They've presented to Publix but the review process can take months. Tony mentioned being in negotiations with a big box store but won't say who until deal is official.

Not sure what happened to Elev8 but I don't think the brand was worth as much as they were trying to pass it off as and it seemed like getting it back up and running wasn't worth the cost. The Elev8 people didn't get paid and their investors, from what I saw, weren't too happy they couldn't sell off the brand so I think they knew it wasn't going anywhere and wanted the cash. I don't think Elev8 was ever a big draw for investors.
