G-8 partners were not living up to a pledge they originally made at the 2006 summit in Gleneagles, Scotland......And summit partners heeded Bush's plea to do more to help fight AIDS, malaria and infectious childhood diseases, particularly in Africa.
Second hand info:
The only news I have it that MMTV just received a credit line of about a million dollars. That tells me that they are not planning on bankrupting the company. anytime soon
What I also heard is that the "buyout" deal is still a possibility, meaning its not off the table, (yet its not moving forward either).
So take the info for what it is.....
I decided that putting any more into this company is like buying a lottery ticket. I just bought another 100,000 shares yesterday for a little over $100. I figure that if the company does nothing, its money lost. But if there is a buy-out, I'll be ahead of the game BIG TIME. And I managed to average down nicely....
I also admit that I am as frustrated as most on this board. Its been 2 years since I've heard of a possible buy-out. But the management still think its possible, and even went as far as borrowing more credit....
Make your own decisions.... I'm just sharing second hand info...
I have asked my contacts if this company is a "sinking ship" and if I should just consider it a loss at this point....From what I have gathered from them, I should just be patient. Apparently there is something in the works again in terms of negotiations. I do not have the details, except that the lawyers are reviewing it. I'm not allowed to know/give any details, except that it should DEFINITELY help raise the PPS significantly! The info is from others that have ALOT more money than I do invested in this, and they seem NOT to be concerned..... The projected timeline is consistent - this Spring. I do not want to pump this stock or give any false info. This is all just second hand info. from other large shareholders. Take it for what it is... I have personally decided to buy more shares at the end of this week, or beginning of next (as soon as my money frees up) to at least average down, or at best to score big when (if) this POPS up. I will try to inform the board as soon as something more substantial comes forth, or at least request from Mgmt that a PR is given.... Unfortunately, I bought into this when it was over a dollar per share, and have been averaging down since... What is interesting is that when traveling to Asia this last summer, many of the medical offices have a similar concept that this company is trying to market in the USA: they have videos playing in the waiting rooms that give the patients informative advice on health related concerns. It seems to be a standard in some of the more modern countries in Asia like Japan and Korea....its just a matter of time before the idea spreads all over the US. But perhaps it will take a LARGER pre-existing company to take it over and give it the success it deserves....who knows? Lets just be patient....
Yes. The buy out offer was definitely more than 10 cents, that is why i feel confident that we should be ok.....however, i still believe, as does my friend, that the company SHOULD have taken the offer when they had it which would have not necessarily put them in a profit margin, but would have got them completely out of debt. I assume that the company wants to risk waiting longer, investing more into their new operations, and to take an offer that would be larger down the line.
For now, there is little we can do but wait until at least this Spring/Summer.
I just hope the company knows what they are doing. All of this seems risky....but who knows? At this point I also need around 10 cents a share to break even.
All i can say is at least we are not going into Subpenny land.
Second, is I am not completely hopeless....my sources close to the company said that they declined an offer last Spring 2007 of a fairly generous buyout..and since they now know what they are worth, they want to work on increasing revenues (through internet broadband subscriptions as opposed to DVD orders) and try to get MORE from the buyout but this will take a minimum of a year (at earliest Spring 08) to see any substantial changes....
Also interesting to note is that while i have been visiting several modern countries here in Asia, MANY doctors offices already have their own educational programming on a Video Screen that the people in the waiting room watch, an idea that is already working in many countries...and it is said here that many new technologies and innovations that begin there, only catch up later in the USA....I am hoping MMTV will be the ones spearheading the medical media concept in the States....
My source was NOT HAPPY at the turn down of a buyout offer and felt the mgmt was getting greedy by turning it down in hope of a better offer down the line....but my opinion is that time will tell, i am willing to wait....and if there is a buyout the shares will be worth over a buck. In the meantime, I am happy that it has NOT gone under into subpenny land....IMHO

Update
The exciting news that I wrote about earlier in the winter was a proposed buy-out from a very large and prominent company which I cannot say here. Very recently the shareholders had voted against the buyout in order to develop the company's revenues in the new direction it is taking by switching from DVD to Broadband, and thus get a BETTER offer. This is both bad news and good news IMHO. The bad news is that the anticipated "good news" will not happen in the short term and thus the PPS will not skyrocket just yet. The good news is that the buy out offer that was refused was for a pretty generous amount (over a buck), which tells me the company believes it will be worth more in the long run (year's time is my guess). Its the old sacrificing of the short term profit, for long term gain thing going on...What happens between now and then, I don't know.....but I've been told to HOLD my shares if anything....it just may take some time.....
Please make your own decisions....
the company is going through some changes as was stated in the PR.
My contact person is actually headed to the MMTV shareholders meeting I believe in NY next week. They will be making some decisions, that I hope to find out about.
In the meantime, the "deal" I was told about will be taking much longer than anticipated. There is already a much larger company that is interested in the possibility of buying them out, but the company is holding off in order to build up more clients (with new proposed distribution via Broadband as stated in last month's PR) so that the buy out offer is for more money.
That is all I know for now. Hopefully some interesting decisions will come out of the shareholders meeting. I will inform you as soon as i know.
In the meantime, hold your shares....
I lost $2,500 in the Stockster scam as well.
No PR could also mean that they actually are working on something substantial....
Ok, as much as this sucks
and as much as this smells like a scam
and as much as the fluff PR's did worse for the company,
a small part of me remains slightly optimistic considering that this new voice-activated technology is being developed in Israel. I can't ignore the fact that:
Israel holds the largest concentration of High-Tech industries in the world in relation to its population.
ICQ - the technology for AOL instant messenger was developed in Israel in 1996
Israeli engineers developed the worlds first cell phone at the Motorola lab in Haifa.
Israel has more scientists and engineers per capita than any other country
Microsoft's Windows XP operating system was developed in Israel.
And so on and so forth....
Maybe, just maybe this is a legit company (though poorly run)that is coming out with some interesting inventions....
If anybody wants to know more about what Israel has produced in terms of technology visit here:
Yes, the financials have been discouraging and the wait has been long.
I am told by my source that good things will happen. There is a larger company "courting" MMTV. He showed me the emails. It is legit, but cannot mention names yet; Still too early.
My source himself has invested a little under a million dollars in this. He is a sharp investor and would not have put so much money in something that did not have great potential.
I am advised to be patient.
We are still looking at over a buck when this thing happens.
At this point, I need around 10 cents to break even. I may or may not wait that long for the over a buck scenerio. It depends on how much I need to free up the cash when it makes it over the ten cents mark.
Again, the financials are terrible, but it is only temporary.
Not to worry. It has not gone from bad to worse. It has sucked consistently, but the "insiders" are confident, without saying anything more or specific.
Good luck to all.
This is an investment that will produce very nice returns to the patient ones IMHO.
I will try to substantiate the rumours that I have heard from a very large shareholder. In the next few days, I will have another friend of mine who is a more experienced investor talk personally with the CFO of the company and see if there is any validity to what I heard, and a general picture of where the company is going. So far, on paper, this company is very weak. The financials suck to put it bluntly. However, there may have been some recent developments that came after the Nov. 20th filing which could be promising. I will try to get more information and inform the board of any developments that could be promising for all of us shareholders.
Since its tax write off season, many of my investments have gone into the red zone this last couple of weeks. MMTV had no irregular fluctuations. At these levels, it seems stable, like there is little risk, and the PPS can only go up, IMO. I accumulated more shares in anticipation of the rumours recently which brought my average to 10 cents a share.
Some of my shares where bought at above $1, and I have since then averaged down. I'm not worried. I just hope to one day see the PPS at above $1 once again. That would make my day, I mean YEAR.
GLTA!! May we all have a great New Year!

Taking Stock: A Spiritual Guide to Rising Above Life's Financial Ups and Downs (Paperback)
By Rabbi Benjamin Blech
Editorial Reviews
From Publishers Weekly
Rabbi Blech, a professor at Yeshiva University in New York and author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Understanding Judaism, uses his own experience of mismanaging his money and his counseling of others to offer his insights on having a healthier attitude about money. To make his case, Blech uses not only biblical references but also thoughts from philosophers, moguls and others. His key message is the commonsense, though not original, notion that people should not equate happiness or self-worth with their bank statement: "Far too many of us have internalized this ridiculous notion by defining success in life as the ability to accumulate material possessions. That forces our self-image to constantly waver between success or failure as a human being." The book is well organized with chapters covering such topics as "Wealth or Health," "How Expensive Is a Guilt Trip," "Pessimism Is Deadly" and "Is There Life After Failure?" Each chapter includes a summary of key points, though some are quite obvious: "Money, like everything else, is good in moderation" or "Those who are wise have always known that the blessings of children, family, and love far outweigh all financial aspects of life." Readers may well find these aphorisms soothing and the book's message generally supportive. However, anyone needing practical help managing his or her money won't find specific financial advice here.

My guess is within the next 90 days. By mid March if not sooner. I am told MUCH sooner by my source, but I like to err on the side of caution.
Two possibilities for the company:
1. The African American Medical Network, PetCare and KidCare all get bought out by a larger company.
2. PetCare contracts with a HUGE national pet company.
I do not have any specific details, except that things look good and are not too far away.
What happens if we fall below this level, we fall off the chart?
This doesn't look good at all. I could always sell and walk away with $20.
You may not have to be holding this long for it to reach a buck. Good things coming. When it happens, it will happen fast. Trying to buy more at .04 but not getting filled.
I would not worry about the PPS dropping. If anything it is a grand opportunity to accumulate shares. This thing is going to pop real nice in the coming months IMO.
I am told by a friend who is a very LARGE shareholder that good news is on the horizon. Rumors of a buyout of all three companies...I am not allowed to know specifics, but just that there is positive anticipation of things to come, and a possible buyout is indeed rumoured.
Anyone holding shares in this company will be rewarded for their patience. I myself bought in at 1.25 before it tanked. I have averaged down since to about .17 If it were not for some of my connections, I would be worried. But I am not.
In the meantime, let us just, wait and see.....
Make your own decisions.
Maybe, a little hope down the line:

Nothingcreed, Appreciate the replies
At this point, I don't mind waiting LONG if at some point this PPS could get back up to a penny so I can get my money back.
I agree about this company having potential, but the credibility is highly lacking at this point until we see financials or some follow throughs of previous PRs "statements of intent".
In the meantime, its a waiting game.......
> Looks like another 1 for 3000 RS is on the way again.
Is that something they will announce to their shareholders? I'm just wondering how much worse it could possibly get when we are already at the bottom.
Also, can the share price go even below .0001? Or is that when the company is bankrupt? Newbie here....
I'm averaged at .01 and in with 200k
I am a newbie with very little experience and I unfortunately got in when Stockster was pumping this. Part of me wants to just consider this a loss, the other part has some hope it will one day at least return to .01 Am I dreaming?
Approximately how long does it take for this proposed NOBO analysis to take place? It seems like QTCE was valued at a much HIGHER pps before. I'm hoping for a chance of recovery. When are the next quarterly financial reports coming out?
