Not sure about the nano stuff but GRPS does license formulae to RSHN to manufacture products.
The movie is hilarious if you like dry humor. It might be free on Amazon, it was a couple of weeks ago.
GO $GRPS !
I'm near Surfside TX. I don't have private mail.
The Chaing plays are super!
Great summary, thanks!
Not sure if this is the same Simon Littlewood but the article titles seem to be similar to his line of business.

Also not sure if this is the same Simon. The article is old from 2007 but I believe he started in finances in the UK.

Levi wants to go public again, maybe they'll pick this shell.
Just kidding. :)
Nice day, glad to be in this one. I read Levi wants to go public again. ;)
Good to see it heading back up. No nonsense in this OTC investment.
We should make a daily multiple vitamin with CBD. :) Maybe that would create repeat business.
Welcome back!
Yep, I agree. Glad to have doctors running XYZ hemp and taking a scientific approach. Too many companies are just adding any kind of CBD into their current products.
I wouldn't be surprised if someday CBD will be as common as vitamin C if they can bring the price down a little.
Another recent study with CBD. The cells that CD is killing are cancer cells. I don't understand most of what is said but the point it obvious.
Abstract
Cannabidiol (CBD), one of the compounds present in the marijuana plant, has anti-tumor properties, but its mechanism is not well known. This study aimed to evaluate the apoptotic action of CBD in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells, and focused on its effects on the novel pro-apoptotic Noxa-reactive oxygen species (ROS) signaling pathway. CBD experiments were performed using the CRC cell lines HCT116 and DLD-1. CBD induced apoptosis by regulating many pro- and anti-apoptotic proteins, of which Noxa showed significantly higher expression. To understand the relationship between Noxa and CBD-induced apoptosis, Noxa levels were downregulated using siRNA, and the expression of apoptosis markers decreased. After ROS production was blocked, the level of Noxa also decreased, suggesting that ROS is involved in the regulation of Noxa, which along with ROS is a well-known pro-apoptotic signaling agents. As a result, CBD induced apoptosis in a Noxa-and-ROS-dependent manner. Taken together, the results obtained in this study re-demonstrated the effects of CBD treatment in vivo, thus confirming its role as a novel, reliable anticancer drug.

Since the World Anti-Doping Agency removed CBD from its banned substance list in 2018, the PGA Tour Anti-Doping organization does not list CBD as a prohibited substance for players. Its focus instead is on the illegality of THC.
According to the Executive Director of the PGA Tour’s Anti-Doping Program, Andy Levinson, CBD has become a popular topic among PGA Tour players and his department has seen an increase of inquiries regarding its legality on the PGA Tour.
"CBD in its pure form is not prohibited," Levinson said. "But the use of CBD in any of its currently available forms would be at a player's own risk."
CBD is sold and marketed as a supplement, which generally have very poor regulation when it comes to the U.S. and the FDA, Levinson said. The lack of regulation has led to issues in the marketplace. Products are often mislabeled or include very little CBD. Companies are able to make large claims with little supporting evidence.

Thanks for the info Skyy.
Thanks for the update. Glad you got to talk to Mr. Olesen.
Did he happen to mention who they are processing CBD for? Are they still processing for GRPS/XYZ Hemp, or RSHN?
I'm sure they have their.own brand also for the Farmers Alliance.
For the record, I don't know why TDA shows prices in advance of open on some stocks, even on ones that are only traded on the OTC.
TDA showing 2.45 before open. Discounts didn't last. Might pick up a few more.
4 or 5 years ago I invested in a wireless pinky that received about $600K grant from the US government to start a pilot project in China. The business failed, but the grants are there even for pinkies.
Once they get their Reg A going, or maybe later if they get even a small federal grant, they can pursue the Milagro farms, if they still have it in their playbook.
Milagro was 400 acres when we first saw it on our website but is now 2400 acres.

The way to get to Milagro is through Enigma. Looks $1M will get 5%. Wonder if that = 120 acres, perhaps it does. That would be a big farm.

Sorry, wrong board.
I think the PR said they'll be releasing the products in the springtime when they get their brands setup. They probably never should have said before December.
Aquisitions is what we'll be looking for shorter term I guess.
If you compare the picture of the machine to the one on the WSRC site at the bottom, the room it is in has the same color floor, walls, vent above the machine, and coat hanger to the left of it.
I believe we have been processing hemp into CBD for at least one nearby hemp farm.

In the last PR Dr. Goulding said ….
"Given the rave currently attending cannabis related stocks and the promise of yet further growth with the inevitable legalization, currently, cannabis stocks trade at approximately 30 times revenues."
So, $62M plus what we get from WSRC = A VERY LARGE NUMBER.
52-Week High
$62M * 30 = $1.8B
Nice catch. I didn't notice that. Looking forward to finding out who the are going to acquire.
This is much better than just adding a drop of CBD into a bottle of beer and should separate us from other companies putting CBD beer or other alcohol the market.. Perhaps it will get the attention of a larger company.
------
the proprietary formulations as developed by Dr. Goulding and Bruce Bond, DC – Sobriplex CBD, which, among other benefits, is designed to alleviate some of the adverse effects of alcohol consumption, including the minimization of a hangover and the minimization of brain cell depletion
Pillars looks like a pretty upscale place.
The two companies are at structured similarly to CV Sciences, except the doesn't own it's own farms. It has to import raw materials from Europe.
RSAU will be working with GRPS and RSHN to produce the CBD products..
