Has anyone known NITE to dilute for a company. No he's not a diluter.........however when a company is diluting, NITE is definitely naked shorting.........NITE has been the AXE on this one for a while. I think he got stuck short in the run up to .005 and is moving this thing up and down while he covers. Hae seen it on other plays........when he covers, then he gives up the AXE and it'll do whatever retail investors want it to. JMHO.
Quick intro guys.........been playing FOREX for a couple years..........just learning and seeing what I can do with it. Anyway, here is my most successful method.
I call it scalping 101. Hope it helps.
1. What is a scalper......the definition of a scalper TO ME is somebody that jumps in a momentum play to make a few PIPS then gets out. Most scalps take seconds....or at the most minutes to execute from the time of enrty to exit. This doesn't involve the time of waiting for an entry point to begin with.
2. The "Golden rule discovered." I have several scalping methods (indicators and such), but all of them have one thing in common that took me a lot of time to notice...............since they have one thing in common, I call it the "Golden Rule."
3. Most traders look for a "MARKET REVERSAL" to enter a trade, often times waiting on "CONFIRMATION" before entering in fear of a "HEADFAKE". If you don't know these terms, learn them. The good thing about scalping is that you can make money off of a "HEADFAKE", which seems to happen more than most "REVERSALS". You can also scalp in a fast moving market after a "CONFIRMATION" has occurred.
4. "THE EPITOMY OF A SUCCESSFUL SCALP." Looking at say the USD/JPY, you see a "HAMMER" forming, or maybe a long "CANDLESTICK." You jump in on the momentum. Immediately you are down 4 PIPS (the spread), within seconds (no more than a minute), THE SPREAD SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED AND YOU SHOULD BE IN THE GREEN. Within minutes, you should be out of the play with a 5-10 PIP gain (though sometimes, if you hit a true "REVERSAL", or are onto a sustained "TREND", you will stay longer........my personal best is about 50 PIPS). Honestly, I don't really have an exit strategy.....just an entry one.....my main exit strategy is simple, always exit in the green, I've lost a lot of profit this way, but losing profit is better than losing capital.
5. "THE GOLDEN RULE" Ok here it is....very simple but hard to follow nonetheless.
When you enter a scalp which is based on momomentum.....if the spread goes the wrong way.....in other words, you called the trade wrong....GET OUT IMMEDIATELY. The worst I have done is enter into a USD/JPY trade in a fast moving market.....it went the wrong way....I was down 4 PIPS due to the spread....in the FEW SECONDS, it took me to get out, I lost a total of 8 PIPS.
THE MAIN POINT IS THIS. IT'S EASY TO CALL A MOVE IN A VOLATILE MARKET USING ALL KINDS OF INDICATORS. IN FACT DUE TO MY LOG, 9 OUT OF TEN TIMES I CALL IT RIGHT.
However, the 1 time you call it wrong, you tend to think that it is not a "HEADFAKE" or that if you were follwoing a trend, this was just "CONSOLIDATION" before the next leg up.........but the point is......YOU ARE SCALPING.........SO SCALP.........GET OUT IMMEDIATELY ON LOSERS.............DON'T GET GREEDY ON WINNERS.
S/L, if you have the time can you read this post I did on another board and give me your opinion?
I've been learning from my bro how the other side of a merger works. If you are interest here is how it goes, at least in the case of my brother's company.
A shell owner sought him out and convinced him to go public. The gave him a shell, (majority ownership), paid for all the filings and arranged investors for him.
What do they get out of it?
They have a large chunk of shares and my bro has to spin-off another company after he goes public. He gives them a majority ownership (large) and keeps some shares in the spin-off.
Now they have another shell to "give" to somebody else.
If/when these companies take off, they make money, or they just dilute the hell out of them when their shares become unrestricted. My thinking already, but for the private company, it's very tempting because they pay for everything to take you public and even find the investors for you.
I'm curious to see how it works out for my brother, can't see a down side for him.
BTW, their shares are restricted for 2 years and they have warrants to purchase more shares at a discount.
Another thing he mentioned is that the Shell owners put him in touch with Cornell (which we all know since when they exercise their preferred shares, dilution begins), anyway, he figured he needed to raise 1.5 mil to expand. Cornell told him that was too small an amount for them to deal with, they wanted to give him 3 mil. That's like going to the bank and asking for a 1.5 mil loan and them saying no thanks, but we'll give you 3 mil. Kind of funny huh.
Anybody see a downside?

My brother went public and what they did was sell blocks at a discounted price. Minimum investment was 20K. Not sure what Toyshare is up to, guess we'll see. We need a filing to see how many shares of the 30 million are restricted. I know my brother didn't dilute, In fact his company (pinksheets) still isn't trading, of course the shell he acquired only had a 60K float to begin with, with and A/S of 5 mil. What gets me about his situation, is that the shell owner sought him out and didn't charge him anything for the shell........gave it to him in fact, he's still ramping up for eventual PR campaign, but he's taking his time. More interested in getting institutional funding instead of individual investors.
They updated their website with an IR link. Sent them an e-mail asking how I could invest since this isn't trading. Got a reply that they were offering blocks of RESTRICTED stock at the moment and that free trading stock had to be bought on the open market. Didn't give me a price on the RESTRICTED stock though. I'll follow up.
I had Scotttrade send me a check for 2500 bucks, my bank wanted to put a 7 day hold on it cuz it was for 2500, their new threshold, if it was 2499.99 I would have been good. I mentioned that Scottrade was a major broker, but they said it doesn't matter, even a CASHIERS CHECK from another bank for 2500 or more gets a seven day hold.
Smart move, I'm too greedy for that.....course I only got beer money on the table 100K shares.
Hey MKT another RTGV IMO. I got in at .005, hope it hits .12 like RTGV did.
Bet MM's walk it all the way back down to .007 during lunch on BS 5k trades. Too many guys are starting to learn their tactics and aren't getting shook out. I wonder why they bother.
Whoever sold that mil is hurting, was it NITE?
Looks like it's time for a breather. 5K trades, just like I said.
Watch for 5K walkdowns from NITE. Last time I had a runner, he walked it down on 5k trades..........shook some guys out, then let it run, rinse, repeat....5k trades are his trademark.
My account shows $500,000.00. Wish it was true. LOL
I put in an order for 10 shares at 5.00, just want to see if they show it on the ask.
Someone hit the ask, at least my account would look really cool for a while.
Not according to the DLII board, they even have a document with Mark Smith's signature in the I-BOX.
Yeah, MRXT got me, even after reading this thread, I'm hoping it works out for you guys here and then carries over to MRXT.
Actually if you look at the DLII board, he did the exact same thing with WPRO, 1000:1 R/S. I actually saw that this weekend, but figured better them than me........well now it's me and it sucks. LOL
Yeah but I figured MRXT was the one this year. Marx toys, Mark Smith, how could you go wrong. Well I guess we all know now.
WOW, should have listened to those butterflies I had this weekend. Sorry to those that lost. I got my capital back Friday, Sold a million shares at a penny today and then bought them back at .005. I made 5 grand, but damn, could have made 40. See what happens now. Again sorry to those that lost.
Yeah I own a pontoon boat I paid 14 grand for and two jet skii's that I paid 15 grand for. I haven't used the boat in two years (it's at my dad's house a three hour drive from me, cuz I don't have the room, and I get the jet skii's out about 8 times a year. Only good thing about owning is that you don't need to make plans and reserve in advance, just hitch it up and go.
Here is some DD I did yesterday. I went all over the net trying to figure out there business model. These are a couple things I came up with.
One guy posted that he paid 16K for a 5 year membership, but didn't say what package he got. He put down 4 grand and financed the rest. Brilliant idea. Toyshare just gave him a fake loan and is charging him interest.....I.E He finaced 12 grand with them, but they really didn't give him 12 grand, they gave him a membership and are now getting interest on "the loan".
Also, something new is some places are offering "gift cards" for 300 bucks. I think this will be the Vegas Model, going after the tourist crowd. I'm sure you will get some members that go to Vegas regularly, and of course the locals, but what about the tourists? Think this is how they are gonna tap that crowd.
That's about it for now........other than my personal belief that they will align themselves with some of the hotels as paying members, who then can let their clients use the memberships when staying there........No solid DD on this, it's just what I would do if I were them.
I've been all over the boards, so I don't remember where I read this. But a poster said he got a hold of the IR and they were gonna run a PR campaign about the merger and their expansion plans leading up to the grand opening, which of course means next week. Don't remember the poster, but not anybody I knew, could all be BS. Would be nice though.
LMAO. Great post. Seriously, I turned into a shell player and have hit three this year. RTGV, TLBT and now MRXT. I wrote that post trying to drown the butterflies in beer. After a nap I feel better. Thanks again for the laugh.
Here is a post from the HSM board..........I found IHUB a couple months later. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
OK guys, 18 months ago I found this board and decided to give penny stocks a shot as a hobby. I thru 650 bucks into a Scottrade account and in about a year it got to 6500 (still beer money.....I make about 120K a year). Well one of my shells took off. MRXT. My account is at 40 grand right now.....32 of it is MRXT. I had 2.2 mil shares and sold 200K to get my capital back. Now have 2 mil freebies. Well, now it is no longer beer money. Hell all of my debt (credit cards, truck, jet skii's) is only 30 grand, I could pay it off now. OR, I could go for the homerun and hope this shell is the big one and makes me a millionaire. I have a sell order for 500K at a nickel to make 25 grand, if it gets that high(.016 now), then I'm sure the butterflies will go away. I've been trying to drown them in beer, but it's not working.
I keep telling myself it was only beer money to begin with, but 40 grand will buy a lot of beer.
Thoughts.
I did the same, had 2.2 mil @ .0017 and sold the odd ones for most of my capital, holding 2 mil long and strong. Chevy's strategy isn't a bad one at all, I'm just going for the homerun this time................650 bucks 18 months ago is now worth 38 grand all off of shells......CSHD, RTGV, TLBT and now MRXT. Gotta love those shells. It's all beer money for now.
I actually had 2.2 mil shares at .0017, got rid of the 200K and am pretty much riding freebies. Man oh man, when to sell.
Can't believe it's finally happening, I have 2 mil shares @.0017.
Looks like the penny wall was false.
here comes some volume
Wonder how solid that wall at a penny is?
Love it, bashers showing up is the best sign of a merger about to happen. Wonder who is short and how many bashers they are employing? Gapper in the AM IMO.
Loving this........hard part is next, when to sell. I still have all my shares from .0017.
MRXT, looks like this one might be in play. Thin to a penny............I have 2 mil shares so you know where I'm at.....not pumping just for me........check out the thread on it and make up your own mind.
About time. Got a couple mil shares I've been holding for a while.
Wow, she's finally gong. I've got 2 mil at .0017. Waiting for pennyland.
still go some pre-split shares.
Definitely moves on air. I've been flipping from 10-12 to 14-16 pretty easy on SMALL blocks. Also been keeping a core position for when it runs, but now my core position is almost free.
