To justhefax, I believe since the Surge Distribution deal did not materialize, they needed to work something else out. I believe they are using the distribution system already established by BEMAX.. Yes, Bemax will own KGKG, LLC, but KGKG LLC will have to get it's products from Kgkg, Inc. It is a big win for both companies, IMO.
BEMAX can boast sales of KGKG LLC.. KGKG,INC. can boat sales from selling the products KGKG,INC is selling to BEMAX (kgkg,LLC). However, profits will be shared between them It is cheaper for two people living together than two people living separately. IMO
It is possible, BEMAX has distribution through out the entire country. Surge only has a small distribution system area on the east coast.
The beverages produced by KGKG,INC will now be available to a much wider market.
This is my opinion only.
I hope this is not the reason why the drinks are not on the store shelves yet. We know RC doesn't care for product quality, I am concerned if the new company, Nuvibe hired RC to develop something for the company and put brominated vegetable oil in our drinks. On some level, I think Nuvibe hired RC with payment in shares to perform some service for the company? See the article below:
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/health/2024/07/03/fda-bvo-ban-brominated-vegetable-oil/74290512007/

Which sodas contain BVO? What to know as FDA bans brominated vegetable oil
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced Wednesday it is revoking the regulation authorizing the use of brominated vegetable oil in food, effective Aug. 2.
The ingredient was previously authorized by the agency for use in small amounts to "keep the citrus flavor from separating and floating to the top of some beverages," according to the agency, but the FDA determined in 1970 the ingredient was no longer "Generally Recognized As Safe" - an official designation of the FDA - and began overseeing its use under its food additive regulations.

Everyday there is hope. Life is not guaranteed. I can say RC ran a scam company. A nine year kid can sell more lemon ade on a neighborhood sidewalk than RC. I drink tons of lemon and limeade juice. Lemonade should have been a winner for KGKG. RC should be jailed.
I agree, I just like other existing shareholders probably bought additional shares. Over the last two months, I added 2 million additional shares to my name. I don't have a large amount of shares but if it can go to at least #.02 a share, I will be fortunate. If they can get the new products on the shelves, this will do fine. I just hope they #1. Don't let RC near KGKG to do any special work, #2. Use organic natural ingredients, no chemicals like Suraclose, BHA, BHT, high fructose, artificial coloring, msg, excessive sugar. Etc.
Request to any LBEV investors. I am a Kona Gold investor. I am checking on the progress of whether LBEV investors ever got their 1:1 shares from KGKG as dividend as per agreement for the sale of Surge Distribution to KGKG.
Thanks for your assistance.
IMO
Thanks for the info on the effective date.
I am an investor and would buy their products if they can just put them on the market. However, THC and chemicals in their beverages is a turn-off. They say their products are good for you. But I find that is not true if they include chemicals in the beverages. RC, as a CEO,, was very stupid to include chemicals in the beverages. IMO

I know how these products can get National exposure real fast. Over a half a million people attend sport venues every year. Get vendors to carry their products at football, basketball, tennis, golf venues. Can you imagine if just a quarter of these people brought a product, we are probably talking about 100k cans of beverage. The Energy drinks with hemp and D9 drinks. They would sell out in a heart beat.
IMO
Yahoo Finance has the following write up on Nuvibe (kgkg):
"NuVibe, Inc. Overview
NuVibe, Inc., a lifestyle company, develops and sells hemp and cannabidiol (CBD) products in the functional beverage and fitness markets in the United States. It offers hemp energy drinks and CBD energy water; and alkaline waters, beverages for kids."
Nuvibe is not over yet. They have a lot more news to share. It mentions CBD water, Alkaline waters, and beverages for kids.

Not only that, it (NuVibe) owns a distribution company (Surge), as well, that will transport the beverages of the beverage company.
Important Note: I bought a little this morning and have a feeling something is happening as it relates to KGKG VERSUS VIBE name change. Maybe the name change is taking place. Why? Because I had to answer additional questions in order to buy the shares. I hope it is good news on the other hand it could be bad news. I don't have special information. I am just reading between the lines. Good luck to long-term investors. IMO
That is true, but NuViibe owns a beverage company which means they are in the beverage business.
Better times are coming for long term investors! IMO
Are you saying rebranding the Energy drink was not a good idea because it is too expensive? First all, I am aware that you cannot drink a can. I assume you are saying there was nothing wrong with the can. Well, there was something wrong with the old cans
CocaCola and McDonald's success derived from a fad. Something new. They also followed a specific packaging of their product. Psychology is a big part of getting your target audience to buy your product. If you can get them to try it once, they will keep coming back over and over again. Labeling is an important the psychological part in getting the customer to buy the product, just once.
I will not insult you but will not explain in technical terms to a layman why the redesign should be done. You know what you want out of life and wish you all success in your endeavors. IMO
Note: McDonald's and CocaCola have fallen in popularity lately because of their service quality has decreased. The packaging of their product hasn't changed but the service and quality has
Please have some patience. I believe they had to redesign the script on the cans as a result of my suggestion to the team developing the redesign of the can. Please be patient! As a former Technical Writer, I pointed out some errors in the development of the old cans. IMO

You said, ".I like that 8 million dump at the end of today... that was a calculated trade...it saved the day!!!...."
Why do you say this? Are you trying to get shares on the cheap?
Who cares about a bounce? An investor cares about long-term steady growth. Robert Clark raped this company with its very, very high salary employees. Robert Clark should be investigated by the SEC for raping and tearing a good company apart. There is one thing I like about North Vietnam, they don't like business leaders that raped a company. Your life is on the line! You mess over investors in that country, you are a goner. IMO
Got more shares, thank you.IMO
"My heart saddened when they said they were going to change the recipe,"
Someone said make your product a better product. A better product would be without the use of "suraclose.". Over and over I have been informed this unnatural chemical sweetener is bad for your "tummy.". Health additics want healthy alternatives. We want low sugar, Organic healthy alternatives not fake food
IMO
If you are a day trader you would track these small trades. More than likely, investors not day traders are buying at this level. See, it takes at least 3 or 4 days for the capital gains to settle. So this is the best time, on the dip, to buy more shares. IMO
Thank you, thank you, thank you who ever it was, someone just sold me some shares. Need a few more, please. IMO
Someone please sell me some shares! IMO
I have been buying and want to buy more. I have been with this stock for years and will not give up. IMO
I agree, a positive direction. Right now, day traders and shorters are having a good time. I still believe we are going to have our day too. We have not heard of bad news, yet there is a selloff.
The. Stock is being manipulated by a team of day traders. Investors hold on to your shares. IMO
Are you an employee of Nuvibe (formerly KGKG). If not, where do you get your information from? You said,
"What I see is them juggling money, between multiple shell companies, in order to create the appearance of credible business dealings."
What shell companies are they juggling funds?
You seem to be very sure of this kind of info. Are you accusing them of fraud? Are you an insider?
In addition, some members on this board are investors. I give NuVibe an A- compared to what RC was doing. I think Highdrate should come in D9 and regular without the D9. HighDrate (classic) should compete with Powerade and Gatorade,

Oobli, a California-based company that sells the lemonade-iced tea and manufactures brazzein (which occurs naturally in West Africa’s oubli fruit), has billed it as a “revolution in sweetness.”
Surcrose should not be used, period. Either very low natural cane sugar content or try this new sweetness from Africa.
IMO
Sorry, that post was a little vague. I was referring to the fact that Nuvibe (formerly KGKG) has made itself a target for acquisition. This is in fact, a new company with high hopes to becoming a great company with outstanding products. If a company like Budweiser can see the potential, we are bought like Nuvibe is doing, through acquisition of other successful companies. "t" means target.

You don't have to have 100 million dollars in revenue and profit to become a target acquisition.
You just have to show growth potential. Nuvibe, new name for the company, has tremendous growth potential.

I am hoping for 3 to 5 cents a share. Yes, kgkg is worth or should be worth 5 cents in the future without an RS .

You may want to try some of these recipes. They probably taste good and are good for you.

In addition, I do use hemp. I consume Hemp at least 3 times a week as a food source. You can add hemp to your hamburger patties, cereals, salads, or hemp bread and I never tested positive for a drug test. It is good food for your body.
Not sure what you are inferring. My work requires I not use weed. If I did and there was a surprised drug test and tested positive, I would be fired. I would not lie to you.
I don't do weed but the way I understand it Covert doesn't sell to the public. The local dealer (a middle man) you buy from probably buys it from Covert IMO
You talk of a "Classic Ponzi setup.". Well, I got news for you, the whole stock market is a Classic Ponzi setup. I am holding and will continue to add to my holdings. There are a lot of day traders in this stock and on this board.
I am skeptical of every ticker in the stock market. You have risk and reward. My decision is to hold KGKG. And you are right, do your own DD. Also, will you give evidence of "moving money around, in order to create the appearance of revenue, along with M&A and distribution deals with companies owned by the same crew that 'left the building". Thank you please.
IMO
I am proud to be a part of the beginnings of a great company. KGKG isn't finished yet. They are improving their story I believe the good news will continue. I've been told KGKG is unlikely to be bought out by a large conglomerate because of the current revenue.
Somehow and somewhere I believe this is about to change. I see Publix and Whole foods has more hemp products on their shelves. I want to see Kona Gold Energy Drink with Hemp on the shelves of Publix and Whole foods. I believe they had to go back to the drawing board over the design of the cans because of my input directly to KGKG management team. See, their cans tout Kona Gold without emphasis on what is in the can.
When customers are looking for drinks, they are looking for a flavor first not Kona Gold which is not a flavor but a brand name. I tried to point this out to the Management team. I also pointed out not to use cursive lettering. The KGKG still has a good chance!!!
