Nice action this morning
Sorry bud, but I am rich beyond your wildest dreams :)
Sorry KG but none of my relatives live in a trailer park so I think I've got the right guy.
You better get walking I know your kids had to take your keys away. Don't spend it all on scratch offs this time either!
Don't forget to pick up your welfare check; offices will be closed tomorrow and Christmas!
I saw pallets of the drinks at Lena last time I was there. You can order them online. I don't know why anyone would care where their Christmas cards get sent.
I heard APRU helped fake the moon landing
I was referencing the behavior I see online, especially on this platform. Not worth the time this close to Christmas. Beautiful days ahead!
Embarrassing
If it's the Kava stuff it seems like people use it as an alternative to alcohol. Relaxing kind of feeling from what people are saying. Relatively muted compared to weed or alcohol. $2.1B industry worldwide with potential for growth in the US.
Might be made from kava root which is legal throughout the US. There are Kava Bars in the US. One not particularly far from me.
Mitra9 does have a Kava product so could be more work with them.
Just for laughs I asked an AI to unblur the brand name and it didn't work at all, ha. Seems like an interesting space for APRU to break into.
Update: Here are a couple of pictures of our new product launch. We have blurred the brand as final website details are being done and final pricing determined. We will make an official launch announcement after we are finished doing the soft rollout for test purposes. We will… pic.twitter.com/58rGJleVw0

I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas Sctts! And GLTU!
Good question. He said the products were tablets, gummies, drink enhancers, etc. so probably something with an active ingredient.
Update: Launch meeting for our new partnership went great. There will be some final updates to the online store over the next couple of days and we will announce our retail distribution launch date to be in January. $APRU #doinitright

Nice! Real products in stores. That's exactly what we need to get this moving again.
There's a lot more ads now and they pop up the moment you're about to click something so you get redirected.
People are going to be surprised how much money the extraction side of the business will bring in.
I'd doubt that.
It's the only way to get this moving again.
I'm guessing somebody got on his ass recently and told him investors aren't going to believe APRU owns anything if he can't come clean on previous deals that fell through. There were people on this board claiming videos of canning operations were fake and all the thousands of cans were just sitting there empty for show. APRU is not going to go anywhere if people won't even believe what's put on video. I even went to Lena and watched them loading up pallets of the Mitra 9 stuff and people still call it a sham. Tony knows he's got to get people's trust back before this goes anywhere and the biggest way he can do that is come clean on the failures.
BLEG had put out years ago that the deal fell through because Tony didn't pay them for Elev8. They had some kind of contract but when Tony was informed that they didn't own the IP he never moved forward with the payment and BLEG reassumed control.
From what I know about BLEG I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to unload a brand they didn't entirely own and Tony caught wind of it before paying them out. I'm sure they were eager to sign everything over to APRU and had a timeline for Tony to pay them, which he didn't, when he found out.
The LOI is a letter of intent so you have agreed on terms before opening up the books. You intend to buy it after doing full DD. Not unusual for something to come up and deal to be called off.
Tony continuing to clear things up. This is a step in the right direction for sure.
Update: APRU discovered after signing the letter of intent to acquire elev8 hemp, that it’s intellectual property was owned by Ryan Medico not the public company Branded Legacy as disclosed to us in the LOI. LOI’s are signed just for this reason. $APRU #doinitright

Tony mentioned this a while ago. They had the place in I think Kansas but wanted the extraction business closer to Lena since they can everything there and it's much easier to get to. They sold the Kansas place and opened the new place right by the Brewery.
Hoping he shares the structure of the deal in new fins or a similar update.
Happy we are getting transparency out of Tony now. Hopefully we'll get fins soon too. Get this mess cleaned up and let's get going!
Update: We had previously announced an agreement with Kona Gold to produce a beverage at our Lena facility. We didn’t continue with the production due to a conflict of interest that was revealed by an existing customer after our deal was announced. $APRU #doinitright

I did, thanks. Visited my family. We all got Norovirus a few days before but luckily it cleared up before Thanksgiving. We had smoked turkey; it was great!
Good. Get everyone on page with where things actually stand so we can get moving in the right direction. Open communication will do wonders.
My two-year-old is less of a whiner
Nice, thanks. Financial statements getting back to current is exactly what I want to see.
Bill owed Tony wages, and they struck a deal where Tony got APRU instead. Hedge got it in his head it was some nefarious plot by Tony and has been pushing that for years. Tony and Bill are still on good terms.
I am unfamiliar with what happened in 2014.
Thanks!
You are who you are, and that makes…….
you a good fit with APRU.
Touchy this morning
So, you get your bag or what?
Great. We'll see if you're right. Personally, I'd be happy with a couple of cents!
I
stand by my claim that I believe APRU could hit a nickel if the CEO you're defending could be shown to be telling the truth about acquiring Lena.
Always ends up at stuff like this:
Especially if they've already thrown away all their money buying the stock.
as…….
well as more than you’ve made here.
lol
I posted licenses and COLA’s and that thing went 5X.
Lmao
I would provide enough proof on da Hub to move this back to a nickel.
