As it reports at my bank Schwab.
I wonder how you get your figure of $200,000?
Wondering if we can get some facts.
I bought Kaly at 0009 less than a year ago and back then it had no CE and also no "shell risk" indicated.
For quite a few months I was thinking that I was mistaken and had lost my money. They were a "fashion and fabrics" company with a pretty decent looking P to E at over 4.5 billion shares...
I got over $500 for my $60 investment and I now still have some shares...
Lately I have been thinking I was wrong to sell since I would have over $600 if I just had my original shares now.
Another point is how they did lower their outstanding shares to under 800,000,000 and now they have something not much more than 1,000,000,000 shares. And at 4.5 billion shares you could have sold at 3.6 or perhaps even 3.9 cents.
Perhaps a litany of simple tricks but at my bank Schwab their P to E is listed as "0" and earnings per share is almost $8 or over 8 billion dollars:
Earnings Per Share (03/31/2013) $7.9389
Price/Earnings 0.00
Forward P/E --
Price to Earnings / Growth (PEG)

KALY does not currently pay a dividend

I believe you are almost certainly right about Kaly but then again I also believe you are so into Pura (Which I also happen to have some of!!) and not Kaly for some really emotional and not at all logical reasons.
"All those sellers" Wonder why you could spend years getting into stocks (especially big-exchange stocks) and never once hear about the company themselves selling stocks? Also Known As "dilution". Seems pretty strange... then again it makes sense too... Facebook just charges ahead and gains 10 or 20% while going from 2.4 billion shares to 3 billion....
I suppose if there were any people out there crying "dilution!!" people would just take their cash back out and there would be a crash.
Then there is the "private placement" where the company sells stocks at half price or so...rarely if they company is real the price could actually be higher than the current share price but almost always these shares are simply dumped on the market very quickly. At best you can hope the buyers are not simply a shell of the public corporation but have a huge youTube following and plan on pumping the stock in order to dump it properly.
I agree that you have an awesome pick for a long term hold...
So what they are NYSE and not OTC? No big deal...
Just that they are capitalizing...I wish I had enough to help them and hodl their stocks forever...the large volume (in dollars anyway) is REAL but this company has huge start-up expenses...so it's not quite loading time yet!!!
Or maybe it is about to be there I guess.
It did spike to $10 right after I saw them on "60 minutes" and I am sure any good investor would be happy with his 10 year returns! Even if he paid $10 or so I would say he should keep holding and buying the dips...
I think the spirit of "the loading zone" is actually to be quite a bit under NIO's current $4 share price.
Just wondering about this ticker...
Another musing is: "why does it seem that every ticker is either a venerable and valuable company or it is a complete scam?"
Isn't it possible that people could have good intentions of starting a decent business and their method of funding could be to offer shares of the enterprise?
I have spent a lot of time on audio courses and it seems that for hundreds of years start-up enterprises have sold "shares". Then, once the capital had materialized, they bought the equipment they needed and set out to win.
Much of this country was funded in such a way back before the 1700s.
On the other hand these were all very risky ventures and often times I am sure they appeared to be total scams even if only because of the decades that investors had to wait for their returns.
Another point is that if every single "investor" is actually a highway-robber trying to win a quick buck this system can only fail....
excepting the unlikely event (in today's world) that there really are plenty of shares being sold...sort of like selling money-orders. A seller of money-orders could actually pay to sell you a money order -- they hold the money for 45 days so their game is to sell more money orders in a 30 day period than they sold last month. whether they charge you $2 or pay you $1 makes little difference to them...volume (well, in dollars) is really what counts.
Seems the latest news was exactly a year ago...
the last 2 filings raised the number of shares Authorized to 250,000,000,000
but then the next one in March 2019 said this:
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Of?cers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Of?cers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Of?cers.
Between March 6, 2019 and March 11, 2019, Oncolix, Inc. (the “Company”) received the resignations of Dale Zajicek, Jerry Youkey, Sherry Grisewood and John Holaday as members of the Board of Directors. As noted below, Michael T. Redman, President and CEO, has converted from a full-time, partially compensated employee to a part-time, partially compensated status.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 7, 2019, the Company received a notice of default under its license agreement for CycloSam, its product candidate. The default references a milestone payment currently due under the license agreement. The Company does not currently have the financial resources to make the requested $50,000 payment, or to continue $7,000 monthly payments under the license.
The Company has been unable to finance its continuing operations and can no longer meet its continuing obligations. As a result, the Company expects to discontinue its operations in the immediate future unless additional financing is obtained. Substantially all of its assets are pledged to the holders of its convertible notes.
I really am not at all sure if these shares will still be worth .0001 for much longer....

Mar-Dean or, perhaps, EM-Har'Dean
I like doing software. I highly suggest Embarcadero.com personally; they were Turbo Pascal back in the day.
You would see much improvement and often until the thing works right if I had anything to do with this messaging system.
I know I am excited about the chance to add shares.
Of course I'm worried about how many more shares there may be in the next months or years (there are about 80,000,000 right now) but I see this as the #1 most exciting stock of all the farming stocks right now.
Also I expect they may turn into an MSO in the next 12 or 15 months.
My average price is $1.45 right now...it seem some "barfers" knew about it before it even was available in the USA!
Actually I looked for this ticker back when I added it to my stocks and now suddenly and retroactively {POOF} here it is.....created BEFORE it was even out yet!!!
Anyway it will be over 2 weeks before I will have any cash but I, for one, will be adding to my shares assuming it's not much higher than my average of $1.45.....
Wow....do you know anything about the Tangle?
Iota is an "Internet of Things" solution that is FAR from a scam.
The value of Iota may be nothing but the technology are adopted by many including Bosch and Mitsubishi and soon enough every car maker on the planet will need Iota.
Also if Bitcoin doesn't adopt some of the Tangle Technology they will suffer. The Tangle does have redundancy for security purposes but basically as more and more devices come onto the network their technology actually gets faster and faster since the additional devices are all contributing and not all working on exactly the same exact thing.

Is this them??
Don't know anything about them except some promotion got to me
Personally I always think private placement is a bad thing but then again it looks like this one paid almost full price for their shares.
Usually they don't even pump the stock at all before dumping them for their margin they got to secure and it's a sure sign that the stock has some shady intentions...then again usually the shares are half price or so too...
I.m not so convinced but
here is the last part of the promotional email I was sent:
...
In March, the Company announced it has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire, from an arm’s length third party, three mineral claims adjacent to the Company’s Big Mac gold property. The Big Mac Gold Project shares more than 30 kilometres of contiguous claim boundaries on the east and west sides of Aben Resources Ltd.'s Forrest Kerr gold project. The Big Mac Gold Project is also located just north of properties owned by Garibaldi Resources Ltd. and Colorado Resources Ltd.
We view this as a very shrewd move by the management team over at CRUUF, as gold prices are expected to sky rocket this year.
Among those that are most bullish on the precious metal is Goldman Sachs. The investment bank maintained its overweight recommendation and raised its 12-month price forecast up from $1,350 an ounce to $1,425, a level last seen in August 2013. Goldman analysts contend that the gold price “will be supported primarily by growing demand for defensive assets, with a slower pace of Fed rate hikes in 2019 boosting demand only marginally.”
CRUUF is also your key to capitalizing on the EV (Electric Vehicle) market for less than ten cents a share!
Companies like BMW, Nissan, Volvo, Tesla, GM, and Ford are all competing to become the leader in the electric vehicle space. Tesla CEO Elon Musk believes that more than half the new cars produced in America will be electric in ten years. Regardless of who comes out on top, all these automakers will need a supply of lithium to make car batteries.
There's a dire demand for cobalt to continue fueling the electric vehicle revolution.
Some have even said that cobalt may take over lithium as the star performer in the niche metals market. Cobalt is valued for its ability to withstand the crazy amount of heat that is generated by lithium-ion batteries.
CRUUF could be one of the most exciting cobalt plays in the market right now given the projects it has and these levels could be at the ground-floor!
CRUUF holds an option to acquire a 100% undivided, unencumbered legal and beneficial interest in the Montreal Cobalt Project, located 15 km southwest of Santiago in the past producing Metropolitan Region of Chile.
The company's Montreal Cobalt Project consists of 16 mineral claims and comprises a total of 4,500 hectares. It is less than 2 kilometres away from the past producing Merceditas mine.
The acquisition of the Montreal Cobalt Project has entrenched CRUUF in two of the three historic cobalt-producing regions of Chile!
CRUUF is the ultimate value play for those looking to cash in on the inevitable EV (Electric Vehicle) boom.

Read what it says. half the company was sold to a stock promoter to sell you high-priced shares. M-HarDean has been selling for 10 years already and just announced 26 million revenue for the last quarter and they are under $1 and about 80 million OS. DUH.
$$ MJARF Best Farm Value out there now!
Looks like a reverse split must be soon.
I really like NIO too. HOWEVER:
1 It's not OTC.
2 They will, IMO, be capitalizing from their stock for such a long time to come I would think it's not quite loading time.
3 BYYD is already so far up since I posted it it's already gone too high to be loading time!!!
I believe he thinks it will be NYSE:POT or so.
Citron Shorter Kings say target=$1.0009
Believing this could be a real business, I think it might be a good buy.
Obviously every police department and every security company badly needs this technology. Personally I would start with the Coast Guard and also Grants.Gov and I could make hundreds of millions of dollars even if I was a total failure and was never able to actually produce the working product...
But what I really wanted to address was the fact that the company just made about 1.3 million dollars or more diluting an additional 20,000,000 or more shares. Not too much by far but then again one has to wonder as to the logic behind such a move. Since I am gullible I often wonder if the company has lawyers doing this to them and they have no clue about it at all....
One of the main reasons might be to avoid too high a share price and thus too much attention...
I wish they would pay more attention to excessive share releases and less attention to share prices above a certain level... then again I suppose they are bankers and kind of rank "Bank Robbery" as a low-class career....
A good exercise, like with "stem cell" stocks, is to find other stocks that do exactly the same job...I guess there may be several public companies that are dedicated to exactly this job and most certainly sport a three-figure stock price....
$DPWW
I bought BLKCF about a year ago when I heard they were doing important things with Kodak and Playboy and about 10 more big companies... Then later I heard that they were being sued by Playboy for failing to do what they had promised. I think Kodak should sue also. I am pretty sure I am no longer interested in their expensive stock.
At one time I did try to contact them and ask them about the Playboy lawsuit but they were unreachable.

Reverse stock splits don't affect the number of authorized shares, but a forward stock split issues new stock from the company's authorized shares. When new shares are issued by a company, it adds to the number of outstanding shares and reduces each shareholder's percentage of ownership in the company. This is called dilution, and it reduces the value of each share. Authorized shares represent a potential for stock dilution.
Authorized Shares
When a company incorporates, among the things the owners of the company decide is how many shares to authorize. Authorized shares are the total number of shares of each class of stock that the company has available to issue. If company management wants to increase the number of authorized shares, it must obtain the approval of the shareholders via a formal vote. Stock splits affect only the issued and outstanding stock -- the authorized shares don't split.
Forward Splits
The board of directors decides when to dip into the authorized shares to issue new stock, and when those shares are issued, they are called issued and outstanding stock. A forward stock split increases the total number of shares issued and outstanding. For example, when the company conducts a 2-for-1 forward split, it doubles its issued shares, taking those additional shares out of the amount of authorized shares.
A lot more flashy in the promotions department, but I think 1933 is an excellent comparison to this stock.
It's impossible to tell how far their brands have gotten (it's my famously inept DD at work here) but then again their license for their dispensary is STILL NOT THERE AT ALL and they have 200,000,000 more shares than DPWW.
If Pellicer comes out with some good news and/or gets a bit more flashy with their website and app I think they should easily be worth what TGIFF is worth...and they have 1/4th the number of shares...or is it 1/5th?
$$$DPWW
Difficult to ignore the 2 "fire sales" of units at 0.04 (Canadian)....
Wonder if those shares are already dumped or will they be helping the price get up into dollar land beforehand??
http://www.lifemarketing.us/websites
Look pretty promising to me...
Looks to me like 50,000,000 shares cancelled and retired and the "$9M +" was actually 9 million plus shares still under his direct ownership....
Still wondering about this one but so far it seems a lot better than Mass Roots at least....
Any other comments on this one?
They claim SCNA is producing now; able to fill the huge shortages "across north America"... must be referring to Canada because the USA has plenty of bud. Maybe not legal "seed to sale" stuff but so far there is not that much interference to "big" businesses as usual.
Originally back when I bought some at 7 cents they were going to supply every greenhouse everywhere with hardware and apps to control the greenhouses. I guess I would be interested in the low low price (about the same I sold for back 6 months ago or whatever it was) but I hate pump-and-dumps.
I have a totally different approach. I do feel like I do tons of research; but then again I can only go by what I can find. A few years ago I might have called people at the company and asked them but that certainly never seems to help. Well actually it did but they do always lie if they are a total scam -- it's just easy to tell.
My strategy is to get some things that are real and have potential and hold them for something like 3 to 8 years. At least.
In 18 years or so I will be as old as my mother and I would like to be able to buy my own home by then, at least. And with under $10,000 invested as of this year...
I sort of have a distain for the day trader since literally every "security" I can see it traded into oblivion by the "30%" crowd... okay, fine, they do make all the money but I would rather rob banks personally.
Of course when your $26 shares go to $200 in less than 30 days you can't help it but then again it's the putting the money right back into the stock that makes it "fair".
Cannabis is supposed to be a different sort of stock and I do hope I will not be foolish to have BTC but Cannabis stocks. Also I like AUO and FXCNY and things like that... I am not at all sure they will do me as well as the average BTC investor however. Seems sad to me.
I guess, by and large, you are mainly into pump and dumps that have low shares available and are total and complete scams.
Congratulations, but my hope is to only bleed if I need some cash.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PUFXF/security
I think it seems criminal that they can be so far off these published figures.
I was aware that they were outdated and include no OS figure at all but then again it clearly states
Authorized Shares 64,619,848
Why any splits at all in the past if there is now "unlimited"??
I would think I could have a lawsuit on my hands if I had more than the few hundred dollars invested that I do.
I do wonder, however, if your figure of at least half a billion is really based on anything solid or if you are simply assuming if the capitalization is "this" and the current share price is "that" then this equals 500,000,000 .
I certainly hope they update their OTC profile correctly whatever the situation.
Any news on Authorized Shares? Or Outstanding? One thing that made me buy at .17 was the under 70 million authorized shares...
I am still buying even at .50 and will probably buy anything I can under .75 unless I learn I am deceived...
I know B2B is a real B word but then again I see a stock worth $50 easily here...
Then again they just issued 10 million shares for their consultant and perhaps that "Authorized" shares is now into a half billion or so so I might be totally trading blind....
Can anyone offer some advice? I really want to get more curaleaf so much it hurts so I need to find out....
I like all the websites... but what can this ticker over this:
Earnings per share: -$73,156.66
With about 1,000,000 shares my internal calculator just exploded wondering how much of a loss that is!
Because I added DPWW to my alerts at .007 I wonder why the reverse-split would bother people so much...then again perhaps they "invested" ("played" more correctly) back when it was a $40 "security", eh?
I was unaware that there was a reverse-split I was only watching the price and volume...
I did have some money around 6 cents though and then just weeks later I was happy to take some profits at .36... Also I put in an order to sell more at .41 and this never came true...
Now I have put the money back in so I have over 4,000 shares and I am hopeful that this is a good choice. Seems as good as many others I have.
I noticed many dilutions and sold but going from 20 million to 40 million seemed reasonable to me.
The only time I ever had a company "warn" me they were diluting was when they asked me to vote on it first!
Lots of times people seem unaware of what they are hearing: like a spin-out or converting debt with warrants or whatever just makes people buy more....
A bit of background: I am only able to buy $200 or so each month in stocks. So far as of today I have quite a bit in and am about 20% down but I am getting pretty happy with my holdings. I should now concentrate on doubling or more what I already have and not so much on finding new investments.
GNBT was a good case for me: I bought 13 pre-split shares and had 260 shares after the split... I almost bought when it dipped to .90 and should have (mainly the 20 million O/S) but then again after seeing the OS silently go to 60 million I sold all my shares and re-allocated the cash into stocks I believe in.
Good presentation... but why I can't see an orbital system that is actually growing plants is a big question. I wish I had some way to check these companies and find out. Basically I am ready to assume it may be a total scam as some posts claim. Next thing I have doubts about Wayland group too then since they are the one company they mention a contract with...for "C$44 million" in 2019....
Well there was a flash of some plants in an orbital system but then again they looked like perfectly manicured dense buds and the shot lasted about 2 seconds...
He is replying to "PRmanic" or whoever saying that CBD is illegal. He is wrong. This message system is very outdated and badly needs some upgrades. Who developed it and why are they dead?
My message asking questions and saying I was doubtful that, with 40 million shares, ISOLF was a scam was removed. So I certainly will be keeping away from buying any more I guess. I have too many I believe in anyway.
http://www.fool.com/investing/2019/02/11/sears-will-stumble-on.aspx
I don't ever listen to these sites...
however sometimes they are the only ones who ever tell me about a stock at all (CNPOF for example)….
Well here they suggest that Sears stock is worthless since the company ESL will be selling off the company for a few billion in profit and the stockholders will be out.
I suppose they could be wrong, and certainly at the 12 cent price you couldn't have gone wrong but I can't see throwing away money on the stock at this time.
Checked MSRT and Canna-Life (FUAPF) but really wasn't impressed.
This one seems like it at least has a decent image and illusion of a working product but I am not the same "magic knower of other's intentions" that so many are.
I feel a lot of the negative posts stem from me supporting WDLF on various YouTube channels.
First thing I wonder is:
if they are so fraudulent then WHY are the negative "reviews" not removed for being "off topic"????? This is how I can tell Invictus has bad intentions...
http://news.mjlink.com/
One point that comes to mind that it seems a simple trick to make a company into a fraud. Keep in mind that at Sears it was great fun to take items from the floor over to customer service and get cash for them. Did this make them a great stock fraud??
Potential for this seems great.
I think we can tell that it is best to wait to see and hear that it is indeed going down BEFORE we take some profits.
That's one reason to trade something with so many shares. It will not move so fast... of course then again we also will need new buys to come in at every price level for liquidity to work....
When we say "OK I just need to take 10x what I put in and then I get all these free shares!!" right away then, as a group, we lose the battle.
I would rather see people say "Well I only put so much in so far….so I suppose I will put in more now and see how far we can get!"
In this way we could really see more investors pile on and by the time the price is going down so we all have to bail out completely in one shot hopefully it will be above .30 and not below .30....
$GNCP volume very high
the company's promise to have no reverse split maybe meaningless due to the huge share count but check out the discussion over on http://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/gncc-capital-inc-pn-GNCP/stock-price
can't ever tell what these guys are up to but then again the price is right for a try...
Volume hit 1.5 billion I don't think it's all profit takers selling at .0004 but then again I suppose that's some of it.
I only have 40 shares...
and I paid over $3 for each of them....
so I am here ASKING and WONDERING about this company...
dozens of posts saying TOTAL SCAM and I say "Is it really??"
and I ask about the company's claims on the website....
only to find out my earnest honest questions are deleted due to being "off topic". Hmm.
Why?? What is the issue here? Do you speak English?
