I’d hold out for a few Loonies or Twooies at least?
Thank you for your reply which confirms my feelings regarding FDA’s lack of integrity surrounding the approval process. I’m happy that I sold about half of my position a couple of years ago (at around 12). I guess we wait for an unsatisfying buyout?
I believe it was Astra Zenica buying Force Pharmaceuticals?
There are other companies that use the radio therapeutic actinium investigationally. FDA has approved its use in clinical trials to treat prostate, breast and other solid tissue cancers, but, I couldn’t find any information on any company that holds marketing approval.
I think they are mostly big pharma- centered. The deck is truly stacked against the smaller players. It’s a shame because most of the true innovation comes from the small guys!
The message from the company is that they have to run a whole new trial (apparently without a cross over option)
Wow! Watching what happened with ATNM this morning makes me feel that starting with the MHRA was a good decision on LP’s part. FDA approved the structure of ATNM’s SIERRA trial, even said it should be enough to garner approval- but is now saying they need a new trial to apply for a BLA?? Stock has lost 75% of its value this morning.
Wow. The FDA really screwed us on this one. One must question if the FDA really has the public’s interest in mind when making these decisions. If I’m understanding it correctly, FDA approved the SIERRA study, even went so far as to say that it would be enough to garner approval, then decided that it wasn’t enough to file a BLA?
My birthday too. I work in a retail pharmacy. Often I must verify patient birthdates to ensure they get correct meds etc. There are some birthdays (9/11 for example) which always carry a negative, let’s call it “feeling” when mentioned during a transaction. I’ve come to realize that it’s important for relationships to “bypass” those feelings. Of course, no one can control when they were born. Unfortunately, in the world we live in, plenty of days are starting to carry negative connotations. I often think of how the previous generations looked at 12/7 for example.
Anyway, 10/7 had great things (like our births) to celebrate!
Probably referencing the inspections. It takes a good amount of manpower to meet their 150 day goals. I have respect for their ownership of the situation and gratitude for your information that, for years, you have provided!
Yes but no, the Novavax vaccine became available which is not MRNA based.
Inspections or no inspections. It takes as long as it takes. I’m sure NWBO/Advent will be prepared. I’m also pleased with the guidance in last Friday’s Q. They provided great information about where they are in the process with the MRHA without putting undo pressure on the regulator.
I wanna say friends with benefits, but it also may be to make Advent jealous?
Good luck. Something’s gotta give soon! I’d love to see that 25 dollar mark before the end of the year.
I continue to believe that potential suitors are waiting for ATNM to, at the very least, submit their application to the FDA. Possibly the company even had some offers but would be in a better position to negotiate after approval?
Good news but we can sure use that FDA submission.
Yes, but I also think many thought that the company was setting up for a pr letting us know they finally applied for FDA approval. I still think they will- but probably later this year.
There were a couple of articles/abstracts that were recently published that were positive for one of the companies products ( I believe it was Iomab?). I think the presumption was that the company was soon going to submit for FDA approval for that product. No word as of yet to that end.
I agree, the article, whether intentionally or not, didn’t really provide all of the details correctly.
Okay, you’re correct in saying I misunderstood what a motion to dismiss entails. Most important to me at this point is that they have been given a second chance to submit their claims. Thank you for your reply.
Good article but I don’t think the Motion to Dismiss was caused by a failure to provide evidence. My understanding is that they failed to provide a working formula to quantify the damage caused by the spoofing. Am I correct?
And Hb Painter as well!
Wow! Awesome article and DD Sharpie!
Conspicuously absent is mention of helmet…

Medscape challenge mentioned cancer vaccines for gliomas towards end of article
I’m sorry to hear that as, while I didn’t always agree with your point of view, I valued your input and had you as a favorite.

Just thought I’d put it in different terms! Happy birthday!
Not sure if it matters, but, does anyone know or is able to find out if he sold for a loss to offset gains in another equity or did he sell for a profit and then used the money to pay taxes?
Don’t get me wrong. I still have faith in the science and want to believe the company will come through with the ultimate goal of submission and approval. These down days are difficult to take after an already long process. If I had some dry powder, I’d probably see it as an opportunity as well. Maybe I’m hoping for a glimmer of positivity that would help support the share price in the near term? Thanks for the encouraging example though.
And that’s not even including the lawsuit stuff!
I believe that November will be our month!
It looks like the share price was supported by giving investors a clear timeline as to when key events would be occurring. I like the new communication initiative by the company. November here we come!
But I understand if you fart and sneeze at the same time your body takes a screenshot…
I was thinking the same thing. Gotta keep an eye on our landlord…
One thing is for sure, Mr Innes was able to enjoy a 45 day vacation. I haven’t heard many people on this board who had contacted him lately…
Glad someone does.
Wouldn’t mind both but if I had to choose, B.
I agree. I’m not necessarily expecting a PR on Tuesday- any day will do in the next 10!
If people put cancer in the same focus as they did COVID, I profer that DC-VAX would be approved already!
